Since yesterday, anxiety and grief have been growing in me ... the reason is the confirmed speculations about the deletion by Gucci of one of the best male compositions of all time - Gucci Pour Homme.... sacrilege committed by the new creative director of the house - Frida Giannini, promoting nightmares of the likes of male Guilty and hijacking the sanctity of the classic PH , will never be forgiven her ... after all, who knowingly and deliberately butchers the hen that lays golden eggs? the company's new policy aimed at trashiness, hopelessness and banality will probably not go unnoticed ... customers will soon thank them for it by wreaking havoc on the sales charts ... what a shame and disgrace to turn the carefully polished image built over generations into a pile, throwing themselves into easy money .... So what's left? cash in the family's pretzels, sell a kidney on e-bay, take out a loan from Provident and stock up on a generous supply of Gucci PH, which, closed tightly in the refrigerator, will somehow allow you to survive until you find a worthy replacement ... but let's agree that only in the form of a substitute, because the original is an unsurpassed masterpiece in every respect, and nothing can really replace it ... 😦 So let's honor the memory of the outstanding Gucci Pour Homme with a minute of silence.... But one must live on... swallow this bitter pill tossed by crazy Frida (may her hand raised on PH wither and the teepees fall off) and move on.... looking for a replacement for Pour Homme, I came across a couple of compositions that can to some extent fill the void left by the irreverent classic, and I pre-qualified two compositions... the first is L. T. Piver - Epices, and the second is precisely Azzaro - Visit premiered in 2003.... To put it mildly, I'm not fond of Azzaro fragrances (not my parish), although I appreciate in a way the classic Azzaro Pour Homme (the one woven from a fartillion ingredients)... however, the other compositions, with synthetic Chrome at the forefront, I avoided with a wide circle... recently I bought on the basis of a sample lightly used 30th Visit and in the face of the catastrophe caused by the incomprehensible for me decision of the fashion house Gucci - it turned out to be a prophetic move.... Azzaro is maintained in the climate of Gucci PH, however, it is not a confusingly similar copy of it... it is less spicy, spicy, more simplistic and linear in its construction... it does not surprise us with subtle meanderings, as Pour Homme had a habit of doing, but with a little positive attitude, it will give us a pretty correct substitute for the irreverent PH.... Visit starts off quite peppery and spicy, thanks to the addition of pink pepper, cardamom ginger and muscat... the delicate bergamot in the background moistens this rather dry composition making it very digestible to the nose... it's a bit harsh, sharp and dry, but very masculine.... Visit is not another polite and ottomanized unisex, prepared to take the next generation of junior high school students by storm, but possessed of tremendous charisma as a lion of the salon... the fragrance is decisive, makes its presence strongly known and pushes ahead, like a crowd at the opening of a new hypermarket in Koluszki.... it is endowed with strong projection and decisive arrangement, so walking with it in the crowd, holding tightly to its mane, we will certainly not be lost.... I recently discovered an interesting fact when contemplating Visit... if you sniff hard on the wrist, after about 30-40 minutes after application, you can clearly sense in the background of the fragrance the leitmotif from Serge Noir - Serg'ea Lutens... except that it's a bit more diluted and not nose-breaking as in the case of the original... 😉 Azzaro is like a predator... vigilant, graceful and dangerous... reckless play with the atomizer, at best will end in the loss of a hand, and at worst in getting fired by co-workers irritated by its ubiquity... I did not notice in this fragrance a transition between head and heart... the scent begins its adventure on the skin, with a violent entrance with a dig, like van Damme in the “masterpieces of cinematography”, which he dubiously graced with his person.... This pungent and strong form of the fragrance lasts for the first 2-3 hours, so that after that the peppery-spicy dry spiciness gives way to a slightly milder incarnation of the fragrance.... Our kitty has returned satiated from the hunt and is now lounging in the shade of a large baobab tree... Visit's atmosphere to some extent reflects the dryness and harshness of the savannah where our animal king hunts... the blissful feeling of satiety induces Simba's drowsiness and the furry one falls into a relaxing nap.... the fragrance gradually changes its face, becoming more delicate, sweet and cozy ... the pungent chords stop, cease to dominate and give voice to a more subtle, but no less interesting base ... it becomes sweet thanks to ambergris, cozy and safe thanks to precious woods and incense, and is completed by the fleshy scent of musk .... Azzaro Visit is a very correct and successful composition ... containing its colorful face in two scenes

