Surreal Paradise

So, let me just say I have just realized I keep on insisting on the Avon Surreal line because of the bottle design. Yes! I love the shape os these perfume bottles, their colors... Just love them! And that's what makes me so frustrated, because I have tried to wear these scents to no avail... My skin hates them! The original Surreal should have stopped me right off the bat! I really tried to like that in-your-face sweet, tuberose fruitiness, but I couldn't! My nose and my skin simply won't accommodate certain fragrances. Surreal Garden came, and the sweet greenness didn't agree with me either, but I am no quitter! Well, an Odyssey and 10 perfume bottles later, here I am with the latest of the line in hand and it is still a no-no for me... It does spritz out crispy-fruity, apple, pear and bergamot, yes, but on my skin it skips the heart entirely, and 10 seconds after applied, all I can smell on me is sweet sandalwood and patchouli. Sweet wood, migraine inducing. That's it for me. And I am SAD because I still hope to have a Surreal to call my own.
