Confetti Cake Pop

I own a lot of B&BW stuff and a lot of sweet smelling scents as well I can confidently say that this body spray is a fantastic choice. it smells amazing like you are a vanilla cupcake. This is definitely one of the stronger body sprays like give you a headache type of strong but if you are looking for that sickly sweet cupcake vanilla this is the scent for you. Sadly like most B&BW body sprays this scent does not last a super long time though I think it lasts a big longer than some of the other body sprays just from simply how strong it is.

I only have the body lotion and this is the first fragrance that literally opens my gourmand sense. Smells delicious even just first sniff. I don't think I will like the body mist, use the body lotion to layer with other gourmand scents is enough to me.

This has a toasted coconut undertone that is not listed which I love! Actually reminds me more of a Coconut cake or vanilla cake with coconut frosting. Very delicious. Great to layer with other scents. Scent - 9/10 Sillage - 4/10

This is hands down...the embodiment of a gourmand body spray! Oh so cakey, vanillay buttery,baked sugary delight!!!! I'm so upset BBW discontinued it & ill would kill for them to bring it back!

This smells exactly like Whipped Dream from V.S Pink. HEAVEN!!!

I have the Vanilla Confetti Sparkle repackaged version, but aside from the nonsensical red liquid, it's ok. From the hype, I thought this was going to be the best gourmand, cakey fragrance I've ever smelled, but just like its namesake, the cake pop, I was left wanting more CAKE. The thing that's missing for me from this fragrance is the warmth of a freshly baked cake. There's nothing warm or fresh, here, just that cake pop scent, which is fine, but feels incomplete. I wish it had the heat of Sugared Snickerdoodle or the original Vanilla Bean Noel to really round out the cake aspect, which would make it feel like more of a baked good. All of these complaints out of the way, I really do enjoy this scent as it is. It's not the best bakery scent in the world, it's DEFINITELY over-hyped, but I do enjoy it enough to not regret having bought a backup bottle. I think there are definitely better cake fragrances out there, but this one is at least enjoyable, but for something people were reselling for insane prices not that long ago, I expected way more.

It smells like actual cake batter!! The vanilla here is exactly the kind of vanilla you'd find in baking, and the lotion honestly feels like you're spreading cake batter all over your skin. It's giving milk, sugar, butter, vanilla... basically the scent of cake before it goes into the oven. I know the notes mention pink icing, but personally I don't really get frosting. To me, it's just straight-up unbaked cake batter in the best way possible. It's creamy, milky, sweet, and incredibly realistic. If you're not into smelling like actual baked goods, this might be too much. But if your dream fragrance is something milky, sweet, and genuinely smells like you're standing in a bakery mixing cake batter, this is absolutely it. 🍰🤍

I had high hopes for this. But its kind of boring. I definitely smell a toasted coconut note more than anything.. which is great if you like coconut of course.. maybe I just need to give it time to grow on me. But its definitely not love at first spray for me. Edit: I just realized this smells pretty much exactly like B&BW's "Coconut Macaroon" hand cream, so if you like that you will like this too. Edit edit: the yummy cakey smell is starting to come out to me. Its not so bad. I gave it to my mom though, she and my dad love it.

As the name states, this smells like vanilla cake. It doesn’t last very long but I expect that from a bath and body works spray. It’s good!

Is everybody else's consistency off on the body lotion? This is like cottage cheese which is ok. It goes on fine. The scent is meh. I was expecting more cake, less buttered popcorn. It'll probably go well with my Cheirosa 71.

Like the reviewer below me, I 100% concur. I thought I loved this scent due to the hype, and me being a gourmand lover and all. I only had the lotion and I would always mix this in with something so I never really got a full grasp on this scent by itself. Well I finally got the entire set of this scent (doesn’t matter whether you have the older confetti cake pop version, or the new vanilla confetti sparkle version...they’re exactly the same) and I was left disappointed with this. I wanted more. It’s definitely missing a BASE, something warm and gourmand, cakey and mouthwatering. This to me smells EXACTLY like how sprinkles smell when you first open the container, artificial, and then it has a cake batter smell, buttery and incomplete. It should have smelled more like a cake out of the oven, with warm icing, and slight sprinkles. It just does not hit how everyone made it seem. I will use the set I have but it will not be coming back into my collection. Christmas cookies, joy sugared snickerdoodle, coconut cream pie, now THOSE are gourmands and leave you wanting NOTHING!! They also aren’t super artificial smelling like this one is. It’s a very light fragrance. Doesn’t project and don’t say “it’s a body spray, what do you expect” because...well you can check out my YouTube channel on that. I can’t even go into depth here. This doesn’t leave a trail, the shower gel doesn’t linger strongly after my shower. Even my boyfriend was very meh on this scent. Definitely not a good sign because he ALWAYS and I do mean ALWAYS comments on my scents everyday and every night. Don’t need this back in my collection