Beautiful. Phenomenal value for money: an elegant blend of woods, cistus and incense with spices and ambergris. Annick Menardo created a real thing of beauty with Visit. The flacon is stylish and functional, its content tinted a deep blue, and the sprayer is responsive. Perfect. It was the reported similarity with Rush for Men that inspired me to blind buy Visit. Such a delightful surprise - probably the best blind buy I've ever made. Excellent quality and value. If you like woods, Visit is a very safe blind buy. Beautifully rich, and woody, the opening brings a flash of nostalgia very reminiscent of Rush for Men. Overall this is an exquisitely beautiful fragrance that to my amateur nose has two distinct stages - the Rush bit and then the not-so-Rush bit. The dry down is a lovely subdued, incensey wood enhanced with a very realistic, velvety ambergris. Visit definitely does not smell "synthetic" (ie artificial) - on the contrary it smells like a niche fragrance, like natural perfumery. Visit's quality and beauty are self-evident - cedar, Palo Santo, cistus, spices and frankincense, enhanced with ambergris unite to create a classy gentleman's fragrance, versatile enough for any occasion, with moderate performance and longevity. A thing of beauty. Visit works extremely well layered with a molecule type fond de parfum (especially with woody aroma chemicals like Iso E Super, Timbersilk or Javanol as EDT), over a base like fractionated coconut oil, and/or when applied to hair (in moderation) which significantly extends longevity and creates a scent bubble. Visit is beautiful and it smells a lot like Gucci Rush for Men - close enough for us oldies to feel nostalgic while giving the kids a chance to experience something analogous to one of the (many) reasons Tom Ford (who was at the helm of Gucci when the iconic Rush for Men and Gucci pour Homme 2003 were released) is acclaimed as god-emperor of men's designer fragrances. Visit’s performance and longevity are better than Rush too, so don’t even think about blowing the megabucks needed for a Gucci scented trip down memory lane - unless you own a Gulfstream or your bank balance is greater than the GDP of a small nation state.

Think of Azzaro Visit for Men as the following mixture: 50 parts of Tokyo by Kenzo, 30 parts of Gucci Rush, 18 parts of Loewe 7 and (call me crazy!) 2 parts of Dior Homme Intense. This wonderful perfume, created by Annick Menardo in 2003, opens with a formidable nutmeg accord that lives throughout the evolution of the fragrance, enhanced by notes of pink pepper, cardamom and ginger. Bergamot refreshes the entire composition, making the aforementioned notes more sparkling. The woods and incense tremendously beautify the mixture and add to its undeniable masculinity, while gray amber and musk round it off--Come to think of it, it must be the labdanum that gives it a bit of sweetness similar to the iris note that is typical of the Dior Homme line. Despite its performance (5-7 hour longevity at most, as well as medium to low sillage and projection) and feeling a tad synthetic, Azzaro Visit has really impressed me...it's such a delicious and appealing smell! I am a professor and, the other day, I had four female students asking me what cologne I was wearing (of course, I didn't tell them, heh, heh!). It was intended for the cooler weather, but it works well in warmer weather as I could find out. It is a fragrance that will never feel dated or too formal; in fact, it is quite versatile and can even be used all year round. I think this awesome juice has gone straight to my men's fragrance Top 10. Here is my score: Fragrance: 10/10 (I LOVE IT!) One of the best price/scent/performance ratio scents in the market. Most Azzaro fragrances have a certain quality to it with very affordable prices, and Visit can be placed in their top 3 in my view. It is not a beast, but that's OK. If Visit was a beast, it would be cloying for sure. The most prominent notes, as mentioned a lot already, are nutmeg, cedar and incense. Therefore it's not a dark-dry scent but warm-dry thanks to perfect spiciness. Even though I find the nutmeg is too much for my taste, I can totally appreciate the creation. Need to mention the cedarwood aspects of it as it evokes but the creamy Virginian and the more harsh, raw, resinous, slightly dirty Atlas cedar together. I strongly disagree with the resemblance to Wonderwood or Encre Noire. You can layer both with Visit though and results would be incredible, as I evidently do often. Visit is way warmer and sweeter compared to aforementioned and it lacks the heavy pepper and vetiver. What you get in Visit is nutmeg-prominent cedar and incense. So do not blind buy Visit with hopes to get anything close to Wonderwood or Encre Noire. However I do find similarities to Ferrari Silver Essence or Pal Zileri Sartoriale. The sweetness is mysterious to me as it neither evokes a vanilla/gourmand feeling nor a fruity one. It feels like a woody sweetness, the type where aged wood reveals sweet resins and aroma. Overall, amazing bargain for the price, 10/10 fragrance.

