Wanted Eau de Parfum

There has been so much exploration and progress into the world of men’s perfume over the last two decades it’s hard to come up with something truly original that would still sell. Even Dior went back to the staples of the 80’s for their Elixir release. Also, when the big brands do take risks: Gucci Guilty Absolute and things if that nature, they don’t sell. Period. @Dbatch There are houses out there that do it just for the art, and that’s fine. It’s called “Niche” for a reason. But I said WHO cares if a fragrance is mass appealing? And why’d you delete your OG comment? Opinion is opinion and we’re all entitled. I don’t even consider a lot of houses Niche anymore: PdM, Roja, Killian: they’re more like high-end designers in the perfume world. Like Versace is to Polo in clothing. Everyone is just trying to help people smell good and make some money along the way. I just don’t understand why that’s a bad thing? And if you take an even deeper look at all of these “discontinued masterpieces” from the 90’s and 00’s - they weren’t masterpieces until they were discontinued. You still see it with current releases that get canned, no one cares until they’re gone (1 Million Lucky).

It’s from a designer brand, and they’re selling bottles, not art. That’s the goal, and the “outstanding works of genius” get discontinued because they’re not selling. Niche houses do it for the art, but even they’re delving more and more into the mass appeal market - and there’s nothing wrong with that. There is no reason for the negativity or to call out other people providing their very own extremely subjective opinion on a fragrance. Fragrantica is such a negative place anymore, where snobs just come to downvote new designer releases without even smelling them - where anything that smells mass appealing is teeny bopper trash...you like barnyard oud and smoke, we get it.

Reminds me of a mix betweeen YSL Y Live and MontBlanc Spirit as well but denser and a little bit sweeter with toned down lavender with more prominent juniper. Overall this smells very nice, no urine smell at all or any umpleasant notes. It's synthetic but very well blended. If you want urine smell in mainstream try L'Eau Majeure d'Issey Issey Miyake :D I do not get all the hate. You can also feel the Wanted DNA. All in all i like it very much. Dont believe other reviews, it is still sweet fragrance with some freshnes but definately not unoffensive fresh frag. If you like fragrances from YSL Y line or Wanted in general you will like this one as well :) 8/10

I don't like it and I don't dislike it, it is just like every other run of the mill sweet bubble gummy style fragrance that has came out in the past few years, Don't get me wrong it is pleasant but nothing really sets it apart other than maybe longevity is slightly more than some others , that said it does perform well, but it stays pretty linear from opening to dry down...... If you like stuff like One million or Invictus you will probably enjoy this the scent style is very similar because whatever note breakdown they have listed doesnt match up, I get no juniper berries, and if there is sage and vetiver in it they are very weak

Besides the bottle's design, I was pleasantly shocked by this scent. It’s got a woody, herbal, spicy soul that fits my scent profile. It's got a younger, maybe even restless, kind of energy. Not for boys, mind you, but for a man who hasn't settled down to become a museum piece just yet. If you're looking for deep, seductive musk that lingers in a dark room, you've come to the wrong place. This is a bright, cordial scent, like a deal being made in a poolside bar with cocktails. It’s more D.B. Cooper than Hannibal Lecter when it comes to the kind of man it smells like—wanted, but with a clean getaway.
