Peony Soft Musk

I always sleep on Avon fragrances. I guess it’s because I have so many other scents between middle eastern, designer, vintage and a few niche that I never wanted to start collecting from yet another source! On occasion, I pick up grab bag lots online. Usually, I see one of two I’ve been hunting for in the lot, and end up with others I wasn’t searching for. It’s a fun way to get your nose of different scents you may not have otherwise smelled. Avon often surprises me and this is one of them! It is soooo pretty!! I end up giving away a lot from these grab bags but this one, I am keeping! It’s so soft and sophisticated, really beautiful! Sounds like it may have been discontinued by the other reviews. I’m happy to have it!

Bottles can still be found on Ebay. I picked one up as an add-on from a seller I bought other things from. It's what I would call a "cool floral", with a freesia, cyclamen, lily, hyacinth, and rose combo over a very-clean white musk (a different blend of musks than their 'Soft Musk'). I suppose there's a smidge of jasmine. I normally don't care for this type of fragrance- it's a bit like a clean-floral laundry detergent or fabric-softener kind of smell- pleasant though, and perfect for spring or summer days if you're into this.

My favorite peony scent in the world. The only fragrance I ever went through multiple bottles of. Bring it back, Avon!! Pleasures Eau Fraiche is much more expensive and not as good, but it's the closest substitute. If they bring this back, I will hoard it.

I’d be interested to know if their Avon Senses Pretty Peony (so, the body mist) is a bit close to this one?
