Blueberry Sugar Pancakes

This is a guilty pleasure and when layering with other perfumes, and the idea of wearing blueberry sugar pancakes under some thick gorgeous scent is such a treat. I find myself just putting a dot of the cream on my hands and soaking up the gorgeous smell before it fleets away in five minutes .. UPDATE: Is it the cold weather or has this scent settled into it's best? The longevity (now it's long lasting) and projection (moderate to better) has improved so much from when I first bought this in the summer about four months ago. It's awesome to layer with - your perfumes that have a caramel note. For me, it's brilliant with Sheiykh al Shyukh by Lattafa because I love the warm resinous middle eastern comforting gorgeous vibe. Or if just at home, if the mood is sweet gourmand on cozy weekends, snow or rain outside, warm bath, moisturized skin and as much blueberry sugar pancakes as I want - sometimes with pink sugar aquolina or berry sugar or pumpkin pecan waffles to mix it up.

So, I took a chance on this one. Getting the blueberry scent right is always difficult and I gotta say...they absolutely nailed it! This one is so nice to wear. It is like a stack of pancakes in blueberry syrup. Added a little Cashmere Glow and it smells like I just took blueberry muffins out of the oven. Add a little Pink Chiffon and it becomes blueberry cupcakes. It doesn't last forever but while it does it really radiates and everyone in my house enjoys this one. I'm so glad I took a chance on this one. I am absolutely getting a back up bottle just in case they axe this one anytime soon (which I hope they don't). If you're looking for a jammy sweet vanilla blueberry this is the scent for you! Even though the longevity isn't there it's so affordable you can feel ok reapplying frequently.

This is a very nice sweet, blueberry sugared pancake, without the blueberry being too tart or too much like a grape. I do understand it's an artificial blueberry, but I like it a lot. I wish they'd bring this back I love wearing this around thanksgiving time when pumpkin stops being so popular and you need a change of scenery. Pairing this with hot cakes by snif is absolutely perfect!

when i tell you this is literally the best fucking body mist i have ever smelled in my entire life (might b biased bc im a huge gourmand lover) but HOLY FUCK it literally tastes like u just baked blueberry muffins and drizzled caramel all over OMFGGG ITS SO FUCKING GOOD LITERALLY MAKES U SMELL EDIBLE

genuinely one of my favorite perfumes/scents of all time i wish they still made it. I personally have a hard time distinguishing scents from each other because i mainly pick up on chemicals but this is one of the only scents i have where i cant smell chemicals at all

Ooh chile this one is so unique. It truly is blueberry pancakes with syrup lol I got a backup cuz I love it so much. You will smell so delicious. If you want it to last, I do suggest to apply a body oil first, and layer it. If you're a gourmand girlie, get this!

It does smell artificial, but I honestly don't mind, because it still makes me hungry. It's like Sugarful in the sense it's sweet to the point of being childish but therefore, has a nostalgic liminal vibe that would appeal to a lot of people, including myself.

Try layering this with iced lemon pound cake if you have it... You'll have to add more of the lemon pound cake because the blueberry is stronger and can overpower it, but it's an absolute scrumptious combo on the dry down!

i love this fragrance! it is very nice to use for daily use, very sweet and light, but still has the strong sweet smell of blueberries

Wish it smelled on my skin the same it smelled when I sniff the bottle 😫 This is more of a fresh sugared blueberry scent, than a delicious baked blueberry treat. Concerning the reviews claiming it smells artificial, in defense of bath and body work, I can imagine the smell of a real fresh blueberry is pretty hard to mimic, and most would better identify that synthetic, blueberry muffin scent instead. As far as the notes, you can forget about smelling pancakes or caramel. Maybe a hint of caramel creaminess, but more of a white cream rather than a brown, caramel cream. I was hoping it did indeed smell like raspberry jam donut but blueberry version and that couldn’t be further from the truth at least for me on my skin, it has no doughy-ness at all. It does smell more bakery like in the bottle, but not on my skin (could just be my own chemistry) It sucks because I see they could’ve done such amazing things with this scent, it would’ve been a masterpiece to me if it had a maple syrup note, pancake dough, and a beautiful browned butter note as well. This is a gem though, and I would say if you’re into gourmands it’s worth the blind buy. When I first got it in the mail I was disappointed and expecting more. But honestly after wearing it maybe 5 times, I’m delighted to have it in my collection. It’s great for layering as well. Possible layering combos would be: Christmas cookies, strawberry pound cake, strawberry snowflakes, buttercups and berry belini, hello beautiful, wrapped in vanilla, iced lemon pound cake, vanilla confetti sparkle, bare vanilla, gingham gorgeous, berry waffle cone, raspberry jam donut. You can literally add blueberry to anything for a unique kick.

