Bali Mango

I recently purchased Bali Mango from BBW's semi annual sale. I mainly bought it for sentimental reasons. It was originally a part of The Escape Collection from 2013. There are definitely some changes to the scent. It's not as sweet and fruity as it once was.The current version starts out with some bitter tones than finally settled into a floral / fruity concoction. I mainly smelled nectarine intertwined with some florals.Lasting power was 4 to 5 hours for me. I will definitely get some use out of it for the Summer time at least but most likely I will not repurchase. I did mix Avon's Far Away Bali with Bali Mango. This worked out greatly,and gave the fragrance more lasting power and feminity. It never hurts to get creative.

i got the 2026 version during the semiannual sale so I can’t speak for the og. however i looove this for summer especially to layer. i love to layer this with jungle fantasy by Britney Spears for the summertime. this smells like a mango passionfruit smoothie to me, very tropical and fresh. it reminds of a smell from my childhood that I can’t quite put my finger on, maybe some sort of candy. overall I really do like this for summer!!

This is very juicy fruity mango....Also smells like passion fruit! Reminds me of a few vs mists I have as well as pink pineapple sunrise. It's in the same family as a lot of escada summer releases. It's very strong for a body mist!

I have the 2025 version, not the original. I’m layering it today with Far Away Bali from Avon...great combination. Fresh, sweet-tart and summery.

Oof, I really wanted to like this one but it smells so funky, like something is off.

Literally smelled like a BELL PEPPER! It does not smell like a mango. If you want to smell like a bell pepper buy this!

Instant nostalgia! As a fan of the 2013 original I had to grab this 2025 relaunch of Bali Mango! It is a youthful, exotic, vibrant tropical escape in a bottle. The opening of juicy mango and luscious nectarine is bright and balanced. It's less heavy on the mango than the original. The pink passionflower quickly takes center stage, creating that perfect "Bali vacation" vibe. It's sweet but doesn't feel cloying. The floral touch makes it surprisingly fresh and ideal for hot, humid days without being overpowering. If you enjoy Escada or Juicy Couture fragrances then this fruity-floral mist is for you! It genuinely smells like a vacation in Bali – the essence of sun-ripened tropical fruits and lush, exotic flowers will instantly transport you to the breathtaking gateway to Bali!

I own both the original & the new return of bali mango, here's my comparison of the two. The original is a sweet, candy-like mango. It's also somehow fresh, with a fruity musk smell to it. It's a delicious, mouth watering mango fragrance, with strong projection. I was super excited to see this fragrance being brought back in 2025. The new version has a similar vibe, however the mango note is quite different. Instead of the sweet, fresh mango note, it's more of an over-ripe, pungent mango. The best way to describe it is "funky". It might be ok for layering, but overall very disappointed in the return.

I was kind of disappointed by Bali Mango and it seems many people on social media were too. Luckily it was very cheap. Comparing the notes from 2013 to the 3 notes in the 2025 version, I can see why. I am getting more of the nectarine and passion fruit than the mango and it’s really kind of basic. I think it’s better as a layering scent. I’ve layered with Yara Tous, Fame and Mango Magnetico. I wish I could’ve experienced the original, Bali Mango sounded more complex and exotic, more like its namesake.

I smell something sour, very very strong, almost very very unripe but not a fresh sweet mango.
