Sexy, sweet, warm, smoky, deep, sensual, tempting, fruity, juicy, musky, inviting, seductive, addictive, enchanting Damn, this is sexy! Especially for a B&BW fragrance. I love it! The black raspberry, incense, plum, amber, and dark vanilla bean are the most prominent notes to me. I do get a bit of the vetiver, geranium, rose, and musk as well, but they’re more subtle. The black raspberry and plum add a really pretty, sweet yet tart, juicy fruity scent. The incense adds this really sexy, dark, and smoky scent that’s elevated by the vetiver. The amber adds a gorgeous golden resinous warmth that goes perfectly with the sensual dark vanilla bean that together swirls throughout the fragrance adding it’s sensuality and golden warmth Sexy, sweet, dark, smoky, warm, tempting, and really beautiful! I absolutely love it! Dark Kiss is a well balanced and rather unique fragrance, especially from B&BW! I’ve always thought this scent works exceptionally well during the fall and winter. I really love the unique incense note in this, and how it adds a sexy smokiness! It works so well with the other notes, keeps the fragrance from being too sweet or overly rosy floral, and all without being overpowering itself. The incense note also really helps with the whole sexy and dark feel of this scent. Dark Kiss has always reminded me of B&BW Black Amethyst and VS Seduction Dark Orchid. Even somewhat of VS Tease Candy Noir too. This is one of my all time favorites of the B&BW fragrances from over the years, and I hope to always have it in my collection! Currently I own it in the fragrance, body mist, lotion, and body wash. I get very good performance with Dark Kiss, especially when I use the lotion and mist together. The longevity is great for a body mist, it lasts throughout the majority of the day on me. The projection is nice too, it radiates out at least an arm’s length from me. The performance gets even better whenever I use the body care products with it too.

Sweet, fruity, vanilla, warm/amber, smoky, rose, balsamic, powdery, musky, Feminine, chic, Sensual, seductive, sexy, sophisticated, deep, dark, rich, luscious, Sultry, mysterious, enchanting, alluring, tempting, addictive, intriguing, inviting, cozy, comforting, unique On me this opens with sweet and juicy black raspberry, jammy and dark plum, smoky incense, and a whisper of bright bergamot. As it begins drying down the top notes are joined by warm golden amber, velvety rose, lush peony, and a touch of sweet geranium. Once it’s dried down it gains sensual vanilla, soft musk, and rich balsamic resin. The deep dry down reads sort of like juicy berry sweet tarts which just very vaguely reminds me of GdT Celeste (one of my top favorites) as to me Celeste reads like violet and vanilla sweet tarts, it’s very fairy dust-y and fairy-like imo. This is quite complex and sophisticated, especially for BBW. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge BBW fan, and really enjoy their fragrances. However, this is something that’s on the more unique side, which I also love. Dark Kiss has a good bit of depth to it, which is nice in tis sort of a scent. Definitely a fall and winter fragrance, but works during the cooler/colder weather of early spring too. For reference, some of my other favorite mists and BBW fragrances include Ellis Brooklyn Marshmallows, Sand, Phlur Heavy Cream, Vanilla Nectar, Beach Skin, Cashmere Skin, SDJ Summer è Amor, 62, 39, 40, VS Vanilla Lace, Glitter Hustle, BBW Beach Nights, Boardwalk Marshmallow Clouds, Whipped Honey & Vanilla, Fireside Flurries, Frosted Snowdrop, Frosted Wonderland, Vanilla Bean Noel, Coco Paradise, Oahu Coconut Sunset, At the Beach *I also wanted to mention that my bottle is from at least a few years back if it matters. I also own the body care products, and get the best performance when using them together.