Something strange just happened. I picked up the last bottle of this at my local chemist discounters at the weekend. I unwrapped the cellophane, opened the box and took the bottle out. I sprayed a couple of dots onto my skin and that’s when I suddenly lost consciousness. On this plane anyway. From nowhere, I could hear the clanging beats of Dillinja’s Nasty Ways. Posters were strewn across the wall in front of me. Two decks, a mixer, an ashtray with a few finished dibs made up the backdrop. Where was I? My senses were picking up an outstanding assemblage of woods and spices. Some leather, some smoke and a fading citrusy aroma matched them. I knew I’d been here before, but what had transported me back to 2001? As the woods and spices dried down, I could see something out of the corner of my eye. A white rectangular object with clear sides. I could just about make out two words. Gucci. Rush. In a split second, I regained my senses and found myself back in 2022 enjoying this wonderful scent. Yeah, it’s not quite Gucci Rush for men, but it’s bloody close. And boy, did I get a massive bloody shot of nostalgia. Incredible juice. 🎶 I’m wishing tomorrow was like today I want to love you like yesterday Those things I like you to always say Give me some of those nasty ways...🎶

OkOne of the best values I've ever found in fragrances. This juice is way underrated. Spicy, woody, smokey, incense. Ideal for winter. Masculine. Not the best projection or longevity but good enough to meet my needs. Just add a few more sprays than usual to get better performance. Doesn't change much from the top notes to the middle and base notes. But that's a plus because the top is gorgeous. Wife loves it on me. If this was put out by Creed, people would easily pay $200+ for this juice. It's that good. I also noticed there's a tiny bit of a Azzqro Pour Homme in this. Does anybody else notice that? It's not easy to pick up, but it's there in the background perhaps about 10% of its composition. I bought my bottle a few weeks ago along with Versace Man. (Note: The original in purple bottle, not the more popular Eau Fraiche version in the blue bottle). And let me tell you... Azzaro Visit absolutely destroys the original Versace Man in both scent and performance. If you are only into fresh sporty aquatic fragrances, then do not blind buy this. Otherwise, it's a VERY safe blind buy at it's $20 price tag online. It comes in a cool ass side spray bottle for some seriously accurate sprays like pinpoint control. Love it. I rate this juice 9/10 easily!

Just like Dancewithscent I decided to trans from my personal summer frag's to fall/winter. After organizing my collections I realized that I hadn't given my thoughts on this juice... Where I do start, Azzaro has been successfully creating affordable priced fragrance without compromising the quality of the notes. This juice has a real woodsy-spicy-incense vib. Both red pepper and cardamom adds to the depth of this juice. After this frag settles I enjoy the woodsy notes from cedar with nutmeg adding to the overall spicy blend. Longevity and Silage is very good lasting at least 6hrs. If you spray it 2x you could stretch it out for couple extra hours. Finally, I wish most common brands would take note that if you let everyone enjoy the fragrance you put out without lowering the quality of the notes, you will have a happy customer. Kudos to Azzaro for putting out a real attractive woodsy/spicy fragrance. Here's the kicker...it cost less than 20usd. Try to find another fragrance with the same quality for the same price?....NOT. Two thumbs up....8/10. To Azzaro, if by chance you read this review..I would love to see a intense version adding more to extend the longevity and especially Silage. I would definitely buy a bottle..