I had such high hopes for this fragrance from seeing how much people love it and saying that it smells exactly like a vanilla cake (which I love), but unfortunately it does not. It reminds me of Sol De Janeiros Coco Cabana scent but in the body wash form since it was sweeter in that than the cream or mist. I can’t stand heavy coconut scents and this is a heavy coconut but topped with frosting. My brother actually smells butter popcorn from this and my mom smells vanilla cupcakes, it’s weird how different everyone’s noses are. But this was so disappointing to me, I hope that maybe when it’s a lot colder it won’t smell like coconuts but who knows.

This is a big no for me. I really wanted to love this based on the legend of this fragrance, and I do love sweet and gourmand scents. However, I've found that the buttery cakeyness of this scent is sickening to me. I finally tried it today and hated it. I also cannot handle scents like Pumpkin Pecan Waffles or Body Fantasies' new Vanilla Cupcake for the same reasons... that salty, buttery, cakey note. 🤮 Oddly enough, I do love Strawberry Pound Cake 🤷

I just got this today in the Vanilla Confetti Sparkle repackage and I am so dissapointed! I am a huge gourmand/sweet lover as my favorite scents are Cheriosa 62/71, Coconut Cream Pie, Christmas Cookies, and Pink Sugar. However this to me is not at all true to it's name and very overhyped. I basically just smell coconut and a cookie-like smell. It also smells different to me everytime I spray it. Sometimes this smells like VS Coconut Passion to me, then like Christmas Cookies, then like Joy Sugared Snickerdoodle, and sometimes a mix of all 3. This smells nothing like what it's supposed to and I'm so sad about it! Maybe I have to give it a chance because at first I HATED Coconut Cream Pie (it's now my fav BBW Scent ever), but I'm not sure. Also lasting power is terrible even with layering. EDIT: My opinion on this has not changed that much. I don't dislike the smell of it as much as I used to, but I still don't like this as much as other people do. This is nice with layering but that's pretty much it. As more gourmand scents have entered my collection since my first review (pumpkin pecan waffles +strawberry poundcake), this is a mid gourmand. This will most DEFINETLEY not be coming back in my collection. There are WAYYY better scents than this pls (like the ones I listed above.) Waste of $8.

Oh man, I was so excited for this one... The notes sounded dangerously delicious and sweet and I knew I had to have it! So, I scoured the web, trying to find a UK website that stocked this mist. I searched high and low until I found a seller on eBay willing to post internationally. I was so excited! However, I'm disappointed. Super disappointed. Not because I don't like this, I do, I really do, but because it's *identical* to Christmas Cookies by B&BW which I got last year... I mean, Confetti might be a little lighter and less dense on the buttery shortbread notes, but it shares like 95% of Christmas Cookie's DNA. I was really hoping for a sweet, vanilla cake smell with oodles of tooth-achingly yummy frosting. The reality is that it smells great, truly delicious, but it smells like a freshly baked shortbread, which is what I liked so much about CC. Oh well. I'll keep it and use it up as the packaging looks great, but I am bitterly disappointed. My search for an original "freshly baked cake" perfume continues....

The scent is exactly what is written in the packaging. It feels like you’re being smothered in buttery cupcake with vanilla frosting, it was so overwhelming. I can’t say it smells awful because it doesn’t. I guess it’s just not my cup of tea? Although, I would say that the dry down smells much better than the opening. half an hour later, it turned into this creamy and a bit airy buttery vanilla sweet scent. Just be careful that you dont over spray this one because it is strong on the butter and sugar. 2-3 sprits could go a long way. The projection of this scent is good and much better than Strawberry Pound Cake and VS Whipped Dream, and lasted on me for a good 3 hour.

I never understood why this was so sought-after. I got the entire set of products in Confetti Cake Pop when it was first released, loved the design of everything, but the scent on top of all the pastel yellow involved, well, everything smelled like freaking butter! Butter with some white sugar I guess... I ended up selling it all. People say that Vanilla Confetti Sparkle may or may not be Confetti Cake Pop repackaged, and almost all the reviews complain of VCS smelling of butter. If CCP doesn’t smell like butter to them, then VCS must really reek of the stuff.
