Al Khanjar Perfume

Was walking through a festival in town and passed by a woman selling Arabic perfumes. After sifting through a few scents of the sweeter and more floral variety, she rolled this one on my wrist and I fell in love. Oud is a hit or miss for me, as I find if it's too harsh I get a bit of a headache. This perfume manages to hit that sweet spot of powerful yet smooth. It's nostalgic and exciting at the same time. There is something in this perfume that takes me to a memory I can't name. I swear I've smelt this before on someone I love. Starts out assertive, filled with amber, oud, and a very dry rose. Dries down on my skin to the refined smell of sandalwood and a cashmere sweater, tinged with vanilla, like you're drinking milk and honey while sitting in front of a fire. I think the only season I wouldn't wear this in is spring, but the heat of a summer night works perfectly.

One of my favourite daily attars I use. This is a sweet musk (not rosey) combined with a smokey vanilla-oud combo blended to perfection into a smooth fragrant experience. A reviewer below compared it to resala but in my opinion Al Khanger is much better. Notes: Sweet - Oud - Vanilla - Musk Scent 8.5/10 Longevity: 7.5/10 Projection: 7/10

One of my favorite smells. it performs exactly like what the notes say. Very simple yet beautiful fragrance. The dry down on skin is phenomenal with the vanilla musky skin-like scent.

This is quite lovely. Rose and vanilla over a smoky oud base. Layered with Al Rehab Choco Musk smells exactly like Resala for a fraction of the cost. Longevity is very good as is sillage and projection. Not a safe blind buy if you don't like oud.

Smells a lot like the Lattafa Raghba, but this is a little less sweet, more woody, much better in my opinion and not as cheap and headache inducing as the Lattafa.

beautiful presentation, worth it just for the bottle itself. i have the oil version, sprayable one is same smell as well but oil lasts longer. its a typical oud rose vanilla combo you smell in many middle eastern perfumes. but worth to keep it just for the bottle. its gorgeous. beast mode 7/10 for smell, 10/10 for performance and bottle

This is a tourist trap magnet in my place . Cheap as hell with a popular vanilla oud scent and an eye-catching bottle. My skin sadly doesn't agree with this because the oil gives me rashes (it goes away after an hour when swabbed heavily with alcohol on the area I applied on). 😞
