Canyon

1st batch can: Smells like a man who was outside for hours in the sun... such an addictive scent. Musky, hot Sandy air. I catch whiffs of this within TF Costa Azzurra EDP

this was another on of my first fragrances, it is certainly odd. i can pick up the vetiver, certainly in a different way than something like waidmanns heil, kokain gold, or dior fahrenheit. it is a decent smell, some find it a good smell and others find it headache-inducing. i will say that if you spray just the right amount, nobody will notice and it will do you well, but if you spray a tiny bit too much it will completely fill the room. if used improperly, this can be a headache in a can, so be careful. otherwise good.

Well! By The Eternal! Fragrantica has a place for Canyon. I’m elated and can now move on to my place in the sun ☀️ and I’m glad. Shortly after COVID lockdown I ventured into the Bath and Body Works in the Jacksonville Florida Avenues Mall and “discovered” Canyon Body Cream. I’m very particular about fragrance because while I love it and live for it, I really don’t wear it to attract notice. I like the intimacy of just bathing clean and subtly smell nice. To me that’s good taste! However, whenever I wore Canyon people jumped live and headlong into my space to gawk with that mesmerized look 👀 to tell me how wonderful I smelled. But, I sort of got used to it as the body cream really is applied for the health of the skin. Now here’s the kicker; I checked the website and even made a special return trip to the store and when I inquired no one there had ever heard of the product?! Talk about the twilight zone, or is that really what any third tier Florida town is all about? Lord! In the name of Jesus, have mercy.
