Fall in Bloom

I really should have known this would be a winner. I smelled it first (at the Summer 2026 SAS) and checked the notes later, only to discover it features plum. Mystery solved. I’m a plum girl through and through, so this fragrance never stood a chance of disappointing me. To me, this smells like the first weekend when summer finally loosens its grip. The mornings are crisp, but by afternoon you’re still eating lunch outside. The leaves are just starting to turn, yet the last stubborn flowers refuse to admit the season is changing. Somehow, this fragrance captures that in-between magic without feeling like it’s trying too hard. That’s a pretty ambitious assignment for a body spray. Even though it’s marketed as a fall scent, I think it works year-round. The moss keeps the sweetness grounded and adds a fresh, outdoorsy quality that stops it from becoming another generic fruity floral. (And really, do we need any more of that?) Needless to say, I exercised zero self-control. I left with the lotion, the FFM, and the shower gel. Apparently, if I’m going to smell like early autumn, I’m committing to the bit.

fragrance notes: juicy plum, wild blooms and velvet moss On the dry down this is so powdery and sweet like smarties candy. It is sooooo beautiful I wish I would’ve gotten two. The plum is stunning, I kept sniffing my arm in public because the dry down is gorgeous. Smells very feminine and perfect for every age, perfumey but not too perfumey if you know what I mean. I don’t really get moss from this, but then again I’ve never smelled moss, maybe that’s where the bitterness comes from? Just a stunning well balanced fruity floral. Out of all the fall stuff they have out right now at BBW, this is my favorite one I picked up. Also, I’ve heard a lot of people say the lotions don’t smell the same. This is such a subtle, warm fruity, clean floral. This is All Eyes On Her but without the sweetness and sandalwood. The moss and plum combo gives it a unique, fruity and fresh aspect. However, the sillage is super weak. You need to reapply a bit. Lasting power is weak too Even though "Fall" is in the name, I could see this being a versatile scent for year-round wear. Subtle, floral, fresh, clean, and classy. If you like the herb drydown in Off the Vine and Seeing Rouge, and the clean slighty fruit drydown of Gingham Gorgeous, you will like this one Overall, I would rate the actual fragrance an 8.5-9/10

This smells really light and almost faint on me. I love the balance of the florals and the plum. It's like a muted plum with a grassy undertone and some flowers mixed in. The sweetness (with some booziness?) is just right. It's quite weak, though. It's fleeting. I can't smell anything on my skin after application. It does leave some fragrance on clothes, but this is too weak on me. Too bad because I really like what they did with this one. It's just the concentration that's throwing me off. I actually really liked this one, and was surprised I did! It's not your normal BBW "fruity" or "fun" or "gourmand" anything. It's definitely a more "grown up" scent. I see some people say it smells like Glade air freshener, but I don't get that AT ALL! It's very.....almost sexy? So far, I really like it! It does have a fruit note, but the moss balances it out for a sexy smell.

I always find myself coming back to this earthy, fruity floral after not wearing it for a while. Smells virtually identical to Burberry Her on my skin, except the dry down on Fall in Bloom is much sweeter (which I prefer). I layer Her with Fall in Bloom fragrance mist and body cream and the scent lasts all day.

love love love this! I have Burberry Her Elixir and this is so similar but a tad bit more floral. I use this when I don't want to use my expensive perfume and want to layer it with other perfumes. I have both the perfume and body spray.

This definitely doesn’t smell like a bath and body works mist! I usually don’t like sents like this but it actually smells really nice on my skin. It’s very mossy, and it smells like leaves, and then dries down very bitter and sweet

Yes, it is a dupe for Burberry Her, but it isn’t an exact dupe. It has the airy, fruity thing that Her does but it doesn’t have the sickeningly sweet strawberry. It is sweet but not overly so. It smells nice, I actually prefer it.

I love this. Smells so warm cozy and sexy can’t get enough of it. It is similar to Burberry her so when layered together it enhances the longevity

Fall in Bloom is a beautifully balanced earthy floral with a delicious sweetness from the plum. I tried Burberry Her and didn't buy it because it had such a similarity to BR540. Now, in this one, I get no BR540 vibes. It is lovely and despite the name, I think this is good to go for any season. I find the longevity and sillage are modest even when using the full set of shower gel, lotion, body spray and I also have the little perfume spray. But for the price, its fantastic. It's so subtle and likeable, it can go anywhere.

I've always wanted to love Burberry Her, because it smells sooooo good when I first spray it.... but then it becomes super peppery on me even though pink pepper isn't a note. :( Fall in Bloom offers a similar (albeit more woodsy) profile at a lower price point without the weird peppery smell. I like it a lot! On a side note, I have Rave Now which is supposed to be similar to Burberry Her Elixir. Rave Now is considerably sweeter, creamier and more synthetic smelling vs. Fall in Bloom which is more fresh, tart and earthy.

i like this one! it's sweet without being cloying and the floral aspect to this is nice and fresh while still being well-grounded by the moss notes. that said, a lot of fruity notes just aren't my favorite and this has a very prominent plum note that to me, really gives this a "bath and body works smell" if you know what i mean by that. projection and longevity are both solid especially for a mist, so if u don't mind that plum note, this is a good one.

im getting fruity, grassy notes. to me this feels like the beginning of fall. definitely not what i expected but i do like it. I love plum notes and I think the plum in here makes it work for fall but i expected more warmth from it perhaps? it reminds me of a tuscan style auntie in her cute fall outfit (does that make any sense?)

When sprayed on clothing liberally, this lasts a surprisingly long time. I really enjoy smelling it throughout the day and it truly delivers a sweat, woodsy autumnal scent. Some has compared to BR540, Burberry Her, etc, but I think it stands apart due to the slight woody notes. I'll be layering it this fall for sure.

A sweet berry scent that's a dupe for Burberry Her except slightly more orange-y, even though there is no orange in the notes. If you want a cheap Burberry Her dupe then go for it, but I honestly think it's worth it to splurge on Burberry Her instead.

I love this! It’s not my usual Gourmand favorite, but it’s delicious! My whole shower smells incredible after using the shower gel. It’s really similar to Aura by Mugler, but I have heard it compared as a more Earthy version of In The Stars.