Azzaro Visit Review One of the most underrated fragrances of all time? I think so. To be completely honest, it's taken me years to fully appreciate this gem for what it is. Visit is one of the best fragrances on the market today. Visit opens with a spicy blast of pepper and nutmeg. The opening is daring and in your face, but never offensive or abrasive. The scent transitions into a dark mid dominated by incense and cedar. Visit is rounded off with a wonderful amber base. I'm really not sure why this fragrance doesn't get the love it deserves. Maybe it's the bottle? Maybe it's the built in sprayer? Maybe it's the comparisons to Gucci Rush? It doesn't really matter what the reason is. If this were released by Creed and priced at $300 dollars, people would be raving. Don't be one of the crowd that will only be clamouring for the remaining stock once it's discontinued. Enjoy this beautiful fragrance and stand out from the people around you. Make a statement. Be bold. So freaking good. Intoxicating. Visit is a bewitching blend - my main impressions are cedar and sandalwoods supported by a slightly resinous incense note. Always imagined there was cypress or juniper in this but it could be the “cedar”. Not entirely sure what “incense” means as it doesn’t feel like frankincense or olibanum so maybe it’s an industry convention for a specific accord - like “leather”. If only longevity were better this would be worth its weight in gold. Still, Visit greatly outperforms Gucci Rush for Men, with which it has many similarities. Recently came across Kokain White Intense by Rammstein which is very similar to this (and to Rush), only with better performance and longevity. In any case Visit is a thing of beauty that (like most Azzaro fragrances) represents awesome value for money and stands as testament to the genius of Ms Menardo. And as the gentleman below suggests, Visit for Men is entirely unisex and could be worn by anyone. It’s very much a crowd pleaser too.

I have been looking for sooo long and spent so much time on the internet to find a reasonable replacement for my old favorite GUCCI RUSH or men (that has been discontinued). I finally found a replacement Azzaro Visit for Men is an amazing scent for a really good price. Woody, well balanced and with a strong sandalwood + cypress + cedar . I think it is the scents enhancer "Iso-E super" (that is described as a cedary scent) and that might be the reason for its very good performance. That is also it's con – it is the dominant metallic - synthetic long- note that sticks out and last all day There is something about this scent that some of us love so much. I THINK IT IS GOOD SCENTS, BUT NOT AS GUCCI RUSH Almost orders it on eBay, but found it for 45$ at a local store. FRAGRANTICA IS A GREAT WEBSITE p.s: I don't know why sandalwood is not on the notes list. does anybody sense the sandalwood ?

Love this fragrance from Annick Menardo. How did I stumble upon this? I was browsing the most popular fragrances from Annick Menardo, because I love Lalique Indigo, what a beautiful scent, and the blue color caught my eye. I started watching Youtube reviews of it, then Fragrantica reviews and one review popped out, ~The fragrance is being discontinued~. Sh*t. Oh no. When was it posted? 12/25. Shoot, I got some time. Scour the internet for Visit from Azzaro. Man this thing is inexpensive, around $26-$30. But I can't find it any more. Page after Page of Googling, out of stock, out of stock. But the third parties are a plenty. I succumb and paid a whopping $90, because now I have to have the thing I can't have. And I have to say, I wish I knew about this sooner. Wow. It is incredible. Minty, fresh, and warm. It's very nice. Not very aquatic, a bit warmer. Hard to describe. At least I have a bottle now. Too bad its gone.

