Where Maxime OG is a saltier, woodier Invictus, Maxime Icon takes it a notch beyond differentiating itself from it's inspiration. Here we have a salty, olive scent with coffee, mineral, earthy and woody notes that give you about 6h longevity (better on clothes) much as it's predecessor but departs from it's mass pleasing platitudes to risk it with an intriguing and uncommon scent profile. Affordable and worth a try if you like earthy, salty, mineral scents.

Great scent, have it as a gift, definetly worth its money, perfect for autumn and winter because it keeps a warm atmosphere. I would say that its more like oud oud vibe but of course more cheap, and with its base on coffee. I would definetly would buy the intense eau de parfum version of this fragrance, if they would create such.

The scent of salty, green olives - this is the shortest way to describe Maxime Icon. The aroma of this perfume reminds me a bit of the olive line of Avon cosmetics from the Planet Spa series. The same olive-salty scent, only rougher and more masculine. The beginning has a slightly watery vibe thanks to the cascalone note. There is also cardamom, which, combined with the olive atmosphere that appears after a short while, makes the composition biting. I think that the irritating nature of the olive and cardamom mixture will not appeal to everyone. There is some coffee in the background, but not much, then there are woody notes and some leather. The scent is primarily salty and quite mineral. It didn't blow me away, but I appreciated the attempt to do something different. Unfortunately, the sound of the composition is very synthetic. Very average parameters, durability maybe 4 hours and projection rather close to the skin. The bottle is cheap and bazaar. 5/10
