A skin scent on me and become an instant obsession. I first tried this on a smelling strip at annex vintage and it was driving me crazy that i could barely smell it. despite that i couldn’t stop thinking about it and continuously smelling the paper for the subtle scent it left and ordered it in the sample kit that same night. instantly my favourite. Intimate, smells like my skin but sexy, older, luxurious. Walking in the wind getting wafts of an indescribable dream scape and realizing it was me. obsessed!!

This fragrance propells you into cutscene, when life is a film and you’re two places at once, relaxing 600 kilometres an hour on a bullet-train. A free-flow of luxury, commitment, choice, and material circumstance. Like closing traffic on the Williamsburg bridge just to move sculptures for installation week — you don’t need to drive, but you’ve arrived. When I wear this, i get a dose of the mall, before the trip of a lifetime.

Barre fragrances seem to offer their complexity closer to the skin, which is fine by me the days of overpowering perfume are long gone. This scent is sweet with dark notes underneath, I get some florals too with a juiciness, perhaps that’s the citrus? The amber is stronger on my décolletage and clothes than on my wrist .

It's so odd because for some reason this perfume comes off so masculine to me but the notes say otherwise. It's so intimate. Nightlife, casinos, in the back seat of a car at 2 am. It's so good. It's mature.

The opening gave me syrupy strawberries. The dry down is very bright a bit vintage like something a cool teenager would be wearing at the mall in the 80' Controversial BUT: if Girl of the year by Thin Wild mercury is Carrie Bradshaw (season 1-2) in SATC.