Was on the fence with blind buying this one for a few years now despite the good reviews and cheap price. It was probably the comparisons to Gucci Rush. Never liked it, from the ugly plastic bottle to the scent, just wasn't for me. So I saw this at the drug store for $20/100ml recently and said "why not?" So it starts off with the same vibe as rush but the spices definitely make this less dry and harsh. I get a weird pickle accord in there at the beginning when my nose is up close to where I sprayed but thankfully that dissipates soon. Then what I get is a close resemblance to another Gucci. ENVY! Okay it's not a clone or dupe but it definitely has the same vibe. Like another reviewer mentioned there is also a bit of Gucci pour homme II in there as well. It's like a mix of 3 Gucci frags, rush, envy and pour homme II. I'm very pleased with it. Projects and lasts well. Wish I took the plunge earlier.

Great spicy , incense + sandalwood + nutmeg fragrance with a balsamic edge. Very strong and natural smelling nutmeg; the opening is a bit deceitful as it smells brighter and fresher and closer to Gucci Rush for Men. But that quickly dries down and becomes a strong nutmeg bomb which is very unique, and stays that way for around 6 maybe 7 hours. Projection is moderate and becomes softer couple hours in. This is not a bad thing because this type of scent works best as a bubble. Later you also get a bit more creaminess from the sandalwood and the dryness from the cedar. I find this is actually better for warmer spring days as the ginger , bergamot and woods open up. On colder days the fragrance is more muted and not as expressive. Definitely can be polarizing but also a great addition if you like stuff that is a little more “out there” that still smell good. It is discontinued unfortunately.

I don't use the expression "love at first sniff" too often. Maybe for encre noire i felt that way but this parfum definitely made for me. Incense, woods, spices.. All blend in perfect harmony especially at the opening. This will be on my top 5 fragrances for sure i feel it coming It has resemblance with encre noire extreme and wonderwood cdG but due to it's more on the herbal side i think it's more like wonderwood which i love aswell 10/10 I don't even go through with sillage and longevity. Don't give a damn, i don't mind reapplying it, this fragrance puts smile on my face and makes me feel really good Btw i wish i had a chance to smell gucci rush if it's half as good as that. CREAMY AIRY FRESH CLEAN SLIGHTLY GREEN/EARTHY the opening is lightly fresh-clean spicy & slightly green/earthy & slightly creamy, has almost a greenness to it, very unique blend the mid to dry: the dirty-earthiness subsides as the creaminess & slight green spiciness steals the show along with wood (and smells so good) full dry: all that's left is mainly creamy clean musk (similar to that of Chanel Allure Homme Sport) unique light modern western oriental (it's light & aromatic but yet a little dense), smells like something Issey Miyake would put out not Azzaro; very versatile, day-time, casual or office, all season, day-time wear, age range: 24+ Projection/Sillage' is LIGHT, not real loud and doesn't push hard but those in-close will notice. Performance/Longevity is GREAT, last 10-12 hours (on fabric).

Still one of the best cedar based fragrances on the market, especially amongst designer brands. Very smooth and soothing aroma, true masterpiece from Annick Menardo, maybe it's even her best creation. Nutmeg, woods, incense, pepper - everything is perfectly blended together. My bottle is from 2020 (batch 91T4003), so apparently it's still in production and hasn't been discontinued (at least I reallly hope so). Projection and longevity are similar to the older bottles, my previous one was from 2011 and I didn't notice any serious differences. For those who say it lasts 30 minutes - you obviously got a fake bottle. But PLEASE, update the title image of this fragrance to a normal one, there are tons of them in better quality over the internet. This scent deserves much more respect!

Incense, cedar and guaiac wood, well blended with spice. The opening is gorgeous! Like freshly chopped sweet lumber. Then it gradually fades to simpler creamy guaiac wood scent plus smoke, with cedar and spice lurking around. The powdery cedar would step forward during the end stage. It has a completely different personality from Kenzo Jungle Homme that's also heavy on guaiac wood. Jungle is creamy and warm, while Visit is incense-y and spicy. It delivered me peacefulness every time l used it like a ritual (before Omicron took my olfactory sense away). Moderate projection but above average longevity on fiber. One of the best frags by Azzaro. I used to spray it freely, 10+ spritz to calm myself down, to endure this crazy world. Obviously it's discontinued.

