Keep It Fluffy

KIF. Mmmm. Not usually my cup of cocoa, it's terrifyingly innocent, Barbie to the max, a floral powder bomb, but it works. It IS comforting, it is the olfactory equivalent of a cashmere blanket, a box of chocs and a nice singing and dancing movie on TV sitting beside your mum on the sofa while she knits you a nice balaclava and matching gloves on a string.....here's the rub...hold on to your cries of "Heretic!" and spritz your wrist with KIF AND B's Cocktail. Then wait. Suddenly, KIF is grown up and sexy, like Florence Nightingale in stockings and Suspenders. Try it....(if you can find it). Addendum: Having scoured high and low for a bottle of Yardley Caprice (Circa 1971-72), being the drugstore perfume of choice for the burgeoning adolescent hoardes back then, I can honestly say I've a fair idea that the creator of BN2B2BB KIF had a dim and distant memory, if not an old bottle of this in mind when aforementioned was created. Caprice has the same sweet fluffy innocence onboard, obviously time has given the base notes a boot up the backside and turned them a bit, but yes, now that I have it, I know WHY I was instantly drawn to KIF. It's basically my youth, at the Woolworths beauty counter, wafting my latest christmas stocking filler whilst trying to persuade myself I'm irresistible to spotty boys who are more interested in dinky toys and cap guns than my less than obvious charms.

Powdery, sweet and very 1950's. Think kitten heels, blonde hair, pink dresses. If this was a ballroom dance it would definately be the American Smooth. It's very feminine, innocent and light without being too girly. Vanilla, jasmine and ylang ylang all make pleasant appearances with a hint of rose to add a vintage feel. It's truly heart-warming and fun!

To me this is far too sweet and sickly to wear as a perfume, it smells pink and fades pink...it's fluffy pink mule slippers and candy hearts- I'm not a girly girl and it really does nothing for me...but stays like nothing on this earth! As previously stated, if you find a BNTBTBB perfume that you love..it's great, cos it lasts forever! However, random tester sprays can haunt you for literally days......

this smells exactly like pink lemonade to me.not bad though:):):):):):):):)

Mark Constantine et al were ahead of the curve in regards to niche perfumery during the early noughties. Be Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful was one of my favourite beauty boutiques on the high street, and it’s a shame the concept was so short lived, as they made interesting and beautiful perfume notes accessible. While LUSH is an exceptional brand, I feel BNTBTBB should be kept quite separate from it. Keep It Fluffy has a LUSH-type name but none of the frivolous connotations you associate with multi coloured bath bombs. It was a fabulous, complete scent, rich with all things girly; powdery golden vanilla, a blast of pink rose, all balled up with musk and woods. I loved its immediate impact and obvious complexity, which very much renders it a marmite scent. Some hate it’s loud explosion of all things pink, others adore it. I hope it finds its way back (via Lush limited editions, perhaps?) as we need a break from the more mature feminine scents that are squeezing our purse strings.

This is a really nice perfume. Soft, sweet, vanilla and flowers. Roses and jasmines. The bottle is lovely. This was probably one of my Senior Year of High School fragrances so that lets you know right away that it's for younger women, a very innocent, simple and sweet girly girl fragrance. I enjoyed it and used up one whole bottle. I have another bottle at my parent's house in Charleston lol I think it's been discontinued. Pure nostalgia for me. Memories.

Gorgeous! The ultimate girly perfume. It's one you could spray all over yourself after a luxury bath to make you feel even more special. I think of pink feather boas, lingerie.. and sleepovers with lots of giggling and wine. This is a lovely comfortable sweet powdery fluffly scent that smells like nothing else and I think it briliant!

This perfume is light very powdery and sweet It is super girly and lovely if you don't like powdery you wont like this the natural vanilla oils make it this way All B never too beautiful scents are Vegan friendly! Even though it is soft and sweet it still makes me feel mature and has a rich feeling to it x
