Fruty, light and femine direction opening. Drydown get serious. Slightly sweet woods with tiny of incense. Only for very strong, introvert woman or for Sigma, not main stream man, enjoying Jazz and intelectual, social life. Not a blind buy. Mature, complex and so good

A feminine, sweet and fruity start with a slightly free-range and animalic oud that explodes tons of nocturnal jasmine to seem like a grandiflorum. Or perhaps a mixture of the two. Strong citrus fruits, cedar and raspberry that accompany it until the end, dirtying it a little. The evolution and the base veer towards the unisex side where the fruity sweetness is calmed down with a bit of incense. A jasmine that lasts all day and is resistant to the shower where it returns with the residues of oud and a soapy musk base. Strong.

Sensual soft musky jasmine scent in the tradition of Serge Lutens ‘A La Nuit’. The scent opens briefly with notes of raspberry, citrus and pine before settling into the floral middle composed mainly of jasmine grandiflorum and additional slight hints of lily of the valley and cedar. The perfume settles on a synthetic musk base with slight touches of oud and incense. The feminine leaning scent has moderate projection and good longevity. Recommended for white floral and jasmine lovers. Enjoy!

There are couple of things that are a definite hate for me if They are mixed together 1. Dirty jasmine ☑️ 2. White florals ☑️ 3. Weak oud ☑️ 4. A bad mix of notes ☑️ A lot things that keeps me away from this scent and there is no way I’m wearing it

I can't stop smelling my wrist but it's not a pleasant smell, it's more the curiosity of smelling something repellant. It smells like it has good ingredients and is well made, but I can't get on board with the agressive pine and extremely sweaty unlisted cumin. Somehow it mixes with the other notes to give a culinary smell, like I've eaten Iranian stew and now I'm soaking the dishes in piney detergent. The odd culinary vibe and pungency remind me of Overture Man, although I love that and do not even like this. As it dries down it gets increasingly synthetic and scratchy, making me cough before I have to try to wash it off.

Chris Maurice is a master of hiding Oud in his blends. I personally love his work, with Elixer and Cavour 1 being one of my most favorite fragrances but for me personally, Riad Jasmine failed to achieve that mark in my books. Make no mistake, it is a beautiful concoction of forest pine, juicy raspberry and incense with jasmine lurking from get go but I didn't find oud to be very prominent either in the beginning or in dry down. All in all, it feels more middle eastern fragrance showcasing the brand's origin.

For whatever reason, on me, all I'm really getting is the tangerine and raspberry mixed in with the pine, even into the drydown. Raspberry amplified even further as it dries. No oud, no jasmine, no incense, no cedar. Very disappointing initially, but I'll come back to it.

A nice balance of tangerine-jasmine-oud. It manages to be tart/fresh while deep and opulent at the same time. On my skin the jasmine is well blended into everything else and not a standout note, but it adds a beautiful white floral touch to the whole experience.

@dcjimr Chris Maurice and Christian Carbonnel are same person. Not sure why he has two separate profiles on Fragrantica.

According to Azman's website, the perfumer for this perfume is Christian Carbonnel, not Chris Maurice.

Anyone noticed the extreme resemblance to Dolce and Gabbana Velvet Desert Oud?
