Champagne Apple & Honey

Ah, this is what I want in a fall scent. I've never been a big one for the pumpkin obsession...at all. I'm also an avid B&BW collector, but I'm not one of those who fixates on their fall offerings. I found this in a 75% off bin at their last Semi-Annual Sale though, and it was just my taste. One thing you should know is that the "apple" note, while present, isn't the most prevalent. It isn't an overwhelmingly apple scent, like DKNY Be Delicious, so if that's what you're looking for, this may be a bit different. This is perhaps more of a "caramel apple", or "candied apple", which of course is more fitting for the fall season. However, it's very sweet, and could easily be worn in summer. The honey and champagne notes blend together so nicely, so I can see this one as a people-pleaser, which B&BW excels at making. I could see young tweens or even kids enjoying this, but I don't find it so saccharine that an adult couldn't wear it. It is basically all that the name states, not much by way of surprise notes. Sometimes, that's a good thing. There is something about the particular combination of notes that has almost a "gumlike" quality. But I like that. It isn't pink bubblegum like in Paris Amour (though that also has champagne and apple notes, especially the lotion), and it isn't as strong as Forever Red, but it is there. Overall, this is an extremely pleasant scent that I would recommend to anyone looking for an autumn scent that isn't pumpkin, but that is lighter and more carefree. This would be ideal for apple picking, bobbing for apples, or any sort of trip to a farm. I love the honey note; I think it's an underused note in fragrance. As with most B&BW scents, the siliage and projection aren't the strong suits, so apply liberally and reapply as you see fit. Layer it with the matching lotion for the best results; if you like the fragrance mist, you'll love the lotion.

Sweet, fruity, crisp, fresh, juicy, bright, effervescent, playful, happy, warm, woodsy, cozy The apple note is the star here. I picture biting into a super fresh and crisp honeycrisp apple that’s so juicy that it runs down your chin. It’s sweet yet just a little bit tart too. I also get the sweet golden warmth of honey, some bubbly champagne, and a lovely soft woodsy scent that helps to balance out the sweetness. I personally enjoy wearing this the most during the fall, but also during the late days of summer. It’s a really pretty and cheerful scent that’s perfect for at home, casual occasions, ect. I get good performance with Champagne Apple & Honey, especially when I use the lotion and mist together. The longevity is decent, it lasts most of the day on me, but I would reapply if I were going out in the evening. The projection is nice too, it radiates out about an arm’s length from me.

Maybe I'm just biased with the apple fragrance in general because I really adore how soft and fruity this one is. The apple opening is slightly sweet then it dries down to a super soft champagne scent. It smells so delicious and cosy. It reminds me of a slightly sweet drink or even a body wash. I don't usually go for fragrances that tend to be overly sugary or at least sweet in nature, but this is subtle and really does it for me. The sillage is moderate. It isn't too intimate, but not that strong either. It lasts fairly okay for a fragrance mist at 3 to 4 hours. Layering this with similar fragrances would definitely make it last longer. I love smelling this on my clothes or my blankets. You may have to spray a lot of this to get maximum potency, but it's okay since it isn't really that expensive. 8.75/10 for me.

This smells soooo good! Reviews are true, it is a great clean scent. The apple is fresh, crisp and sweet. I had actually gotten fairytale from BBW and wanted it to be my signature scent,,, however... I was allergic to a certain note in the mist, and it’s definitely a mature woman scent, not my thing. I can compare this to beautiful day, however not entirely, beautiful day does have an apple note, but it isn’t exactly a repackage. If you blind buy it, do it. It has a slight floral note, but the honey makes it so much better, I don’t smell any woods in it though, smells like sweet apple cider!!

This is a great scent that is easy to wear all year long but I think it specifically reminds me of late summer and fall days. I definitely agree with the other comments that mentioned it has an apple juice and shampoo scent/vibe to it...but in a good way! This is crisp, juicy, playful and perfect for everyone. I only wish the scent lasted longer as that champagne note is quite addictive but i believe pairing this with Kayali juicy apple (as they smell very similar) would fix the longevity issue and have you smelling like juicy, red apples all day.

