Pink Straps

21. February 2019 Well... these "straps" collections arrived last year to shops herr and seems like nobody was interested in them, so they have been on sale already for a while. To be honest i didnt like them as well, but today i have retested some of them and while i was still disgusted by Amber stripes, i am really liking these pink ones more and more. It took a while for them to develope, but now its blooming and its beautiful mix of oud, rose and shaffron and luckily i do not smell pachouli. This is like a sister to YR "rose oud" but less darker dare i say? Sillage is great and lasting power is very good as well. For the price they are selling it now you cannot go wrong. I think i will get me one.

Review of a man. I was looking for some perfumes for my girlfriend. Smelled this. Disliked it instantly. It's a potent, sticky rose dominated fragrance with earthy notes. It's like a rose syrup. Rose has become a somewhat rare ingredient in nowadays parfumes, and is often associated with fragrances of the past. At least in it's dominant form. I cannot see any woman younger than 40 or 50 wearing it. Strong, old school with almost niche feeling to it. Very different from nowadays light floral trends, which is not a bad thing. It is outdated, somewhat offensive, cloying but at the same time multilayered. It has the right to exist, as a monument to the past despite it's obvious shortcomings.