sweety vanilla fruity floral with a little of smoky comes as an incense, it's performance as a perfume not as a mist. This fragrance you can wear it in winter or at night. It lasts 6 hours on the leather and one day on the clothes. I buy before boycott and I was searching on alternative fragrance, I heard that "Midnight Fantasy Britney Spears" is a good dupe, but I didn't test it yet. Best Seller in BBW, Very feminine and beautiful Scent, The fragrance of Vanilla in this mist is very rich mixing with Fruits and a little of smoky comes as an incense in base notes so, you feeling when smell it with warmth suitable for Calm night in home while you listing to music or drinking hot drink. tldr: originally it was a dark, incensey plum. macerates to a very sweet plummy black-raspberry jam rose. i'd consider it a fruity-floral with plum, raspberry, and rose to be its main notes. when i first got this, it was extremely heavy and smelled most strongly of the vanilla husk, musk, and incense. i was confused by the fragrantica notes that it was fruity and sweet. but i didnt mind it as much as i thought, only that id probably wear it during winter only. i let it sit for 3 weeks and it completely changed its scent to... skittles? its extremely sweet and fruity, smelling like a rosey blackberry jam mixed with smarties (the candy). not at all what i expected it to be, but this bbw scent literally macerated basically overnight, which i didnt expect it to. something similar happened with gingham gorgeous which ill review later as well. i really like this scent, if you like midnight addiction then you'd like dark kiss. just give it a couple weeks after spritzing a couple times, keep it in a cool dark place, and let it transform. id wear this on a girl's night out or on a flirty date if i wanted people to sniff the air around me and be like... mm what's that sweet black raspberry smell? as a bbw scent it's one of the strongest and deepest scents they have, with a little bit of complexity with the deeper, less juvenile rose and incense note showing on me. overall very sweet with some body to it but if you're looking for something mature, i'd find something else. still very fitting for flirty, playful girls in their 20s and early 30s id say.

A true GEM from BBW. I’m addicted to Dark Kiss. I love it more than many designer and niche perfumes, and I have a LOT. DK is not the run of the mill berry vanilla scent. (Watch out for the coming running sentence 😂) DK is deep, dark, resinous, mature, luscious, seductive, juicy, unique, bewitching, edgy, alluring...... I can go all day long really. I love it so much. I have the body wash, lotion, FFM (rectangular waisted bottle and cylindrical one), EDT and EDP! Yes it’s full of very sweet dark berries and vanilla but the resins and incense elevate it to just another level, so mysterious and intriguing. It starts with passionate, resinous, plummy berries and ends with warmly seductive, edgy (but still smooth and creamy) musk, vanilla and incense. I wear it on its own to date nights done at home. I spray my clothes with it whenever I’m wearing La Nuit Tresor, Euphoria or even good old Poison when I’m going out. The name and color of this juice are spot on. The performance is amazing; the lotion and mist will last 6-8 hours (especially the older narrow waisted. bottles). The more modern bottles perform 2-4 hours and seem to be less deep and complex but are still very beautiful. I keep smiling all day whenever I catch a whiff of it, which makes me sometimes wonder why I keep bothering with hundreds other perfumes. This is so me 💕💕💕💕

Wow this scent is something! When I first got this almost a year ago, I was VERY disappointed with it. Had this bizarre smokey and chemically scent to it. I left it as is and forgot about it for a while. I took it out after several months randomly one day and was genuinely surprised how much better it did smell. Coming to the fragrance, it is a deepened fruity scent with incense notes. The rose is subsided by the incense notes but the deep plum and raspberries come through quite noticeably. It isn't too sweet. Initially it is sweet from the berries but after drying it is mainly an incense scent with a touch of vanilla and plums. QUITE SEXY IMO. I've got compliments from both men and women on this. It is one the longer lasting mists from bbw. But as per my judgement, It isn't a safe blind buy. You should sniff it first. I mostly wear it during fall times and it creats this intimate and mysterious scent bubble, I love this scent♡

