Summer White Sunset

This is my favorite perfume! It's one of the few Avon perfumes that i did not find at a garage sale for a $1 lol. I wish it were more available in the U.S. I usually have to order it from Europe. Because of that,i had to order 3 bottles and 2 of the deodorant roll ons at once. This scent is how i naturally smelled in my teens through my twenties. By that i mean freshly showered but wearing no frangrance while just breaking a sweat. I catch myself naturally smelling that way less often. I believe it's due to aging and hormones. It's sexy in a fresh way. Reminds me of many years of being 110 - 115 lbs on warm days in my youth. It has the best lotus accord i've ever captured in a perfume along with moderately lasting pink peppercorns that is never too spicy. The birchwood makes this creamy and elegant. Longevity is 2 hours,in the summer,but i have managed to layer it with Vera Wang Pure Embrace gel to get 6 hours out of spraying this on top in hot weather. This has potential to last twice as long in more crisp,but not cold,weather. Projection is moderate. I wish my beloved summertime white florals and water flower fragrances did't get eaten up by the summer heat so quickly. Needs touching up oftenly but is so worth it.

I am absolutely in love with this fragrance! It was a blind buy...again because it was on sale... but i didn't have high hopes for it given that it's a cheaper fragrance that Avon carries. I sprayed it on as soon as it arrived and i was blown away! It smells so elegant and sophisticated. I can't believe it only has 3 notes because the smell is so complex. The lotus flower makes it sweet and feminine but the birch gives it a kick of maturity and the pink pepper just ads that pinch of sophistication and completes the fragrance. It smells like a warm summer night while on vacation in some distant and exotic country. I can't rave about this fragrance enough! it's just soooooo amazing and the price is phenomenal for the quality. The lasting power is really really good... to the point that i smell it on my clothes when i am doing laundry (3 to 4 days after I've sprayed it on). It was a blind buy for me as well. It came in a really cheap set with a body cream and shower gel that I like, so the fragrance was kind of a bonus. First of all, I'm mostly drawn to fragrances for their bottles and this one has an ugly one (well to me at least). Also everything "sunset" in a fragrance is usually off-putting to me. But this fragrance! Wow! It's so yummy and fresh and (not sickeningly) sweet and (just a little bit) sour at the same time. It's refreshing and awakening but at the same time calming... Maybe the notes just stroke me that way. If I could, I would use this fragrance forever and spray it on everything and everyone! But I have a feeling that it will soon disappear from Avon's range (like with most of their products). So if anyone knows anything similar, let me know :) I would give it 5.5 stars (out of 5).

Okay, so I just received this perfume for Christmas as a gift, and I LOVE IT! I initially wanted to order it anyway, since I liked how it smelled in the catalog. It is so unique and pleasant, that I could easily say this is one of my favourite perfumes. I got compliments on my fragrance from people already and that's amazing. It lasts about 12 hours on my skin or more. I used it last night on my neck and wrist and I can still smell it on my hair, as it touched my neck. Amazing! :)

Just bought another bottle of this, so I can use it whenever I want, without being afraid of finishing it. :D I freaking LOVE this perfume so much, is like nothing else I had before. Is so unique and the way it smells in my wet hair is just insane! ADORE IT! <3 Update: This is my most favorite winter perfume. Smells amazing when out and mixes up with that innocent smell of the snow and all..is truly magnificent! <3

I bought my first bottle on a whim because I needed a summer fragrance and didn't expect much. But man, this was a nice surprise. Not the typical Avon fragrance and I love it. The lasting power can be better . But I love it- fresh, spicy, a little sweet, warm. Will continue buying it.

Creamy peachy vanilla. This is a summer scent. I personally liked it. When I was wearing this perfume, many people have complimented me. It smells really good if you like fruity fragrances. However I'm surprised it has no peach nor vanilla in the notes? It smells luxurious though.

Both the color of the fragrance and its general impact reminds me a liquor called the Safari. It has a tropical vibe for me. I really appreciate the company for producing such a nice perfume for a quite affordable price. Smelling good should not cost a fortune!

I've had many perfumes in my life and no other perfume has gotten me this many compliments. I've been buying it since 2015. Great value for money and irresistible sweet and erotic aroma! I cannot believe it is so affordable.

Creamy summer scent reminding me Incanto Shine. The Whole Pyramid is: Top note: passion fruit, pink pepper, bergamot Heart note: lotus, mandarin flower, lily of the valley Base note: birch, musk, vetiver

If you loved it, and want something similar, i recommend "Romance & Dreams body spray by Body Fantasies" That is more fruity and less spicy but very similar.