My issue with BBW scents is that their fruity and freshy scents never last, as expected. So it would take a really beautiful scent profile for me to want a full bottle of it. This is that scent. A juicy apple that’s sweet and addicting but not cloyingly so like winter candy apple. The champagne and the honey elevate the scent from a boring fruity scent to something more refined. This is my best BBW scent in terms of how often I reach for this on days when I just want to feel fresh and cute.

Such a nice, fresh scent! Got me feeling like I just chopped up a whole bunch of apples. Or showering with that Suave Green Apple body wash. The honey note is just right, not overpowering but noticeable. It really does smell like an apple scented shower, in the best way possible. The smell for me personally is very nostalgic as well, I had little PocketBacs of it growing up 🥹 and back around 2012-2015 it was a very popular scent, everybody and they momma wore it. I give this one a 10/10!

Honeycrisp Apples & Apple Cider... There's a red apple vibe with a hiss of animalics from both the champagne & honey. It's giving red honeycrisp apple, plus apple cider. Although all the listed notes are present, it's the honey note that makes this more unique among apple scents for me. This could be layered with other apple scents, champagne scents or spices, but I'll likely layer it to bring out the honey note, although the possibilities are endless. Love it. Enjoy!

Love this for fall, obsessed with apples so DUHHH! I wish there was more honey, but I can always layer it to add some. Its a beautiful fresh clean apple scent, with some champagne to slightly deepen it. Very fresh and sweet! I want to try it with kayalis eden plush pear!! i like layering this with Oribe cote de azure to give it a little more depth. Doesnt last too long, but its still a fall staple for me!

i got this one today for christmas, and i am soo in love with it! it smells like cheap kids apple shampoo, with kinda a faint spicy note. (woody note) almost like an apple cinnamon scented thing. it is not really a winter smell, it is more like a late spring, early fall. i love it!! 9/10!🥰😍💯 edit: almost like a sweeter version of a apple cider drink.

It's a good perfume for those who enjoy sweet fruity scents. I personally don't find it to be harsh and you can wear it almost year-round (I personally use apple no.3 in the summer because I find it to be more fresh). I can't detect any notes other than apple but it smells like a detangler I used to have as a kid and enjoyed. It doesn't last long.

I bought some BBW just to layer and to layer with my more expensive scents and to have fun with them. This one is a fav as it is a very nice tart fresh green apple scent - think apple shampoo. I may try it as a fruit cocktail with other BBW fruit scents too. Not very long lasting, I always wait for the BBW sales to happen. Great for Fall weather.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE BODY SPRAY!!! I love this so much, it's not very perfumey to me, it more smells like a nostalgic shampoo from when I was little. I personally don't smell the champagne at all, only the apple and honey which go sooooo good together,,,it smells like a juicy apple with honey, go buy it if your into fruity scents!!

This makes me nostalgic. Smells like a fruity apple shampoo. Very beautiful sweet apple, quite boozy and syrupy. Surprisingly, people LOVE this on me! I have got more complex mists and perfumes but it's one of those scents that's not that complex but will get you COMPLIMENTS!! this is my happy scent♡

This is a very sweet and playful apple😍 I bought both the body lotion and mist to layer with Kayali's Eden Juicy Apple but even without the perfume this is something amazing. So juicy, sweet, flirty, and girly✨️ Highly recommended, definitely one of the best that BBW ever made!!!

I love it. In my all-male office, when I use this lotion they talk about it - like they have no idea where this smell comes from, but they really like it, too. So, it's strong enough to fill and office, but in a way that people appreciate it.

probably my favourite bath and body works scent in the world. i have the hand sanitiser and the hand cream and the lotions and the body spray and i would Genuinely kill for this to be an actual perfume it smells so damn good

exactly what i was looking for!! right off the sprayer it smells like full blown hyperrealistic apple juice. but then it turn quite shampooey and juicy. i love love love it.

This is such a treat to have. It’s so appley, champaigny, and honey like. Its name is so perfect for what it is. I’m really enjoying it for this cool winter season.

Smells like an apple mixed with a fresh shower, sadly doesn’t last long but is one of the best apple smells I have found.

