Dreaming of Rio

This is what I thought Bahamas Passionfruit and Banana flower was going to smell like so I was really happy once I picked this up! BP&BF isn’t as sweet as this but this is pure sweet gourmand banana and tropical white florals. I really love the gardenia note in this because it’s second to the banana but you get whiffs of it throughout the day. I know B&BWs is notorious for the weakness of their fine fragrance mists , but this lasts surprisingly long when sprayed on clothing and layered with the matching tub of body cream. We’re in a heatwave where I am and usually I prefer clean aldehydes and skin musks when it’s this hot, but I have my AC going so I wore this layered with Maui In a Bottle for my nighttime shower routine and they smell really good together.

Bought the shower gel & body cream to layer with Daisy Wild eau so Intense, which it's a close dupe for. Gardenia and banana! Whisper of cedar. Nice! p.s. also layers beautifully with Liz Taylor Gardenia, Mugler Aura, Rochas Muse, and probably any Gardenia or banana soliflore.

10/10. Gorgeous green/leafy banana scent with a hint of gardenia. It doesn't smell sugary sweet or artificial either. I'm praying that this one becomes a seasonal staple; I will definitely stock up during June SAS (Semiannual Sale)

This is so good and perfect for summer! It is not a candy like banana, i get more of a green banana peel with a bit of sweetness from the fruit. I REALLY LOVE IT!

Sunscreen banana scent. So perfect to layer with the body butter. I honestly never hated sunscreen-esque scents, and this definitely gives sweet beachy vibes! Definitely not as floral as it is sweet, but i quite like the fact that it actually smells like bananas

If you love marc jacobs green murakami daisy but wish it was more green this is perfect for you

I'm definitely in the crowd that wanted more of a gourmand banana rather than green/floral, but I still enjoy this fragrance! Just not as beachy as I personally was hoping for. I was actually expecting a SDJ 87 dupe when I saw the bottle.

Im a gourmand fan so I was a little disappointed that this isn’t a sweet banana, but more floral and smells like sunscreen a little bit. It’s not for me but would make a good beach scent and will prob layer the lotion with something else

First wear: To me this smells exactly like Ellis Brooklyn Isla Sirena, minus the salty note that made me nauseous. I can't say I love it. It doesn't remind me at all of Maui in a Bottle or of the Daisy Wild line.

green soapy banana, love the bottle

This is a near perfect match for B&BW Ile De Tahiti Fei Banana from the mid late 2000's. I nearly cried when I smelled this. The Fei Banana was my most favorite B&BW scent ever and I'm so happy to have it back in my collection. I have a bottle of the perfume in my collection, the scent has changed a bit in the bottle over the years, but still very close.

I was in a bar and someone standing behind me smelled so wonderful. I tracked her down and asked her what she was wearing and it was this. I’m really surprised since I usually hate banana smells. But tbh, I would’ve never guessed it had a banana note. To me, it smelled more floral and woody

I am not a fan of this brands fruity fragrances. But this smells exactly like the banana shaped fruit candies that used to come out of the coin candy dispensers at the supermarket. Because of the nostalgia , I bought it!

The opening is 1:1 to Maui in a bottle. But it lasts 15 to 30 mins then dries down to this plastic smell. The lotion has more body to the fragrance but it's not exactly a Maui dupe.

This is so light 😿I love it but Bahamas is definitely better for longevity and projection. I'm gonna try layering with a stronger perfume. 🏵️🍌

Immediately transported to an exotic island with an exotic tropical fresh fruit. This is heaven. BBW did the darn thing.

The body cream has a way stronger banana note for anyone who was feeling disappointed!
