Fiji Sunshine Guava Tini

Refreshing, summery and sweet. I actually picked this up for my sister-in-law, who loves fruity scents, and the seller sent a dud bottle. So, I whipped out a knife and a spare travel bottle and poured the contents in. The liquid is pink which surprised me! Opening blast is non-descript honeyed fruits, succulent orange, a hint of jasmine and guava, which smells a LOT like sweet mango. I agree with other reviewers who say this reminds them of mango, because it really does. I went to Rhodes with my other half and his family, and my favourite drink there was a Sex On The Beach with extra mango puree. This little body spray reminds me a lot of that drink... Mmm, sat by a pool with a smutty book sipping that sweet, juicy drink in the still-warm October sunshine... Heaven. This really is a little pick-me-up. Sillage and longevity could be better, but hey, it was a £10.99 body spray, what do you expect? If you want to smell like a delicious, mouthwatering cocktail, then this might be for you. It's light enough to never be cloying and I know I'll be reaching for this a lot during the hot summer months. Edit: This reminds me a little of Sweet Sunrise by Body Fantasies.

This scent is pure tropical vibes without relying on the tacky piña colada combination that many tropical mists go for. It smells so juicy and good that I almost wish I could eat it! It smells like it looks like the colors orange, yellow, and aqua blue all paired up. The mist itself isn't overpoweringly strong but one to three sprays will have you set, the formula is really that balanced (or maybe my mom just happened to score the perfect bottle). I've read some of the reviews concerning the lack of guava and am glad to say that my bottle packs a good guava punch— it resembles the taste of these green guava candies that are laid out at a Japanese restaurant I go to. The scent is sunshine without being "warm" thanks to its bright and unashamed juiciness.

Tested the lotion. I'm not sure it really smells like guava. It's a nice, pleasant scent. Fruity, sweet. It's unobtrusive, a skin scent even when I really slather it on, so it would be great for using a lot at once, might be great for post-swim. I'm planning to use it all year but I'm rating it For Summer because that's when I swim 6 times a day. (I usually sniff BBW fragrances before I buy them but this fragrance launched in 2020 when the stores were closed. I bought it from a reseller online.)

I have to be in a certain mood for this, since it is a little sweeter than I usually like. When I do decide to spray this, it is beautiful. A lot of guava, but in a good way. I find myself using BBW sprays as bedroom sprays in the summer, or as a perfume base layer. Longevity for either of these purposes is good for the price, at about 4-6 hours for me. Also, the new packaging (not pictured on Fragrantica) is so pretty!

This is my absolute most favorite smell BBW has ever made! It’s not that orange-y, but you can def smell a hint of it. Something about it is just so so good to me! It reminds me of being at the beach, watching the waves and being under an umbrella. Definitely taking this + 1 more spray from BBW with me when I go to the beach! SOO GOOD

On me this one lasts a while... This is real fruity and tropical. I definitely notice a lot of guava and a bit of citrus, but not too much. This is one of those that smells much better on my skin than on paper or out of the bottle so give it a chance if this is the type of smell you are looking for.

I love the scent of this. I pair it with Love Don’t Be Shy by Killian. Obviously the lasting power isn’t long but I use it for layering purposes.

i really wish their scents lasted longer but at this price I dont mind respraying. Uplifting scent , fruity bright tropical vacation, love it !!

Fruity tropical scent that last longer than typical body mists.

Pulled this out of storage and sprayed some in the air, instantly took me back to summer of 2021, when I had purchased this fragrance. It's so summery, juicy, sweet, and fresh to me. It's extremely pleasant and now that the bottle I have is completely gone, I'm probably gonna reorder on ebay lol. I sprayed some on my clothing, and it stayed a decent amount of time (disappears as a skin scent, but clings for a long time onto clothing). I love that this has some jasmine in it, so it's not entirely sweet, but has a floral cozy feeling to it. Forgot how much I loved this. It's super tropical. Super bright. Probably the only scent I'll be using during spring and summer.

Out of the bottle this smells too sweet and syrupy. However...after wearing it a while, it settles into a decent summery fragrance! Not bad! It's clearly sweet orange, but there's a ghost note of mango alongside the guava as well, and my daughter pointed it out. She's dead right, it's more mango-ish than guava. There's just a hint of white floral too. It's a youthful and smells like juice, but I'm enjoying it. I can imagine this would be great in high heat, which the PNW is due for soon. Like most fine fragrance mists, it needs reapplication, so keep the bottle in your bag! Definitely an upbeat, crowd-pleasing, easy-to-use fragrance! 🧃🏖

Oh wow, tropical vacation vibes. It's a little suntan lotion-y. It's got that note you find in the Sol de Janeiro body sprays, coconut I believe. It's so good! Perfect summer scent. Quite sweet and bubbly, like a tropical fruity drink at an ocean-side bar. Sure, it may not play well for every occasion but it's fun and addictive for casual times, days at the beach and evenings at a patio restaurant. It lasts but doesn't project a whole lot even with layering so not the best performance I've had from BBW scents but I still really like it.

