Fiji Sunshine

I looooove this scent, I'd use this all the time if it had lasting power, but this disappears in minutes. I use it as a lift me up, after shower, great for summer. I don't find it sickly at all. The guava/jasmine combination is lovely, guava is very annoying to eat, but smells amazing, jasmine plants are usually suffocating but the jasmine here is so mild and lovely. But since this has zero lasting power, I'd never buy it again or boldly recommend someone to get it, but I am dying for this scent profile to be made into something that lasts somehow, I'd buy that stuff so fast.

Out of the bottle this smells too sweet and syrupy. However...after wearing it for a few, settles into a decent summery fragrance! Not bad! It's clearly sweet orange, but there's a ghost note of mango alongside the guava as well, and my daughter pointed it out. She's dead right, it's more mango-ish than guava. There's just a hint of white floral too. It's a youthful and smells like juice, but I'm enjoying it. I can imagine this would be great in high heat, which the PNW is due for soon. Like most fine fragrance mists, it needs reapplication, so keep the bottle in your bag! Mediocre. Would not pay full price. Very tropical, fruity, sickly sweet. Not my vibe at all but I got it for sub 4 dollars.

OPENING: fresh burst of sweet, juicy orange + candied guava DRY-DOWN: basically nothing Unfortunately, it disappeared almost as soon as I sprayed myself. Sprayed a ton more on my skin and clothes, walked out of the store and could barely smell any of it left. The bottle is pretty but I'll be looking for older versions of this on resale platforms instead... hopefully they'll have better longevity.

i hate the smell of it when i first spray it, but the more it dries down the more i get used to it. i would not buy this again but it is very tropical and fruity which i do like