This scent doesn’t get enough praise. Affordable? Check. Performance? Check. Uniqueness? Check. Versatility? Check. If I had to describe this to another collector I would put it like this: It is a fabric softener type of scent- basically a “mountain fresh” fabric softener in a bottle. If Versace Blue Jeans is the “Original scent” of fabric softener then this is (as I’ve mentioned) the “Mountain fresh” scent. I am not saying you have to like one to like the other. I’m not even saying they smell the same. Blue Jeans is floral, mildly sweet and youthful. Visit is woody, peppery and maybe a little more mature. But in both I get this “fresh out of the dryer” vibe which is nice. I think more ppl should know about this fragrance. I give it a love! SYL

one of the best perfume for woody, smoky and fresh accord fans. smells realy natural. suitable for office. smell, bottle designe, price, sillage, longevity, all of them is good. 7/10 شاید فوق العاده نباشه اما واقعا عطر خوبیه بوی خوبی داره، قیمتش مناسبه، پخش و ماندگاریش قابل قبوله، شیشه عطر زیباست و کلا از هر نظر نمره قبولی میگیره اگه از طرفداران چوب سدار هستید به هیچ عنوان این عطر رو از دست ندید. یه کار خنک و شاداب و باطراوت در عین حال سنگین و تلخ و دودی در ابتدا با بمب فلفل و بخور(دود) شروع میشه که البته مرکبات هم در حاشیه و بصورت محسوس وجود دارند که باعث شاداب شدن و طراوت کار میشن، در ادامه همون مرکبات ، محو میشن و چوب سدار بهمراه زنجبیل و هل و بخور بیشتر خودنمایی میکنن و عطر رو گرم تر چوبی تر تلخ تر و دودی تر میکنند.کاملا زیبا و مردانه 7/10

Damn this is one of the best scents I have smelt in a long time, considering I spend nearly £2000 a year on scents and over 30 years you will see my trouble is this. If I had only found about this scent it is a pure compliment getter. I have spent a tonne and one of the cheapest bottles. It always reminds of the Shard building. Atomiser is a bit tempremental but then isnt life? Visit I would love to stay in the aoma. On its maiden spritz the supermarket girl asked me waht i was wearing, the petrol pump cashier asked me, then the Traffic Warden asked meand said I was just going to book you but I will settle for you telling me what your wearing. I think I am going to wear this on a visit to the bar and get my client off a charge of Murder 1!

I PAID HOW MUCH FOR THIS!? This fragrance could easily pass off as a high-end designer fragrance. Perhaps even a lower-end niche. The opening is super intriguing with blasts of cardamom, ginger, and nutmeg. As it dries down it somewhat reminds me of a slightly darker Versace Man Eau Fraiche. There's no vanilla in the scent profile but at about the 2hr mark I start getting hints of sweetness reminiscent of vanilla. The longevity of this fragrance is insane too - I can smell it 8hrs later and on. To top it all off, the price is absolutely unbeatable! I cannot believe how cheap it is especially considering the performance and scent profile. The sillage is not great however (it is by FAR an intimate scent), but who cares for this price?

This scent is approaching the level of a Masterpiece, for me at least. It has so much to offer. You want woods? This has it! Do you want Cypress and vetiver? This scent delivers both! How about Smokey Incense and Musk? No problem, this scent has that too! What's that you say? You want a cool, refreshing, masculine and spicy scent too? Look no further! This fine fragrance is worthy of being mentioned among some other legendary scents and deserves to be on your shelf! At the current price of 20-40 dollars for 100ml at discounters, it is a delight! This punches way above it weight class and should not be overlooked. If I had to complain if would be the longevity but go heavy on the sprays and it will serve you well! Spring/Fall/Winter

Visit is a wonderful masculine fragrance. Opens up with a heavy blast of nutmeg, spicy accords and I also detect a bit of vetiver in there. The dry down is really dry-woody and incense smoky, almost balsamic. It’s lovely! My only issue is that the sillage is very weak. Too bad! Within two hours it has become a skin scent, although it lingers on your skin for a long time. It’s best during late fall or winter. The flacon is elegant classy, like a modern skyscraper at night.🌃 But I don’t get why the juice is light blue — this is nowhere near a blue fragrance! It also deserves a better profile picture here on Fragrantica, come on — the Windows 95 version feels a bit dated now in 2021 😉