As far as I know this hasn't been reformulated over the years. My current bottle smells as good as ever! 🥰 It's just...intoxicating. I won't argue that this smells "more expensive than it is", or that it's necessarily "like a designer perfume", because it kind of isn't. But that's fine. This smells like 2006 Hot Topic. It's shamelessly emo, and somehow the cheap plum alongside the obviously *not* natural incense notes, when paired with a sweet neo-amber (the older entry lists amber, and I feel like that is more correct, although I feel that this one is right in saying the fruit is plum, and not blackberry) is just glorious. It makes me want to wear black fingerless gloves, fishnets under destroyed jeans, cut my hair and dye it black&purple, and go see My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, or Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. It's junk, but it's perfect. I'll probably always own a bottle 🥀🕷🖤 #itisntaphasemom

a very sweet musky plum scent that's kissed with incense and vanilla notes. it's sweet, yet dark and mysterious. it definitely has that twilight vibe to it. it's a beautiful plum fragrance mist that wonderfully incorporates plum & incense together. it's very unique, i haven't found another fragrance it reminds me of yet. i absolutely love this. i'm also getting slight notes of bergamot but its in the background. the packaging is on point--it really encapsulates the fragrance. it smells... purple? like when i smell this, i associate it with the color purple because of the top plum note and dark raspberry note. it's just so, so good. this could be worn all year round. i feel like if youre someone who likes mysterious, niche fragrances that are somewhat mystical and fantasy themed, you'd do well with this mist. i love this body mist. ♡💌

My husband and I were on our honeymoon in New York, YEARS ago now 🫣 I had never seen or heard of bath and body works ( We are Irish ) and in the store, there was so many options to chose from, I was in Fragrance heaven ! I picked up some body mists, bodycare & candles and I was delighted...( Also, it was the start of my BBW addiction 😆😆) but all these years later and my absolute favourite is Dark Kiss...thankfully you can get it in Ireland now 🙌 you can still order directly from bbw via addresspal or else its available on Next, for fellow Irish fans 😉 It is waayyy more expensive in Ireland but at least its available. This Scent is addictive. Its sexy, dangerous, mysterious, delicious, dark yet sweet. It's truly phenomenal. I can NEVER be without it. 1000/10

this perfume is perfect for a night out. fruity, but sweet and a bit darker, kinda like an edgier, slightly more rosey version of sol de janeiro 40. on me, the incense note is barely present, but it does linger in the background while the plum, rose and raspberry combo really shines, enhanced by the amber/musk this lasts surprisingly long. on clothes, i get maybe 2-3 hours, but on skin it lasts like 4-6 hours, which is insane for a body mist and especially if you get this during a sale (like i did) the price value is really good. in general, buy bbw scents during sales, since they have so many throughout the year. and, if you want a good going out dark/goth scent, this is 100% for you.

This is one of the most enchanting body sprays I’ve ever smelled. My mom has this thing where she’ll be shopping at B&BW and she’ll simply see the name of a scent and grab it for me, assuming I’ll like it. And she nails it every time (it worked with Fairytale, Wicked Vanilla Woods, Twilight Woods, Midnight Spell, etc.) This fragrance is sweet, but in a sexy way, not a juvenile way. The bergamot incense plays very nicely with the plum, just stunning. It’s mysterious and dark and alluring, great for nighttime/fall. Femme fatale vibes. I need more products in this scent.

The review below mine said everything that needed to be said because this is definitely one of the BEST scents that B&BW has to offer. I will say tho that the new body sprays are SO WEAK compared to the one I got that looks like the pic listed here. I'm so disgusted, I really hate how this brand keeps ruining classic scents & then having the nerve to charge more! But I digress, this scent is truly a classic and I'll never not have this in my collection.

Love of my life perfume. A relative bought me this and some matching body wash and lotion in 2010 for christmas. I was obsessed with it and way too precious as I barely used it, even though it was completely addictive. My mostly-full bottle has since gone a little weird (still wearable) and modern reformulations are completely different so all I really have is the memory of how it used to smell sixteen years ago. I will be chasing that scent forever.