Lovely smell of the sunset for summer. Perfect. Long lasting as for EDT. Really has something in it that makes you smell it and smell it countinuously.

this fragrance smells for me like a peach and vanilla. i would never say that there're any pepper! this is so sweet,lovely and smells very tasty.

I like it and even if pepper is listed as a note, i can't feel it at all on my skin, which is a very good thing. :)

I just bought this perfume, I thought I would give it a try even though I swore I'll never buy Avon perfumes again since they all kinda smell the same, meaning they all have this Avony note to them. But this perfume OMG it is such a gem.... besides the fact that I can't sense the typical avony note, it is AMAZING. It smells very rich and luxuriant, very warm and powdery. It's very cozy I can't describe it. It's like a walk on the beach at the sunset. The name suits it perfectly. Lasts a long time, more than some expensive perfumes do. For such a cheap price I Am amazed of how beautiful this perfume smells and how long it lasts. Also I HIGHLY doubt that it only has these 3 notes, it is much more complex than that. The drydown is a powdery vanilla that reminds me A LOT of Hanae Mori. EDIT : I sprayed it last night at 8 PM, it's now 1PM the next day and i can still smell this on me. Also my fiance complimented me on it in the morning.

I bought it quite some time ago, but the first longer attempt to wear it revealed, that this fragrance does not work nicely with my skin. Very soon I would feel this nasty bit, typical for cheap perfumes, bought in a kiosk together with a magazine :/ Vanilla and peach, sure, but with this unmistakable note of a plastic and chemicals. I was so disappointed, especially since when tried from the catalogue, it smelled so nice: rich, yet fresh. Today I've been going through my stash of perfumes, looking for sth to fit in my bag 'just in case', and I gave SWS another try. And to my surprise- it developed beautifully. For the first time I could smell leather, smoke and vanilla- but just the right amount, not suffocating at all, and not a trace of plastic. Sweet, lovely smell, that makes you feel cosy and comfortable. A winter fragrance for me; works great with the sharp freshness in the air :)

A really pleasant blind buy. It is definitely a summer scent, but has some burnt freshness paradox, like the warm air near a sea or lake at sundown. I hardly recognise different notes - though I guess lotus is the real star here - because I only determine this vision, atmosphere poured into a bottle. There is nothing truly earthshaking about this perfume, yet this twist makes it remarkable and a must have for me from now on - damn, how I love sunsets! Oh, and the quality. Summer White Sunset surprisingly has some. It lasted for about 6 hours on my dry skin, and I recieved compliments on my scent from people standing about 2 meters from me. Expect nothing special, then let it grab your senses in a moment you do not even pay attention.

I really don't understand the Avon pricing policy. This is one of their best fragrances. Beautiful, well balanced, radiating warmth and joy, just like the warm rays of setting sun on a beach. Longevity is quite good, sillage as well. I consider it an all year round winner - not too overwhelming in the summer, nice, cosy and warm in the colder period. And all this for a really cheap price, in one of the cheapest Avon fragrance lines, in a modest bottle. Most of their pricier premium fragrances are not this good and lasting. I have more than 30 bottles of perfume in my collection, and I always have this little cheap gem among them. Nice feelgood scent.

This is good. Soft, sweet, slightly watery, but surprisingly intense "Coco Mademoiselle style" beauty. Dries so nice on my skin; sweet and fruity, not pungent or stale at all. For that reason I choose this over Vergara's Sofia. This remain me Hugo Boss's Orange edt too. Radiant moderately and lasts on my dry skin about 3-4 hours. The bottle is convenient on hand and suitable for even a small handbag. I really recommend try this little summer gem.

I don't pick up any leather/woody notes from this, it is very fruity however. I don't see peach in the notes but to my nose this has a strong juicy peach note! It's not at all unpleasant, a good daytime hot weather fragrance, but if you were thinking of buying this for that leather note then you might have been a bit disapointed!

Maybe you are all right about the associations here: peach, melon and watermelon. It is definitely some kind of sweet fruit, although it's not listed here, but I can't decide which one. At first I didn't like it, as it was far too harsh on me, but later, as other notes unfold, it becomes a simple but pleasant experience.

So lovely and cosy! Warm, fruits, vanilla, ice-tea... That's how I Feel it. Can't believe I found it on sale 9,95€!!! Lasting power is huge, half a day! That's pretty good for a low price scent. One of the few best Avon scents.