The strength of this scent is on par with the likenesses of Jacques Bogart fragrances It has a small Speck of oud in it It has a nice amount of incense driving it And plenty of Gourmand Essences added into it and It has an above-average strength and creates a force field of fragrance around you Lasted at least six seven eight hours plus for me and forever on clothing To me it smells a little of cigar Blackwood it smells of Jacques Bogart Tower you know... things on that parallel...And for the going current prices it's an absolute steal and a gem..And in my opinion I will grade it a B+ on all Accords... thank you have a nice day

I’ve reach a point in my perfumery journey where I think Annick Menardo can do no wrong. My first ever perfume was Chrome. A pleasant albeit cheap/synthetic perfume. The only reason I came back to Azzaro is Menardo’s creation. On paper, a relatively generic idea. On skin though, a warm, salty, organic smelling offering both subtle and ingenious. Spices are delicate yet consistent throughout. Cedar is mellow and a perfect bridge to the ambergris’s soft supporting base. A very well balanced scent. Warm sweetness, salty wood with supporting smokiness. Not too masculine, very seductive.

First, nothing is exact, BUT this opens up just like Gucci Rush. That was my signature scent for years. However, after it settles it is reminiscent of spicebomb. NOT exact but in the same genre. Sillage is small, but longevity it 7/10. I sweat a lot. I sprayed this on my hand, and went running for 2 hrs!!!! I could still smell it as a skin scent, but that is similar to Gucci rush behavior on my skin as well. You like Gucci rush & spicebomb; you will like this. Price...the bomb!!!! Done. 8/10 if it projected more, 10/10 but it lasts close to skin very well.

Instant love for me. Wood and incense with touch of floral and small bit of fresh spice. Waited a long time to pull the trigger on this because some reviews saying it's not for everyone. I guess I can see that, since it's not the typical mass appealing blue and sweet fragrances. But this is not daring or difficult. Super enjoyable. If you have large collect then this is for you, no doubt. If you dont have large collection but want to try something thats is more interesting, then it's cheap enough for a blind buy.

Freshly cut cedar wood sweetened by a strong nutmeg and supported by a noticeable myrrh/incense (but not aggressive as in Encre Noire Extreme). Great projection without being aggressive. You can feel the smell of resin, some green, but mostly the wood... wood, wood, and wood! Love it, and at less than $20 for a large bottle, I love it even more! Winter all day, Spring and Fall evening, 30+ Edit: the drydown is a nutmeg bomb, even stronger than the cedar. I like, but some may not.

Spicy. Very woody. Someone told me they thought it smelled like beloved le labo santal 33... No. Not at all. To me this is like a raw cut piece of cedar wood with spices sitting on top of it. There is nothing sweet about this scent. nothing. I think that's what this is lacking but it does get a bit better with time, I do like that... Scent 8. I love woods Longevity 8 Projection 8 Over all you should take a look at this if you like woody scents, especially for the price...

Delightful variation on the pencil shaving woody style with a nutmeg element that works wonders in spring and autumn by smelling really different as the temperature shifts. Manages both dry, crisp, clean and warm, cozy, soft depending - but stumbles in high heat when it can be cloying. Annoyed a little by how much I prefer this to Tam Dao which seems the closest reference but it lacks the mutability and surprise. Not a loud scent, but that's only right with this profile.

I arrived today and I am impressed . I do not know if synthetic, I do not care , I just know it smells great and looks like Quorum Silver but more durable, without ginger , better sillage and less fresh. A gorgeous smell of autumn and winter is warm, comforting and sublime smell of cedar. It is a masculine scent . A woman smelling this would be grotesque and unpleasant. 10/10 . The best perfume that I have .