Oh gosh. It's so good! Dark Kiss is perfect for fall and cooler weather. There's that incense and a little spice in all the fruit and sweetness. As it settles, the florals come out more. I would describe it as rich, dark, sexy and mysterious. I could see this as an evening out fragrance because it comes off a lot more expensive than the price would suggest. It's just really, really attractive. This is one of the best BBW scents in my opinion.

tbh one of the top ten most sophisticated & deep b&bw scents (however the bar is very low for b&bw in terms of maturity & it's still sweet). also very incense heavy and may smell like detergent / fabric softener to some and it really does depend on one's skin chemistry the body wash version sticks to the skin & smells better, really my fav b&bw scent

Seductive berries with the touch of dark rose, vanilla, and smoke❤️🔥 An amazing fit for romantic nights✨️ My boyfriend loves it when I layer this with VS Very Sexy EDP. My favorite B&BW scent in my collection, and I'm upset she's not available online in Canada like she is in the states. If you're goth, or any type of alt person, or you just want something edgy and mature, I really recommend picking this up if you come across it!

When I was in high school this was IT. I still love the incense note, and re purchased a bottle recently for old times sake. I still enjoy it, and it still is one of the most unique bath and body works scents in my book, if not a little dated.

I have been loving this one for years, I recently started layering this with Montale Dark Purple for a deep vampy vibe. I have yet to try the new formulation but look forward to it since I read it is more incense-less vanilla this time around.

Such a pretty fruity scent. Absolutely love this sweet berry goodness. Smells very similar to midnight fantasy by Britney. A noticeable difference is midnight fantasy is more shampoo like, while dark kiss has more of a darkness to it.

I need a non-juvenile, non-cheap smelling similar fragrance so bad. Because this is so me. Can someone for the love of all that is good recommend something that is NOT Britney Spears midnight fantasy?? lol.

This was my absolute go-to when I was in my Katherine Pierce era in middle school. Had me imagining I was in an autumnal small town while in reality I was living in a city of tropical climate.

Love this but I don't think the juice ages well after <2 years. The sweetness and fruitiness fall to the back and it becomes more incense-heavy and I don't find it nearly as pleasant.

The lotion of this pairs well with any of the la nuit tresors, or tresor midnight rose. I love this, perfectly sweet with a musky plum touch for night time.

I think there's patchouli in Dark Kiss. Every time I wear it, I'm reminded of OG Angel. It's there! The patchouli! Unlisted but unmistakable.

2024 Dark Kiss body cream: I adore this fragrance. This is Ginger Fitzgerald in Ginger Snaps strutting down the hallway. It's Jesse in Queen of the Damned dressing up to go to a concert. It's sexy, sultry, fun, digestible goth. It feels youthful but not innocent, like a kiss in the dark. It jumps back and forth between juvenile and mature. Total confidence booster and easy to wear, as well as a highly complimented crowd pleaser. Addictive. It initially smells like tart plum skin--mouthwatering, with a weird, waxy sourness that goes away once the cream absorbs. Mmm, syrupy nocturnal raspberries. Smoky incense and powdery amber take it over, but there is still a trace of purple juiciness. It has quite a bit of development, and it gives the impression of a much more expensive fragrance. It reminds me of Lancome perfumes. This cream lasts on my skin for around 3 hours. Not much projection. But it gets onto the sleeves of my sweaters, and it stays there for days. 2024 Dark Kiss Body Mist: Pleasing to the nose and not bad as far as body mists go, but this 2024 version is not as fantastic, complex, or long-lasting as the body cream. No berries on me--this one goes straight to the ambery incense base notes after an initial blast of alcohol. Doesn't stay on the skin very long--maybe a half hour, tops. Very similar vibe to a watered-down Gucci Rush, which used to be my favorite perfume back in the early 2000s. Smells good, but overall unexceptional. I'd recommend the body cream, or older versions of the Dark Kiss body spray.

