Chocolate Amber

Very similar to Sensual Amber, but not as sweet on the uptake and does dry down to the more "masculine" side of things, but who cares? That's the (as one person called "mentholated") patchouli, musk and dry non-sweet chocolate making their appearance. This is a lovely scent. I never tried it when it was offered by BBW and now I'm stuck paying 3X as much for a damn bottle (of body splash) and it irks me. I wrote BBW and asked them to consider bringing it back. its one of the few more "grown up" scents that BBW offers... (two others being Dark Kiss and Forever Sunshine IMHO). This really is a great layering scent to add depth or sensuality to some other perfume you own that feels too linear. This may be a fall/winter only, but I have not tried it in hot weather, so I'll get back to you on that! I also agree that any fruit chords are lost on my nose. *shrug*. But I am not sure I'd want fruit with this. Very Oriental, very amber, very nice. Dear BBW, if you are reading this: BRING THIS BACK FOR GOODNESS SAKES!

I had this scent when I was in college and I didn't appreciate it and put it away. I found the musk too abrasive and dirty. Now I have come to find it delicious! I have received many compliments on this scent. It is a gourmand that succeeds in also being dark and less innocent than most. It should not have been discontinued it is very original I've never smelled the like. It brings out the sexy in chocolate.

@sharyssa-I agree 100%.B&BW has lost me as a customer because everything from them smells exactly the same.They come out with a 'new' scent every few months but it is almost identical to the one before it.I used to love this scent and I really miss when B&BW was in it's 'heyday' and came out with beautiful and ORIGINAL scents:not dupes of their own stuff:/

I love, love this scent and will grieve when it is gone. Due to headaches I can't wear many perfumes but this one is a delight. It begins as a warm, soft powder and then matures into a soft scent that wafts tendrils of chocolate. It isn't overwhelming to those around you. I hope to find another scent with exactly the same notes.

genuinely surprised at how long this lasted considering its from bath and body works. i sprayed this on my wrist 6 hours ago and it still smells sweet and chocolately. 6 hours isnt super insane but for bath and body works id say its worth mentioning. overall a nice sweet scent, i love it lots.