Very nice fall/winter scent. On me BB&W Champagne Apple Honey opens up with a very crisp refreshing apple scent, after the dry down for me the apple lightens up a little bit and then the woodsy notes come through not much just a little I don't smell any Jasmine and very very faint smell of honey.Therefore with that being said it is a nice scent although I'm surprised that no one has mentioned in the "reminds me of" BB&W "Winter candy apple"?? To me on my skin the dry down is almost identical to winter candy apple! I get a spicey notes after 20min. I'm surprised that their is no spicey notes in Champagne Apple Honey! It could very well just be my own body chemistry drying the woodsy notes down as a spicey note. Great blind buy great for fall/ winter for me is when I will be wearing it. I can also see on some people could wear this year around. I do wish I could smell some jasmine! Actually I don't detect in jasmine. I also wish the apple scent would be just as prominent as the opening. Overall nice scent! Was going to purchase the champagne apple honey lotion,but since the dry down on me is so similar to Winter candy apple and I already have that in the lotion I will be pairing it with WCA lotion. So my fragrant friends as I said earlier this is a nice fall winter scent for me personally if anyone has any better affordable nice sharp Apple scents I would love to know what they are. I bought this in August at the mall with my girlfriend. Don't we all wish that stores would quit putting out their fall and winter collections too early? I do, but I'm happy I found this. I love Country Apple so much, but it's been discontinued for a while. This smells very similar -- apple is the standout note here, and it's a red apple, just like Country Apple was. The next note I notice the most is definitely the honey. I don't get any of the champagne and woodsy notes. I also don't really get what's supposed to connote "fall" in this fragrance, I think it would be suitable no matter the time of year. I was wearing it in August when it was in the 90s and didn't feel smothered. This costed me over 18 dollars with tax, which I'm not too happy about, yet I'm torn. On the one hand, pretty much all B&BW fine fragrance mists are weak and fleeting. However, you get a full 8 fluid ounces of the product. If this wasn't so closely related to Country Apple, then I would've passed based on price and longevity alone. For not many more dollars, you can get an absolute beast like White Diamonds or the dozens of other 20th century greats off of Amazon or Fragrancenet. Those will last you all day and then some! Still, this is a very nice scent and I'm happy to have it. The memory of spending a day at the mall with my girlfriend definitely doesn't hurt my fondness for Champagne Apple & Honey!

this was love at first smell in the store. reminds me faintly of my mom's country apple phase. she had 3 signature scents from bbw: cucumber melon, country apple, and pearberry. i'm still searching for that nostalgia in every scent haha (i know cucumber melon comes back fairly often, but the latter two don't sadly, at least not to my knowledge). unfortunately, CA&H doesn't really last on my skin. it feels like within 10 minutes i didn't even put anything on! maybe i'm just noseblind to it. but it's definitely good to wear in summer into autumn or mid-autumn when you don't know what fragrance to choose. it's fresh and nostalgic and cozy to me. like you're at an apple orchard in september and the air is crisp and warm. :)

Refreshing effervescent red (not green) apple. It has that 90s apple shampoos vibe. Reminds me of the Garnier fructis shampoos. BBW releases this every fall, great for year round days if you are into apple scents reminiscent of BBW discontinued Country Apple. Not as strong as the Christmas “Winter Candy Apple.” I recommend getting the cream, lotion,body butter, body wash, and spray. Clean casual. I am 41 and west and enjoy it but it isn’t for formal events. Sun dress, flannel and jeans, t shirt, chill out. “Nice girl” “nice lady, cheerful forever young” type scent. I did not like BBW “beautiful day” and I really hate that song too but I like Champagne Apple Honey.

opens with a smell that is Exactly like an apple, before drying down into something boozy . i dont reallg get honey out of it but That Might Just Be Me ... reminds me less of an orchard and more of a campfire - my aunty used to have campfires in her big backyard that was essentially in the middle of the bush like the rest of my community, where my grandparents and my other aunties and uncles would crack open beers and coolers . im usually not a fan of boozy smells but i do like this one . its pretty alright :^)

smells exactly like the trident layers green apple and pineapple gum that I used to buy at gas stations on long road trips when I was a tween. This scent is instantly nostalgic to anyone who grew up in the early to mid 2000s - I remember green apple was all the rage in everything and this is reminiscent of the suave detangling spray with the green octopus on the bottle that my mom used when I was in elementary school. It’s not the most sophisticated scent but it definitely makes me happy.

