Among The Clouds

I am new to Perfumes and Among the clouds is one of my favourite fragrances. I love the fruity smell and have gotten lots of compliments on it from my husband and friends. I think this fragrance is not unique but it smells very pretty and light and it's unique enough to appeal to almost everyone.

Among The Clouds should be part of their signature line with Cotton Candy Clouds they bring back every year. It's the most clean fruity feminine fragrance. I remember before this, they came out with a scent called Bubbly Rose that was super similar to this, except BR had a cranberry note.

This is a nice and pleasant, fruity, sweet (but not overly so) and youthful scent. I don't mind youthful and rather find it quite enjoyable - the happy and fresh scent - what not to love? Pretty hard to distinguish the notes, I mainly get fruits and berries, with emphasis on the later. The performance is that of a mist, perhaps a slightest bit stronger. I do enjoy it, but will not keep my bottle as there are fat more impressive scents out there and my collection is way too large.

Sweet and pretty, but nothing memorable. Great value when BBW runs BOGO, for around $25-30. Glad to have it but won't race to re-buy.

Oh my goodness! I'm shocked that most folks aren't saying this is related to Pink Chiffon! It's a generic berry/vanilla/white laundry musk, and it smells like many other B&BW releases. It's so, so similar to Pink Chiffon however, that I can't help but make this a comparison review. PC contains a bubble-gummy characteristic that's difficult to explain. It's also smells airier (ironic, given that this one is "Among the Clouds"), and just...more oddly addictive. Out of everything B&BW has released along these lines, I think PC is still the clear winner. This isn't bad though! It's enjoyable, sweet and desserty. It doesn't stay too heavy and it's suitable for all weather (although it'll probably be killed in winter air). The packaging is cute and makes a nice gift. (Cross posted to both entries.)

Nothing unique but very great starter perfume! Inoffensive to the nose and very light, and easy pick up. Probably not for anyone on Fragrantica looking for something new and unique, but definitely an easy pick up for a girl just getting into perfume.
