Rouge Eau de Toilette

A beautiful Tuberose similar to the EDP. Very high quality juice another Bisch masterpiece. If you love white florals and Tuberose this seriously good value with more of a nod to the 80’s room rocking fragrances that don’t smell the same anymore with reformulation. This and the EDP share similar DNA to Maison Crivelli’s Tuberose Astrale minus the leather - obviously all Quintin Bisch. This is a stunning day floral and sweet fragrance for me which works for me on a dress down day but still makes me feel put together as it smells way more expensive than it is. Actually it’s a bit of a work horse as I use it to pad out and enhance all my other expensive Tuberose fragrances such as French Flower, Carnal Flower, Marfa. Also laters with with linear vanilla fragrances like Vanilla Powder. But my favourite combination has to be with Jo Malone Red Hibiscus 🌺

I absolutely love the Rouge EDP, it's my new favorite. Of course, the idea of a slightly lighter version with citrus intrigued me. I blind bought a full size. It is soooooo light. I'm a little dissapointed. The EDT smells beautiful, it has the same DNA, but much less sweet, sharp and strong. Not nearly as sexy, it's more of a clean floral. The georgywood and osmanthus really shine in the EDP and it lasts over 12 hours. The EDT is much softer, with a little added citrus and just a touch powder. The lily is the star. I'll wear this to work, and save the EDP for evenings and outings. It is a lovely scent, but missing the wow factor of the the EDP.

This, despite the notes, is v similar to Givenchy Rouge Ultime. Actually between this one n the Angelique. It's got a little bit of spice but not much. I haven't tried side by side but my brain just shouted 'you have this, it's Rouge Ultime'. It's Ok but considering the price especially, just get Rouge Ultime, that's half price everywhere at the mo. More expensive looking bottle as well. The Balmain feels n looks cheap to me. It is NOT nearly as good as Rouge Malacite imo, forget it if you looking for a dupe, the spice is not as good.