Straight out of the bottle, it's apple juice! I don't get any Champagne or honey though. MAYBE, maaaayybe a little teeny tiny woodsy on the dry down? It's definitely juicy and fresh, and one of the "oh you smell good!" scents! The apple I get at first is similar to Beautiful Day for me, but then the dry down gives it that autumn smell. It's nice! But probably one I won't stock up on in case it ever goes away. I give it a 7.5/10!

This to me is a juicy red apple and champagne. I don't get any honey on my skin, but there is a slight sweetness to it. It does smell like a shampoo, but in the best way. I will wear it only in the autumn/fall, as it's an apple scent (love apple scents in this season) but it is suitable all year round. Doesn't last long 2-3 hours tops, then can't smell it at all, but can't complain as it's a body mist after all.

It's alright, you can smell the champagne and the apple but the honeys entirely missing from the picture. It's not sweet which I was expecting it to be. It does also smell like a cheap drugstore shampoo, not that I'm complaining about that. I was expecting the honey note to stick out a bit more or for the mist to be slightly sweeter at least, instead it smells clean.

I like this scent the apple is really nice it is like a fresh sweet scent that's what I like about it I'm not usually I big fan of apples and honey scented stuff but this I really like I just wish it would last longer overall I would say this is a pretty safe scent to wear it smells good enough for people to enjoy

I find this a cheerful and sweet fragrance that really evokes the fall season for me. It’s top note is champagne, which dominates for a few minutes and then for the next few hours smells like a lovely blend of apples and honey. I smell little woody notes. It’s one of Bath and Bodyworks better offerings to me.

I personally like this scent as it definitely gives off a nice apple aroma, though my only downside is that it's just a bit basic for my personal tastes nor do I smell much if not any of the honey and woodsy notes to it, but I still enjoy the concept and vibe I get from it

Idk if I would consider this a dupe for Eden Juicy Apple, but it certainly would layer quite nicely with it! On my skin the sweetness of honeyed apple and sparkling champagne are balanced where it’s the perfect sweet fall scent but not too sweet and crisp at the same time.

In this body mist, the smell of apple comes through a lot and the fragrance is quite sweet. I would describe this mist as biting into a crisp apple on a summer day. I was quite surprised when I saw the woody notes in this, as I don't quite get them when I smell it.

I keep this on hand for a general filler-type fragrance. I recently discovered and started layering this with fragrances in small doses. It can elevate other fragrances just enough to make them pop. It smells more like a real apple than any other scent I've owned.

This scent was my signature back then in high school 2020-2021 during the fall. I smelled it again yesterday and it smelled really sweet than how i remembered it. Like super sweet. Did they change the formula? The dry down stayed the same though which I liked :)

I swear I cannot smell this after like, a minute. But for that one minute, it is a very exciting fresh and sweet apple scent. I think it is best suited to cold dark winter days when you need a pick-me-up.

🫧 i got this a while ago, it's an okay scent, but not my favorite 🫧 if i had to describe this scent as anything, it would be apple champagne. that's all i smell. a little spicy 🫧 i am more of a gourmand girl, so this isn't really my thing. honestly, i think i liked what i was smelling in stores when i bought it. it sits in the back of my collection and collects dust. - i smell .. ✓ champagne ✓ apple ✗ honey ✗ woodsy it of course doesn't last too long because it's a b&bw body mist.. so.... 5/10

One of my besties is unhauling a good amount of her Bath & Body Works fragrances that she never used and offered to send them to me! This is the second of four in the second shipment she's sent my way. This smells exactly like that Suave Kids Detangler I used as I child, the one with the octopus on the bottle. It smells like straight apple, no champagne or honey notes that I can detect. It’s a pleasant scent, but I don’t see myself using this very much.
