Almond Blossom

I absolutely love anything almond scented (it reminds me strongly of cherry blossom, which I also love), so I was very excited to try this one. I blind bought the body mist, and I'll admit that when I first got it and tried it I wasn't wowed. It smelled nice, but very light at the time. I've worn it a couple times layered with BBW Rose, which I got the same day. It smells incredible with Rose, especially if you're not a huge fan of rose perfumes. It really rounds and grounds the strong floral and gives it a little sweetness. Today I decided to wear Almond Blossom alone for the first time, and it is much stronger than I remember! I feel like I'm fully appreciating it for the first time. I would consider it a sweet floral. I don't really get much vanilla, its definitely a background player. The almond blossom and the musk are immediately identifiable. There's an extra floral note that I'm assuming is the orchid. And there is just a hint of vanilla that blends seamlessly with the sweet almond blossom. Overall a pretty and pleasant fragrance. This actually reminds me of a lighter, softer version of Pink Sugar, minus the heavy licorice note. Sweet and slightly powdery in the drydown. Definitely give this one a try!

A really beautiful, sweet, warm, delightful, cozy, and delicate almond fragrance! I just absolutely adore Almond Blossom! The fragrance itself is on the delicate and subtle side. There’s a very lovely sweet almond sent with some creamy vanilla orchid and a warm cashmere musk. It’s sweet, but not overly so, perhaps due to the cashmere musk. I find it to be gracious, elegant, delightful, and even somewhat comforting. Something that just makes me feel good whenever I wear/smell it, and it always makes me feel pretty. I own the body mist, lotion, and body wash and I don’t ever want to run out. It’s one of the best B&BW fragrances imo. I really hope they bring this one back. It’s a very easy reach, works well year round, is good for layering as well as wearing alone, and is something that can work for most occasions. Plus, it’s a pretty inoffensive fragrance. I get really good longevity with Almond Blossom, it lasts all day on me. The projection is nice too, I’d consider it between intimate to moderate. The performance is even better if I use it with the body care products too.

For those who LOVE this scent like i do, there's a fragrance company by the name of Mix:Bar that has an upcoming EDP fragrance called "Whipped Almond". It smells EXACTLY like Almond Blossom. Mix:Bar fragrances are U.S. based and are exclusively available at Target, and they're very affordable( $18.99 - $19.99 for a 1.7oz). Select Target stores are putting this fragrance out early, which is how I got mine. So you may or may not be able to find this fragrance at your local Target. But if you don't find it, don't worry. It'll be widely available in the near future. Until it's added in the Fragrantica database, you can find my review on my Instagram @fragranceenthusiast. P.S. They also have another release called "Sparkling Hibiscus", which smells like a very fruity cocktail.

This is honestly one of the prettiest, most gentle, powdery floral-y lactonic mists I have tried from BBW. Very feminine and milky! This was a blind buy because I wanted a vanilla mist that had floral notes in it but I was completely blown away by how sweet this smells. It opens with sweet almonds and a hint of orchid and dries down to a very soft sweet vanilla (and a hint of baby powder?) However, I should have known it was too good to be true because it only lasted for about an hour or so before I had to spray again. Although maybe it's just my body chemistry as floral notes don't tend to stay on me very long.

I LOVE this body spray. I tend to like bold, earthy scents and sweet pink juices tend to not be my thing. This is a fantastic palette cleanser. It’s cozy, warm, milky with a faint touch of white floral and amber. Sillage and longevity are low. I love to take a hot bath, spray liberally, and curl up in bed. This is also great for layering. It makes a screechy Oud rose more approachable, and adds a touch of sweetness to a crisp soapy floral. This is the scent to bring along if you’ve booked a cottage with a windowseat on air bnb, and all you plan to bring is a fluffy robe and suitcase full of books.

Sweet creamy and soft vanilla almond. This scent should be made into a perfume. It is gentle and smooth like a mother’s hug. 🤗 I bought the collection; shower gel, lotion and mist and the scent lasts all day. It would work great for layering with other perfumes as well. It probably reminds us of several other fragrances because of the common notes. To me it’s the dry down of Valentino Donna Aqua without the frangipani and also English Laundry No. 7 without the melon. However, this scent stands on its own!

This was a gift and I LOVED this scent so much!!! It’s Spring in a bottle!!! I’ve always been a gourmand type of person but I felt in love with this fragrance. Such a simple flowery fresh slightly sweet (almond) scent💛

I am looking for a fragrance that smells exactly like this one. but I can not seem to find any. This is my favourite but Bath and Body works hardly has it available.

This kind of reminds me of missing person just with a hint of floral but barely there. Its very pretty and cozy. I hope they bring it back.

I love this. Its vanillary & sweet, but not overpowering. I had this on the other day and my boyfriend thought it was Kayali Vanilla 28!

