Bourbon Strawberry & Vanilla

I really enjoy this. It isn't anything outstanding or unique, but it's pretty! I smelled it in the store and decided to grab it on sale. A lot of fresh, realistic strawberry with a hint of vanilla ice cream. I don't smell any bourbon. Pretty linear, but lasts well on my skin. It has more of a fresh strawberry smell than the hyperrealistic cake scent of Strawberry Pound Cake, which is one of my favorites. I love a good gourmand strawberry fragrance. Perfect for this time of the year. I wasn't excited when they came back out with it but now I wish I would have picked up more bottles before it was all gone. I thought it was going to be boring or not long lasting. Wrong! It resembles the Wild Strawberry scent they had a while ago but mixed with vanilla. Perfect for any girl or guy that wants to feel cute and whimsical<3.

Yummy! Gorgeous, sexy, sweet strawberry with sensual vanilla so musky and fluffy — I love this ❤️❤️❤️. Honestly, I expected cheap synthetic plasticky strawberries and lots of alcohol— maybe it’s the temperature today but this smells like well executed perfume! Oh and it’s not that icky “big strawberry” scent either! Not jammy- just sweet strawberry when you actually get a real sweet ripened strawberry.

A very waxy yet deep strawberry. I use the word waxy to describe this smell that kind of blankets the whole thing. It's soft and clean. It's a really lovely fragrance.

I’ve never smelled the original, but I really enjoy this scent. I bought it more for the strawberry aspect than any of the other notes and that’s exactly what I got. I love it, I think it smells expensive and playful.

Boozy vanilla with a hint of strawberry in the opening. I don’t know why but I’m getting a lot of coconut on the dry down.. Just my skin chemistry I guess🤷

This is less heavy than I anticipated, and doesn't really smell like bourbon to me at all; I'll just state that upfront. It's a sweet, candied strawberry, but personally I find all of B&BW's strawberry notes to be candy-ish/artificial (not at all realisitic), yet entirely enjoyable nonetheless. It has a little but of a white floral touch as well, but nothing along the lines of heady jasmine. It's quite a familiar profile, there's a sweetness, but it doesn't lean into "cakey" vanilla. And again, no bourbon. Not even "bourbon vanilla", so as far as I'm concerned this should be titled - 'Candied Strawberry Breeze'...or whatnot. There was an underrated release some time ago called "Wild Strawberry Leaf", and this resembles this, with a little more vanillic depth.

I have an older mist bottle with the lace pattern. I don’t get bourbon but maybe rum in the top notes. It disappears with the alcohol and then you’re left with a fresh strawberry 🍓 scent for most of the heart and base. It is synthetic but delightful, not a candy sweet or jammy winter strawberry but a fresh and airy summer time one. The jasmine is not clear but is probably adding to the fresh feeling. Sometimes I sense a peach/apricot note that again is a tad synthetic but fresh and pleasant. In the base I get clean white musk with a hint of vanilla. This is one of their weaker mists. I use it when I want to amp the strawberry note in a perfume.

I was very disappointed when Bourbon Strawberry & Vanilla made a return. This is not the same fragrance as the original. The original was deeper, sweet & a very bourbon strawberries and cream type of scent. The newer one is less sweet, straight strawberry. No bourbon and I can barely get any of the vanilla. This is not even a "watered down" version, it is a completely different scent.

It's an alright scent, but I don't how to describe it. It kinda smells like there are strawberry notes and a whisper of vanilla but it could be just me.

A pretty scent at first but it is very weak and goes away rather quickly. And only lingers at the application spot and only then if you breathe deeply.

oh this got added!! copying and pasting a review i left for this on a dupe surprisingly, the strongest note in this to me is jasmine. it's a very soapy, flowerly scent, though the strawberry isn't totally absent, just sort of light and blends in. it's nice, but not exactly what's advertised, as i don't really pick up any bourbon or vanilla... a little bit too feminine for my tastes, i was hoping the bourbon and oak sort of balanced out the fruity/flowery to make a more androgynous scent.

Gorgeous similar to champagne toast. Similar but this one has more of a stronger strawberry note. It's just beautiful with just a hint of the booziness just adds to the allure but still ladylike, feels adult and adds an extra layer and whiff of aroma that is not just a juvenile strawberry scent. A sophisticated strawberry scent that is also pleasant, airy and light. Also perfect for warm/hot days as well as spring.

Smells SO GOOD. Probably one of my favorite scents. As bath and body works is known for, it’s not long lasting. It’s smells like actual strawberries. I personally find strawberry pound cake nauseating but this scent is smells very feminine and sweet.

my fear is it would smell just like bbw scents and yes it is so generic strawberry, its very shampooey and just so artificial i wish i passed this one

its kind of soapy, so much jasmine not enough strawberry..
