Azzaro pour Homme Intense

Azzaro Intense accomplishes what so few "concentrated" versions of classic EDTs seem to do: it delivers significantly increased longevity and sillage while remaining faithful to the scent profile of the original. For this alone, it should be lauded as a great accomplishment. I get 12+ hours of strong projection and wonderful, spicy, anisic lavender! Highly recommended.

Like @pinnacos below, I have one of the original formulations with “eau de toilette intense” written on the front of the bottle under “azzaro pour homme” - I got a decant off an eBay seller. I’m surprised by how potent it still is. Very bright and fresh in the opening and more of a fougere type to me, unless I’m mistaken. Very nice.

Dear Pinnacos, The photo is correct. I have two of this and the botle does not have any indication of "intense".

I very much like Azzaro Pour Homme so, after reading many positive reviews of Intense, I purchased a mini bottle. It's similar to APH but different in a positive way and I like it. Still very much a barbershop fougère (slightly chypre?). It is not worth searching for and paying an overly inflated price, though, IMO. Much less of your money would be better spent on vintage Azzaro Pour Homme.

AZZARO is one of my all time favorite colognes for men. However, I think I have to try the INTENSE version of AZZARO because of medication I take, takes away from the colognes I spray & use on myself, and the scent just does NOT last on me for more than 90 minutes, and that is on any cologne so far that I have used to this point. I hope that the INTENSE version will last longer, & remain for more than 4 hours on me. I just HATE that medication screws up ones body system where not even a scent will last on ones skin. It totally sucks that right now, I litterally have to spray and practically bathe in a scent throughout the day in order for the beautiful sexy masculine scent to last on me! I'm either going to have to drench myself in cologne in order to smell good all day and be like a cheap dime store corner street whore just to smell good all day, or stop taking meds in order to prevent the medications that mess up my body chemistry and the manner on how it reacts to colognes. I hope the AZZARO INTENSE HELPS!

It's like you took a barbershop fougere and added spices. Thought i smelled Cumin, but i think its actually the Genet, which i assume smells like Civet. Got a dirty kinda spice in it. Gives me a opening reminiscent of Kouros less the Urinal Cake vibe. As it dries down, it gives me a extremely toned down Spicebomb/Man In Black energy with a very subtle barbershop feel sitting the the background.

I've just bought a bottle of this, and all I can say, it's a wonderful, longlasting fragrance. The most beautiful lavender base fragrance I've ever come across. Why it is discontinued? It's more sharp than the original one and longer lasting also.

The photo for the intense version is correct.The photo of the original version is wrong!The difference between them is the silver line of the cup(up for Azzaro pour Homme ,down for the intense edition).