I smell coconut in this (I think there might be something wrong with my nose lol) but I don’t smell any guava in this at all! To me, this scent is perfect for summer vacations, a summer getaway (or if you live in a tropical country like me). A very fruity and tropical scent! Initial impression when I sniffed this was that I didn’t love it (although I didn’t hate it either), but due to the fond memories associated with this scent overtime I might consider repurchasing in the future since I’ve finished my current bottle ;)

This is nice! I am currently testing body creams I've had for a while, trying to declutter. The cream is still fine, formula wise and I actually enjoy the scent, is it not too strong or sweet smelling, there is a nice amount of citrus and fruits it's not juvenile smelling and I could see myself wearing this to class or after the gym. Not bad. It very slightly reminds of me the og coconut lime verbena in the dry down. I will be keeping this.

Smells like spilt fruit juice and sticks like it too. I sprayed this on in the morning and still smelled it on myself when I went to bed, which is more than I can say for most other b&bw I've tried. Very sweet, syrupy. If I had this as a child, I would have drenched myself in it.

It’s pretty good. It’s definitely fruity and citrusy but not a fresh kind more a sweeter one. I don’t smell the guava note but either way it’s still good. It’s a good summer scent although doesn’t last long. I’d say yes this is a good pick.

A summery sweet orange scent with guava and watery jasmine. Gone in less than 5 minutes. I liked it at first but when I noticed how bad the longevity was even with overspraying, I had to return it.

NEW 2020 PACKAGING - the packaging is average - I don't think it is anything to write home about. - the smell lasts a fair amount of time 2-3 hours which is reasonable for a body mist - I smell a little guava hit and then that generic bath and body works tropical scent - just a very slight upgrade from the usual. I get a hint of coconut. -Verdict - not a big fan of tropical scents but this shall hit the spot on the off chance I feel like wearing one.

Tried the lotion. It smells old at first with like extremely slight fruity notes but dries down into a much more warmer (and slightly fruity) scent.

Banana and guava are my fav tropical notes! I had a few mists to return that smelled so weird or too generic-weak (Strawberry Soda, Mango Mai Tai, Cherry Limeade, honeysuckle peach tea, love & sunshine) and that one was my exchange item. Out of the other tropical scents that I love, I didnt give this one much attention at first, but it is so delicious. Im a sucker for guava, its that type of light gourmand sweet tropical scent with a touch of green to it. The orange here is beautiful, quite realistic but not citrusy at all and smells like an orange (half cream, half sorbet) ice cream.The jasmine is subtle. This is a delicious refreshing tropical scent, like a summer juice, much better than the ones with coconut even tho I dont reject them. Its like an Escada perfume and close to Beyonce's Heat Rush at the drydown, and longevity is good. It doesnt become weird or plastic on my skin - some BBW scents smell great on paper (firecracker pop, honeysuckle peach tea) and on the skin they smell so weird.

I went a bit bazonkers & bought most of the non floral forward options, available for the SAS, i think that this is my favorite ‘tropical’ offering if you don’t include ‘Whipped Coconut Milkshake, or Waikiki Coconut (never made it to the sas 😭) I’m not a ‘Meet Me In Miami’ fan & Starfruit & Kiwi had little to offer but unguided syrupy sweetness. Dont get me wrong now! I LOVE super sweet & this one definitely serves, I like to pair with an orange edp & Aquolina Creamy Sunshine, it’s a bit much for spending much time in the heat of summer outdoors but perfect for a breezy coastal dinner date or in my case just living in my natural habitat with the AC at 74 all day any day... I was hoping for more of that ‘like none other’ guava trait but it didn’t live up to it in that respect, I agree with others that it more closely resembles an orangey mango over guava. I also bought Bahamas Passionfruit Banana flower ... I like it as well 🙂

I guess I’m not that familiar with the scent of guava so my brain just interprets this as a orangey scent with a hint of jasmine. It’s so so pretty & the only fragrance I can tolerate that has orange as a note. There’s also a mystery note that is adding some creaminess to this very slightly. This scent is one that you just can’t be in a bad mood while wearing. It’s a happy scent for me as it is so bright, makes me feel so pretty & feminine. Other scents I have that also fit into this bright happy category are pretty as a peach, among the clouds, sweet pea, & gingham gorgeous.

Others said they smell the Guava the most but I smell the Orange the most. It almost smells like Car Freshener in a way.

This is a perfect summer scent. Very tropical, fruity and bright. Smells like a thick guava or mango nectar.