Blueberry Sugar Pancakes!!! I love it! I've worn this a few times since I purchased it in late '22. I've worn it on its own and I've layered it. I've used the shower gel and accompanied it with the fragrance mist. I've used the shower gel and decided to use a fancy parfum, instead of the Blueberry Sugar Pancakes body mist. This is a win, however you decide to use it! It's not for everyone, but those who are whimsical at heart and adventurous will surely delight in its name alone--the fresh blueberries and the caramel shall steal your heart first, secondly, the sugar will delight your senses. A lovely gourmand, not a safe blind-buy--my only gripe is: Why didn't I buy the body cream?! Lol

I wanted to like this more but it’s not bad honestly I just wish I’d gotten blueberry Bundt cake instead but I didn’t know it existed. I wish they didn’t add the caramel note tbh but I smell like a blueberry waffle so it’s yummy. I think it would smell nice going to breakfast or something. (Also for the ones recommending Dirty soul soap, I’ve heard bad things about the company sending products free to influencers for review and ignoring customers as well as their being claims of using candle scent! Just a warning cus I was tempted too) ⚠️

It's a cute scent. I get bakery blueberry muffins moreso than pancakes. I read someone describe it as the blueberry muffins with the sugar crystals on top, and that is a good description. I actually like this when I spray MORE, because I feel like I get the notes more prominently. It dries down to a sweet, powdery scent that reminds me of Smarties (the American ones, not the Canadian ones). I don't know if I'd repurchase because I'm not sure it's my vibe, but I'll enjoy it while I have it.

Not the same with Raspberry Jam Donut at all, this is fresh Blueberry scent, strong in the berry note, could smell soapy also and I didn’t get the pancakes. I like it, it’s light, fresh, simple, maybe giving a vibe of soap instead of sophisticated fragrance, good for daily use albeit artificial, but I like a good dose of artificial sometimes. Sadly it doesn’t last long on my skin and might have to spray a lot

Blueberries are my favorite fruit and I adore gourmands. Unfortunately, like many others have said, this has a very artificial smell. To me, it is like blueberry gum (Bubblicious) from the 90s that I enjoyed as a kid. Still pleasant enough and nostalgic, but much better if you layer with a vanilla (or 2.) I actually layered with 2 different vanilla scents today and it helped balance out that candy quality.

Smells like warm pancakes smothered in blueberry syrup. Seriously, like you walked into an IHOP. Very nice. I purchased the entire set, body wash, lotion, and fragrance mist. I plan to use this on my lazy fall weekend mornings. Crisp fall Saturdays...a hot bubble bath with a cup of coffee and the scent of blueberry pancakes radiating around me. :)

Incredibly yummy. I really like it. It's an awesome sweet, cozy, comforting scent for casual wear. They name says it all, a sweet, blueberry confection. When you're in the mood to smell edible, this is a go-to scent. With the shower gel and lotion, it lasts all day and projects well.

This really reminds me of blueberry muffins. It's good and i really like it the only problem is the blueberry scent is very artificial. At least for me, I've had other people say the opposite to where it surprisingly realistic. Which is a first for BBW.

As you would expect from the name, it smells like a blueberry pancake. Heavier on the "blueberry" than the "pancake", and the blueberry note is surprisingly realistic. I'm gonna say it's just okay though. It doesn't make me feel any emotions, good or bad. Reasonably priced, might be good for layering, but don't buy it unless you're specifically seeking something with this scent profile.

extremely traumatic memories of 6th grade .. i cant smell it without feeling uncomfortable it was quite literally the only perfume id wear other than like pound cake once or twice when i felt frisky.., EVERYONE was a huge fan of it tho believe somebody bit me once, smelled exactly like blueberry pancakes for what its worth , loved it at the time!.

this is an ok fragrance, it's not the best one out there. i personally don't like it, it has this scent to it that i don't really like, but i do get compliments when i wear it, people tell me i smell like fruity pebbles or some type of sweet cereal. i have a mixed opinion about it, would not rebuy it though

I decluttered this one because when I had it , I didn't smell any pancake note or blueberry much all I smelled was sugar and a bit of blueberry, I was left wanting pancake and more of a edible sort of cakey scent and wasn't anything mind blowing....