This is the warmer summer fragrance that I have. I didin't use so much, mostly at the end of august to mid of septermber. It's a cozy scent and remind me the warmer of the rocks during a beautiful sunset

I was very surprise this doesn't have peach listed in the notes? Smells very peachy. It's a nice scent for summer. Edit: Actually, it smells exactly like a bowl of nectarine.

Actually, she grooves nicely. Great value for the price including longevity. She parties but not too much and keeps it tasteful. Sometimes Avon can do well.

It's definitely a summer scent! It's sweet and breezy. I love wearing it during summer! :) It evaporates quickly and it's not too long lasting.

Leather? smoky 😆? Erm I wonder if it should say ‘Pleather’ (faux leather) 😂, jokes aside I find it hard to dislike this perfume, at least for the extremely cheap price I paid £4 something on notino! I’ve erred between the two and might change my mind, but settled on like, rather than OK. There’s elements which are very lovely, it is delicately ‘super soft spicy’, it’s airy, fresh and summery with a a little edge, multilayered, not dull. I enjoy the sweet fruitiness with the soft spice/woody edge, and do get a touch of passion fruit and quite lot of mandarin. I feel like it’s a good beachy vibe, not overpowering for hot weather but will I expect disappear fast. Unfortunately now I have noticed it, I can’t get away from the pleather though 😂 there is definitely a slight plastic-y synthetic note lingering here and maybe it is like faux leather 🙈. Overall for £4 although the bottle is crap, it’s much better than body spray and well worth the money! I will take this on my beach holiday and wear it in the day. It’s nice, especially for hot weather and travelling where you don’t want to loose/or break favourite scents! 7/10

What a disappointment! I blind bought based on reviews and it just smells so cheap :( well, it is, in fact, cheap. My boyfriend said it smells like shower gel. I would add - a bit burned shower gel and champagne. Definitely not my cup of tea. I guess it will be used as an air freshener.

I really wanted to love this, however theres a very faint synthetic note that is too difficult for me to ignore. Also, it is much sweeter than expected with no traces of leather or smokyness, it's mostly sweet and fruity.

I had to pass it to my mom because the smell gave me headaches....i love it o her

It's one of those cheapies that totally nailed it for me, although I'm keep giving Avon a chance to impress me, this is probably the first time. The notes on this page are not correct though.. This actually reminds me a lot of Sunset Woods by Primark, except this one is a bit less woody, more coconutty and there's a strong and linear musk note in it too which is an absolute hit here. I must say I really like it, wish it lasted longer or had more projection. Still, as a cheapie it's fantastic.

Oh really really pretty and quite unique I'd say. It does deliver what it promises - a summer white sunset. Its warm without being ambery spicy or oriental. Its floral and fruity without being pink. It just smells sooo good! I'd swear there is vanilla and soft musky woods in here. Smells really nostalgic and comforting. Really really comforting, tranquil, peaceful. It smells like one thing - the sun, warm, inviting, setting in the ocean.

This is super pleasant. I kept hearing people say that it's a good warm weather cheapie but I was always weirded out by how fragrantica classified it with categories like leather, smoky etc. I can assure you I smell none of that. Even the actual notes that I'm reading here don't really sound like anything to me. I smell a peachy citrusy floral. It's sweet and warm but not sweet in a gourmand way that might choke someone in high heat

Warm, summer scent. Just like its name suggests, one really feels like sitting on a beach somewhere, watching sunset, hugged in sun's warmth and glow while drinking a cocktail or an orange juice (I smell orange/tangerine in this perfume). I love the scent and I use it whenever I feel like bringing that warmth back in my day-to-day life. The exact same scent you will get in the bottle of L'or de Say - Glow.

This shoud be the best among the three SW fragrances.SW original was too windy and sea-ish for me, the SW sunrise was so soft, that i could hardly sense it, and this one is keeping some fresh tangerines in it and maybe bunch of spring flowers.Nicy!

Where is leather here? On me it smells like melons and watermelons which i'm truly not a fan of. Mega fresh and aquatic. This one ended as room spray and even then i can barely tolerate it.

No leather, no wood, just citrics with flowers, not particularly rose but pink flowers like lotus, it s lovely and very impressive, fresh good pretty pick me up, on the clean girl vibe

Pretty smell for summer. Last half of the day. Others notice the smell. It's a flowery fragrance with some warm note in it to ensure you get the picture of the sunset.

I hate it! This smell makes me sick. I've tried it on the catalogue and liked it, but the real perfume smells awful and it drys down even worse.

Smells lovely! Considering the price I think it's the best Avon perfume i've tried so far!
