Simply Her

This was a blind buy for me, and I was pleasantly surprised! I love this perfume! It's unlike anything else I've ever smelled!

I just bought this, mainly because of the orange that I've been craving for long; a good orange scent. (I tried another one from Avon recently - Summer White Sunset -, but as it turned out, it has nothing to do with orange, apart from the colour of the bottle.) It's promising, but I'm still just trying to make friends with it. The heart note is NOT lily, by the way! According to the brochure, it's lily-of-the-valley, which is quite different from lily, I think. Really exciting, how the orange comes together with lily-of-the-valley, never thought of it. And cedar, certainly gives depth. I enjoy it right now, but I'm curious when I'll start to find it boring.

I've head my share of Avon perfumes' disappointments, but that's not one of them. Simply Her is a nice white floral scent with a delicate orange and crispy accent, which gives this perfume a bit of depth and lightness. I wouldn't call it great or memorable, but it's a nice day fragrance, perfect for spring. Word of caution though: I'd suggest spraying it from as big a distance as possible while holding a bottle, otherwise it might turn too strong and overwhelmingly sweet, basically - unpleasant. Walking into a sprayed cloud is also a good idea with this one.

I remembered this as a different scent that's why I bought it but now I have to keep going to find it 😁 Whatever, To me it's sooo similar to Acqua di Gioia Edt. I have that 2 bottles so I'm pretty sure 😄 It's a soft rosy floral scent almost has a aquatic side. Could be a good choice for spring or low heat summer nights Avon's prices very affordable mostly so you can give it a try

Top note is NOT orange!! TOP NOTE is ROSE! And heart note is not lily (as Mochagirl wrote too), it is lily of the valley. I hope they will correct these mistakes... Here is Avon's description: Softness of tender rose with the delicate blend of lily of the valley and musky cedarwood. 50ml.