Smells like a sweet blueberry preserves. Kind of synthetic blueberry syrup with a little bit of vanilla. Maybe something I would like more as a candle than a fragrance mist.

i really really reaaallly wanted to like this scent, but it’s way too artificial and pungent. if i were to describe the notes it would be artificial blueberry, syrup, and more syrup. nauseating and it gave me a headache and definitely does not smell like blueberry sugar pancakes :(

This one was a no for me, a real turn off. I thought I'd love this one becus I am a gourmand lover! I even tried layering it and wearing it alone, but it was so all over the place and synthetic i had to return it. Sad becus I love blueberry pancakes.

Absolutely NASTY. Maybe it's my nose, my skin chemistry, or the actual fragrance itself but, it is AWFUL. Smelled good when I first bought it but after a little while I started heavily disliking it. Put it on the other day and only shortly after I was scrubbing the areas of my skin I had sprayed it on. Nauseating, spoiled, artificial blueberry. Smells like it has gone bad.

I am not a fan of this scent. This smells too artificial for my liking.

Wish a reputable dupe brand would send this stuff through their perfume machines and recreate the scent in a strong, long-lasting EDP or Extrait form. I’ve only really been into BBW less than 10 years at this point but nothing has been better scent-wise than Blueberry Sugar Pancakes (to me). I love some scents that come out of BBW but I usually have to remind myself that the body mists do not project, so I don’t go crazy buying a bunch during a sale. The lotions do help but I do not like the feeling of applying them. If anyone has found a dupe FO, or 2 FOs that I can combine to make a similar scent, don’t hesitate to message me please!

i only have the lotion for this one, but it smells more like a blueberry muffin than a blueberry pancake. it is very heavy on the blueberry, but not much in the pancake smell, it definitely is still there though. the caramel note in it isn't super visible, but it also is there somewhere in it. it is most definitely not a summer scent, it is more of a fall scent. i wear this one before i go to bed, because it is a warm, (not creamy) cozy scent that is perfect for bed!! 🫐🥞🥰 8/10

I was so sceptical about this one... Finally got it and I absolutely love it... Unlike most bath and body,this is long lasting... What I get is blueberries and sugar.. This scent is so sweet,if you are not into super sweet scents ,don't pick this up... Layered this with pink sugar berry blast and I was smelling like the most delicious cupcake or something.... This is just beautiful.... If you love cotton candy clouds ,you'll definitely love it.... This is absolutely beautiful

I tried the lotion in store and really liked the smell. My hands smelled exactly like a stack of blueberry pancakes for several hours afterward even after washing them several times. The blueberry note surprised me with how pleasant it is as I normally don't enjoy blueberry anything. Although it is a very good scent it isn't something I would personally want to smell like or see myself reaching for often so I'm afraid I'll have to pass on it (for now, at least).

Very light and basic smelling to me. This is not gourmand enough (at least in the mist) and just smells like fresh blueberries. If you want a scent that actually smells like heavy, blueberry pancakes; I reccomend layering Pumpkin Pecan Waffles and Santa's Blueberry Shortbread. To me that smells like the Blueberry Maple Pancakes Candle that I wanted this scent to smell like. A dissapointment for sure.

Easily one of B&BW's greatest creations. It captures sweetness and fluffiness so well, along with the blueberry note. I do not get much caramel which is fine with me. It's the most delicious blueberry muffin scent. Lasts so well for a body mist. Always feels right to wear. Not overly heavy or cloying, but satisfyingly sweet and comforting.

ughh i make pancakes for me and my sister all the time and I add blueberries to them and they taste delicious. i thought this was gonna smell like that, fluffy homemade blueberry pancakes. smelled it in store and literally just smelled like artificial candy like blueberries and maple syrup. No pancake :(

Girldeadbug check out Dirty Soul Soap Co. I’ve never tried them, but they do a lot of discontinued BBW scents! I love Blueberry Sugar Pancakes so much. Blueberry is so underdone in fragrance and it smells incredible. This scent reminds me of a blueberry scented nail polish I had in the 90s.

used to love this mist so much, it was so sweet, so delectable, and then one day i randomly smelled it and got so nauseated, i decluttered it asap. i think this was what ruined gourmands for me - somehow, every single gourmand after this one has been so nauseating and too-heavy.

Really liked this scent even tho some others didn't, probably cuz it was a strange scent profile. Idk if this was discontinued but I can probably see why 💔 call my taste in scents immature I guess. I think snif's Berry Styles is pretty close to this

Exactly what the name indicates ! blueberries, sugar and a gourmand wheat biscuit-y note. It takes a buttery turn after an hour or so. Sorta synthetic but still really enjoyable and great for layering :)
