Blue Raspberry Burst

They added it!! I’ve been looking for a raspberry-focused perfume/fragrance, sweet and tart and sour. I ventured into BBW and was going to get Sweetest Song until I saw and smelled this. Wow. Cyan is my favorite color and raspberry is my favorite fruit - I’ve always loved blue raspberry anything. This was no exception, it smells just like the sweetness and sourness of a blue raspberry candy, with the very faintest sweet musk backing it. I don’t know if it’s some kind of branding mind control or what, as I find most BBW sweet/fruity scents to smell much the same and have no desire to wear them, but I really like it. I only wish the packaging was a little cuter and that the liquid was blue (I’m insane).

This is by far the strongest perfume I've ever gotten from Bath and Body Works. I find that a lot of their scents tend to fade pretty quickly or not be too noticeable after a few minutes, but this one sticks around. Blue razzberry is one of my favorite things on this god-forsaken earth, so I accept it's inability to let go happily. I highly prefer sweet scents over the more sour/bitter route that a lot of raspberry scents go for, so I'm very pleased that this is straight up sugary goodness. My only complaint is that I don't like the greens they went with for the packaging, but that has nothing to do with the scent itself.

A lovely, raspberry, cotton candy, blue candy scent.UPDATE: unfortunately it is only the opening that is what I describe, the drydown becomes quite bitter and too weird musky so it is not something I am reaching for. I think I am no longer going to purchase Bath and Bodyworks because there is something funny in each of the ones I have collected and this just feels like a waste of time. There are far better body mist brands.

Smells just like the cotton candy bubble yum tastes! Me and my boyfriend love this scent, the sillage gets more intimate the longer you wear it but he'll spray it before he goes to work and I can still smell it on his clothes when he hugs me after work! I also like to wear it to bed as well. 11/10 :D

✧.*🫐🌊🍬🫧 had to pick this one up simply because it’s blue raspberry. very VERY sweet and sugary. this is by far the most sweet one i have. will probably use another on top to mute the sugar. i wish it was more sour than sweet, but its very good! smells just like blue raspberry candy. 3.5/5

Love this! Very Jolly Rancher like, with just a touch of muskiness. This is fun to layer with other scents like Britney Spears Midnight fantasy, or even Pink Sugar. Sure it's fleeting just like a body spray would be, but it's such a fun scent to play around with!

Love Bath And Body Works Blue Raspberry Burst, reminds of Trix cereal and raspberry Italian ices back when I was a kid. Very nostalgic

In short, this smells like the cotton candy bubble gum. I don't remember if it was Bubble Yum or Bubblicious (I think the former) but that's this smell. Mostly. "Sweet musk," the bottle also says. Well, yeah. That's in there too. It's not intrusive but I think it wasn't a good fit for this. I like it! But I like the soap more than the spray. It's very sugar, very cotton candy, and I believe they wanted to balance that with the musk. But I am inclined to think the right direction would've been to embrace the candy aspect. More raspberry or something BRIGHT. Lime or citrus or something to envoke the tart of blue raspberry candy/slushies. (Lime may have pushed it into rocket pop territory but I wouldn't argue with that either.) As is, it's a pretty okay cotton candy bubble gum. I think washing with this and going with something else sweet/berry works fine and dulls the musky undertones (in a good way). I wanna try a citrusy smell with it but I don't have one currently. :'( So. Yeah. It's good but it's not what I was hoping for. I really wanted blue jolly rancher or slushy.

Blue RAZZZZ! 😎 This is a delight for anyone who grew up being the kid who specifically called dibs on blue candies! It's just simply *that* blue candy/slushie/popsicle kind of thing. Blue raspberry is always strange to me; a fantasy note that happens to be my favorite type of synthetic flavoring. It has the slightest amount of perfumey undertone to it (it's not exactly musk to my nose...just airy freshness, which I guess could be musk? But it isn't *musky* IYKWIM). It's very simple and refreshing. No surprises here, just blue raspberry goodness.

I love that they made this, it’s unique and blue raspberry is the best flavor :p! They made it smell more like a snow cone than a sour blue candy or jolly rancher imo, (it smells v similar to the snow cone candle that’s out) I think the musk makes it smell more icy like you just drank a blue raspberry slushie! It’s good! Update: the lotion is even more sour blue razz on first application, it smells almost like blueberry yogurt? And dries down to the same slushie smell

Very accurate blue raspberry imo. I love the flavor so I bought the scent and I don't know if I really like it as a scent but it's something I pair with more quirky/out there outfits.

Sweet and fluffy blue raspberry cotton candy scent. IMO, this is what cotton candy clouds should’ve smelled like! Very sweet. Very fun fragrance for the summertime!

Way too tangy to be sweet like candy from Ariana grande and not as nuanced as Ari her more sour counterpart...this literely smells like a popsicle melted on me. I bought it to pair with cotton candy clouds as a literal scent to wear to the fair a few times this summer and that’s it haha I’ll likely give it to my 6 year old after but I love the cotton candy clouds it’s pretty easy to layer with most things so I will hold onto that

smells very artificial. it gives me a headache. it feels like there is a hospital smell behind the strong sweet raspberry scent.

i wish this had more of an icy blue raspberry scent rather than sugary. for example, the walmart sour blue raspberry scrub... perfection

Bath & body works have the ability to make realistic scents! This is exactly how I remember my favorite blue raspberry slurpy from 711 smelled as a child, so real id like to drink it. It’s great alone or layered with their bubble gum scent. Next I’d layer with berry waffle cone to play up the berries in that one! ❤️ Solid love for this nostalgic scent.
