Balifleur

Balint Perfumes is a new niche brand from Kanjiza, a small town in Northern Serbia near the Hungarian and Romanian borders. This part of the world is not exactly known for perfumery, but Balint Perfumes might change that. The perfumer Csaba Balint is of Hungarian ethnicity and he was educated independently, outside of major perfume schools, thus his approach is original and unconventional - think of people like Pissara Umaviani (Dusita) and Manuel Cross (Rogue Perfumery), only on a more modest scale (at least for now). The first perfume that he has released is aptly named Balifleur - this is a play on words, because it references both his surname Balint, and the island of Bali and its lush flowers. Balifleur is nominally unisex, but in reality quite feminine. The main notes are intoxicating champaca and tuberose, combined with wild strawberries and coconut. The fragrance is initially very sweet and tropical; as it dries down, it becomes more woody and balsamic, with patchouli and various resins. It lasts over 12 hours and projects magnificently. For such a high-quality scent it is very reasonably priced and definitely worth a try. I'll be getting a full bottle in the near future.

First I tried in summer heat and then it was too much. But now in february is perfect-it gives a warm hug to me with wild berries, gardenia, champaca, tuberose, cocos...very-very feminine scent in the best way! I LOVE it!!!

this is a very traditional parfum. it opens very fruity and dries down floral powdery...its a very nostalgic parfum especially if you are from where I am from and it just turned ot to be the same region as the creator himself. I remember ladies in nice sundresses waring similar scents...very traditional as I said, not too loud not overwhelming, delicate and feminine

Heady spring florals, starts with an old fashioned gardenia, heads on to yellow floral heart and ends on a creamy tuberose. Quite sweet but also tart. I would have guessed some greens in here but never coconut! Don't get that at all. But there is something tropical about it, more the tartness + yellow floral. I did get a mild saliva feel upon opening - sometimes perfumes produce this feel for me which put me off but it goes away after a few minutes. Drydown is a tart tropical, touch of sweetness and creaminess. Crisp spring day scent, feels a little green to me. Edit: Wow - shape shifter! A lovely fruity-white flowery , spicy fragrance - for women exclusively , in my opinion. It radiates feminty together with playfulness. Very long lasting, on clothes it’s easily 3 days - on my skin at keast 12 hours at arm’s length. This is not a shy perfume! My fave part is the first stage, unrealistically real wild berries with a little spuce and a few white flowers. Then the berries fade and their place is taken over by flowers and spices (I smell mostly saffrin) and the main scent on le is gardenia - which I adore. Absolutely full bottle worthy! Well done Mr Balint, keep on creating stunning fragrances like Bali fleur (mind you, nothing to donwith Bali, the place).

Juicy wild strawberries, time for miracles is open and, even more -never is too late for miracles to happen. I love it. It is modern approach to parfumery , but in the same time , timeless. Imagine the dream-late summer in far away land , no worries ,just laughter.I will always cross that line. A line between reality and imaginary world...Bali Fleur

Nice perfume. Opens sweet'ish,soon become wooden. It's very soft feminine perfume I can hardly smell it after 3min. Maybe it's just my skin. If it would be louder would buy bottle as its really nice.