Does everything that Annick Menardo touches turn to gold? It would certainly seem so. This is such a sublime fragrance, it shines with a dry spicy opening merging into rubbery woods with a sweet incense heart. Blue cedar? Guaiacwood? I'm all in. Incredibly inexpensive and impressive in it's composition, it would be foolish not to own this. Maybe buy a case... I mean why wouldn't you? 10/10

WOW just WOW! This cannot be from 2003, Annick Menardo hit it out of the park with this scent. It is VERY modern, those mid notes are just money! Incense, woods, ginger, bergamot, yea you get all that! Azzaro has a bunch of "meh" frags, and it blows my mind how this is not one they invest advertising time in....Annick you garnered a fan! People get it before your paying big bucks!!!

I never smelled the Gucci rush. I thought it was like it and menardo does not perfume. Bvlgari black enchanted me. Azzaro visit really opens in a way worthy of the visit name. Sad, melancholic neither dark nor too bright. I get a hard and intense ink. Whiskey softens in a very different middle note, it may be from coconut. I like it has an air that will go to every environment.10/8

I can’t rate this high enough. High marks for uniqueness and solid performance! The scent grew on me as I’ve come along in my fragrance journey. The woodsy incense scent is surely unique and as it grows on you, you can’t get enough of it. I agree with reviewer Joy Amin when he said “love it!”. Lovely In the cooler weather, at least for me. Get this!

I had this before and it is really, really good. One spray lasted the whole day. I've bought two bottles recently,from different venues. And they are not the same. They barely last an hour no matter how much I use. Does anyone know if this is still available in its original form? I know they stopped producing it some years ago.

A very solid blind buy. Signature scent worthy and it's definitely something I will be rocking this fall. A beautiful spicy/incensy smell, which kind of reminds me of Hugo Boss Soul. My only complaint would be for the performance, but apart from that I'd give this one an 8.5/10. If it had better performance, it would be a 10.

I wasn't expecting this much uniqueness from an Azzaro fragrance and it smells divine! Spicy woody with incense but still has some freshness to it. It does last long but the projection is more of the intimate type. Seems to me like a year round scent, except for hot summer mornings. Such a wonderful fragrance.

How is this fragrance discontinued!? I miss it so much and there is literally nothing like it out there. A truly unique profile and my signature scent for over a decade. I think about it all the time and I hate that there is no other fragrance to match it. RIP Visit. You were the GOAT

I have this one for years and even though I do wear it very infrequently my perception hasn't changed a bit. AZZARO Visit takes me everytime (bare)back to the times when I was a little boy making boats from the pine barks. This soothing, resinous smell... I would never forget it!

I was a big fan of Gucci Rush so got this because of the alleged similarities. I’m happy to say it didn’t disappoint, it’s very close to how I remember Rush. The dry down reminds me of the church incense (Frankincense and or Myrrh). Decent longevity and silage, it’s a real gem.

One of the best blind buys of mine. I agree with the comment below, the opening is just really nice it's like a tart lemon with spice and smokey wood i also get a little bit of sweetness on the dry down just too good. So glad i was able to find this and add to my collection.

I always keep coming back to this. It is so elegant yet so private and addictive. A definition of a pure woody smoky scent. Never received a compliment on this but I don't really care. Lots of potential for layering. Please don't discontinue it!

Nutmeg, almond and musk are the three main note breakdowns I detect. The fragrance is pleasant and ideal for autumn/winter. Weak to average longevity. 7/10 because of its good price-point.

Suprise,suprise! A very intoxicating blend. Too bad the performance is really bad. On the upside, women love this. If your visit brings you close enough it will impress.

I got a 30ml bottle of this recently. I own Coach Open Road and I think they have some similarities. This one seems to last longer. Both are awesome fragrances.

Ah, beautiful fragrance! I get whiffs of vetiver, which again reminds me of Chanel Allure Sports. I might someday make myself a t-shirt with "I <3 vetiver!"

It's similar to the discontinued and forgotten Gucci Rush for Men. It's woody, spicy, balsamic & a bit smoky. An all around very good scent.

I absolutely love Gucci Rush for man, the sexiest perfume for man ever existed. Since it is discontinued, Visit is as close as you can get.