I don't tend to "wear" B&BW fragrances because I like a little more mystique to surround my personal scent, but I do thoroughly enjoy their candles, wallflowers, and even body washes (which are fun for the moment but vanish quickly, leaving a clean slate for my perfume-of-the-day). Originally I ordered Almond Blossom in the body cream to use on my hands at work, but since I was sent the Fine Fragrance Mist instead it sort of forced me into evaluating the scent differently. It was immediately familiar, though it took me all night and all day for the connection to finally click in place. This smells like Kenzo Amour, but swap the rice note for the nuttiness of almond. The cashmere musk base here is very reminiscent of the powdery vanilla musk dry down in Amour. Obviously these are not identical scents though, so it would be silly to not highlight the sweet, cherry almond qualities in Almond Blossom that really set it apart. These are delicately done, reminding me of the sweet, nose-tickling fruitiness that's present throughout the evolution of Prada Infusion d'Amande. And just like with the Prada, the almond is most prevalent here when sprayed on skin rather than on fabric. Unfortunately, being only a fragrance mist, nothing about this scent lasts beyond a few minutes except that nutty vanilla musk...which brings me right back to Kenzo Amour. Overall, this was a happy accidental acquisition (since I've always had a thing for the Kenzo but have never been able to commit to a full bottle) AND they're sending me *the body cream I ordered* at no cost. Win-win-win! If they ever offered this as a full EDT I'd confidently recommend it to anyone who enjoys plush, slightly more mature fragrances featuring almond & vanilla. If you were seeking a full-on gourmand though, this wouldn't fit the bill.

Wow!! I'm with the others here in agreement, this, on scent alone, is insanely nice. It's a delicious, vanillic, softly Play-Doh type of almond...the exact type I've been craving. It's not at all complicated or fussy, it's sweet, approachable and is an amazing "easy reach". I love many rich, deep and complex fragrances, but with almond I really wanted a simple, sweet and true *ALMOND*, where it's the focal point and not merely a side note. Here it is folks...from the humble house of B&BW (if you snub your nose at B&BW and feel that they don't produce good perfumes, you should really try this, it's not junky). It's almost a single-note fragrance, but there's some minor floral-ness to even it out. Where I am really bummed is in regard to longevity. It's not unfair that this only lasts 45 minutes or so, seeing how it's only a mist, but I would absolutely jump on it if it were released as an EDP or even an EDT. You know, spraying these incessantly in the summer is fine...because it feels good. But I'd rather not once fall comes (and this feels like fall to me), I hope B&BW creates a perfume version, they've done it with others that aren't even this good! Honestly, this is lovely. I just lament the performance, which is why the FFM is only a "like" and not a "love".

This is a really beautiful fresh and light vanilla almond scent. It is so similar to Pacifica's Silver Moon scent but the slight floral aspect of this one makes it more fitting for spring and summer, although it can definitely be used year-round. It's also a nice bedtime scent. Honestly, if you combine Pacifica's Silver Moon with BBW's Fresh Vanilla Blossom, you will get this scent. It's light, powdery, and very inoffensive. Unfortunately, it doesn't last that long, but that's BBW for you.

i really like this one- it's kind of like almond cookies. i get mostly almond and the vanilla orchid. a cozy scent, which i am excited to try in the cooler months. i am trying it in warmer weather though and it's fine, i just prefer these gourmand types of scents when it's cooler.

This one is good if you want to wear a fragrance that isn’t going to offend anybody. It’s a creamy, gentle vanilla almond aroma. Holds very close to the skin and reminds me of babies. Who doesn’t love being reminded of babies?

Almond Blossom was my first favorite of my batch of B&BW blind buys. Soft, powdery almond with a touch of florals. Super comforting; delicate and pretty. A lovely around the house or bedtime scent.

I wanted this to be sweeter and more of a milky almond than it is. I overhyped it in my own head, blind bought it and was let down by its overall perfume like qualities and lack of edible almondness. It’s very soft and musky, and I smell more of the vanilla orchid than anything. When it dries down it gets oddly salty(?) too. It’s sort of addictive but I’m not really sure if I actually like it or if I just can’t stop sniffing it. Not for someone looking for a sweet lactonic almond. This is very floral and musk.

To me this smells like sweet vanilla coconut oil. I had high hopes for this but not a fan. I was imagining almond extract ish scent but it's coconut oil that's been on the cupboard for months. Fall or winter scent. 2-4hours on me. Wouldn't recommend blind buying this. The drydown is beautiful tho, sweeter creamy vanilla. But on hot weather it's straight up sweet coconut oil on the skin. It's always hot here thus the headache. 07/10/2020

I always used to hear the term grandma floral and this mist was the perfect segway for that. Noopeeee this smells like what an old lady would wear, more than almond blossom it smells more like rose water to my nose. The perfect way i could describe this scent right after i sniffed it would be "why does it smell like the rose water that we drizzle lightly over biryani for enhancing the aroma!?" It was a total let down.

I loved this at first but my body chemistry enhances sugary scents so I started disliking this real quick. It smells very vanilla and simple syrup then turns into coconut snow cone. Very disappointing as I don’t like candy scents.
