Ashes Of The Moon

This is an ideal fragrance for stormy days or the autumn season. 🍂 Indeed, it possesses a distinctly ashy character from the outset. As the initial opening settles upon my skin ♀️, it evokes the aroma of wet earth, damp woods, mushrooms, and fallen leaves; a naturalistic profile I absolutely adore! Throughout the dry-down, the composition steadily grows warmer (yet the scent stays quite cool) and the ash smell turns woody. I still wouldn't immediately pinpoint that warmth coming from tobacco, which makes this perfume really interesting and a gem. 🖤

Loved the name and blind bought it. Maybe it's the closest thing I would consider how moon dust may smell like, if tobacco grows there. My nose picks up spicy tobacco and herbal accords immediately. And it stays on skin for hours and has decent sillage. Not overpowering nor underwhelming. This is what our dads smelled like. But I wouldn't gatekeep this just for men, it would suit a bold woman too. 8/10

This smells nothing like any of the amouage interludes or it's flankers. I have all of them in my collection. The dry down doesn't even come near, how ever, this is very reminiscent to Zaharrof leather tabac. It's an amazing alternative and has long lasting performance.

This is the weirdest fragnance I bought or smelled so far, but it's somehow not terrible. I get mostly cardamom and smoke (i think). Pretty linear scent, longevity was terrible at first but keeps getting better and better and i think it lasts solid 6 hours now, silage is still pretty bad though. The bottle is nice, magnetic cap, good atomizer, it was 14€ so i'm not really complaining, but definitely don't blind buy this.

I don't have anything that smells similar or similar scent profile to this one. To me, it's just a sweet tobacco-forward scent, and it's more like a fresher take on the Tobacco note. It's not a stinky scent, you just need to enjoy tobacco note to like this. I don't pick up anything else than tobacco to be honest, but it's a smooth tobacco note, it's not too harsh, it's definitely not a mass appealing scent, but I believe is good to layer with something else.

Not sure what this is shooting for. All I get is charred campfire wood. Nothing else. For hours. All day. I waited and waited for it to morph into something, anything pleasant. Nope. But if that is what you want, get it. May be perfect on a camping trip or a staycation in your backyard.

Azha do make some fantastic fragrances, bit this isn't one of them. I like to think I can appreciate artistry that goes into the creation of any fragrance, but this feels devoid of any. I've heard some fragrance influencers describe certain types of tobacco notes as "ashy", and I suppose the clue really was in the name, but to me this goes beyond ashy and smells like a wet ashtray full of cigarette butts. It is the only note that I'm able to pick up. Which might be because I'm an ex smoker. I cannot conceive of a time or place that would warrant the desire to smell like you've just chain smoked a pack of 20. It didn't smell good when I smoked and it definitely doesn't smell good as a fragrance. That said, I'm sure there are some people who will call this niche level but for me this is a massive miss and, much like the contents of the ashtrays I used to own, ended up in the bin.

Really nice bottle — thick glass, quality pressurized sprayer. For the price, not bad at all. The scent? Woody and spicy, just as advertised. You get 30–60 minutes of spicy tobacco with plenty of musk. It’s okay — solid enough for the cost, but nothing to write home about.