If you scroll down the comments, you’ll not see any resemblances. This means that this scent adjusts to each person individually like some expensive black velvet gloves. BBW did a great job when coming up with this gothic scent; it definitely differs from the majority of their fruity-sweet-sugary sexy-flexi-barbie portfolio where some mists do not make a lasting impression on you, they are just like something you use as a spray-and-forget, something you won’t repurchase. This is a scent to wear on a rainy day/night, autumn evening when the air is filled with a smell of moss, wet leaves, dark berries and late autumn flowers, it’s cold, mysterious and some dark jazz or old school gothic rock plays in your earphones. If the perfume / more long-lasting version would still exist I’d certainly buy it to make it my Halloween party scent.

Blind buy. First i didn't like it it smelled kind of cloying and floral, but when i sat with it I don't mind it. I bought it to pair it with perfumes as a refreshments. It had this flowery fruity scent, Heavy floral scent. It's like a juice of some kind, I think it will pair will with any fruity berry scent. However it feels like an old perfume, Like the perfumes your mom got when she was a little young and somehow it's still relevant today. I'm not crazy about it, but it's new perfume to try it's not that bad. Update: im wearing it today with GA Si, i feel this one of the best matches and it wasn't planned at all. Both are floral fruity scents and i smell kinds juice soda in dark kiss, it's kinda growing on me. I'm wearing it in the morning of winter weather.

Incense and plum jam; Midnight Fantasy all grown up. Dark Kiss is a nice smelling fragrance, I appreciate its existence but... it's too sexy for me. 😂 If the raspberry note was detectable at all, I would have lamented not receiving a full bottle of it. But as it is, I'm happy LulaValentine swapped her almost empty bottle of Dark Kiss with me. I cannot imagine myself using up a full bottle of this fragrance, but I sure will use up what little remains in the bottle I received. My curiosity over Dark Kiss has been satisfied and it sucks that it doesn't mesh with my personal tastes. Was really hooked by the presence of a raspberry note, but Dark Kiss is sugared plums and incense to my nose.

I like this, but something about it reminds me of older women,I cant tell if i've smelt this on multiple older women that created the association or if its the fragrance itself but I wouldn't repurchase because of that. Not that its a bad scent or smells grannys because it really doesn't just isn't the scent for me.The incense note is not off putting either and it has a nice sweetness and smokyness to it so its a like not a love. This layers very well with Viktor and Rolf Bon Bon.

Recently found a full unused bottle in my sister's childhood room so I had to wear it ofc. I remember having a friend in middle school who would wear this and I loooved it on her. Very nostalgic to years ago without smelling adolescent. Definitely can smell the plum, rose, incense and black vanilla husk. Last super long especially for a body spray. I want to love this, but it doesn't smell as good on me as it did on my friend. Defo like it though!!

very beautiful sweet, plumy, vanilla fragrance. the fruitiness reminds me of a sour berry jam and the smokey incense note gives it a gothic and mysterious feel. this is what I would imagine a gothic novel like wuthering heights, jane eyre, dracula, picture of dorian gray, mysteries of udolpho etc. to smell like 🪦🥀 it's like a deeper and more mysterious version of midnight fantasy

I got it on Heart Evangelista’s recommendation and based on the name alone, I knew I’d love it. It’s perfect for a young girl but a young girl with a personality you know? I recently got into watching The Vampire Diaries and I thought this scent would really suit Katherine Pierce and I was happy someone else said the same thing in the review here!

it smells a little cheap and a bit dated (both true), but it also smells really good. it's definitely incensed berries. i didn't think i would like it so much since i usually dislike incense notes, but this smells so nice. absolutely addicting.

Absolutely not for the summer or warm weather. It gets super heavy and cloying. I wish I could try it in the colder months. It's very sweet and berry forward with a smokiness, I bet is amazing in cooler environments

This scent is the more fruity and feminine version of "Into The Night" by B&BW. Def a night time scent.
