Sweet, woody, floral, warm, powdery, musky, aromatic, balsamic, fresh spicy, smoky, feminine, sensual, charming, whimsical, dreamy, delightful, inviting, soothing, calming, cozy, comforting The epitome of everything cozy and comforting, and so very delightful! This is hands down one of the best fragrances that B&BW has ever done! It’s very well balanced and blended. Sweet, fluffy, and powdery toasted marshmallow, woody and musky cashmere woods, and soothing and aromatic lavender. I get the lavender more in the opening, the dry down has just a whisper of it. It’s about equal parts sweet and gooey toasted marshmallows and cozy cashmere woods, so it gets more yummy as it dries down. It’s like wrapping yourself up in your coziest sweater as you sit near a fire and toast marshmallows. This is such a perfect scent for fall and winter, especially when you want something sweet, woody, and cozy. It also would make a lovely bedtime scent for those who use them. Personally, I usually prefer either Warm Milk & Honey or Honey Vanilla Dream, both from the B&BW Aromatherapy Sleep line because. I use them strictly for bedtime, whereas I enjoy Fireside Flurries too much to only use it then, and want what I use at bedtime to be something that my mind relates with only that, and not other occasions/times. In comparison to other similar scents: Cozy Vanilla Bourbon - Probably the most similar imo. Even though this has no lavender, they still smell quite similar. This does have a more rich vanilla scent to it, but it’s the closest thing I can think of to Fireside Flurries. Skylar Caramel Alps - Definitely the most similar perfume. They share the same sweet marshmallow, soothing lavender, and woody notes. Caramel Alps has other notes, but those are the most prominent as well as a soft caramel accord. Imo they’re almost identical. Replica Coffee Break - This does have somewhat of a similarity with its vanilla, lavender, and cedar. However, it also has additional notes like coffee, patchouli, milk, ect. There’s a similar vibe and scent to a degree though. Bonfire Bash - They do have similar vibes, although this has no lavender, and the addition of sandalwood making it a bit more woody. There’s also less of a marshmallow vibe here, but I do still somewhat get one. However, I definitely prefer Fireside Flurries. Replica By the Fireplace - Much stronger, more unisex, and more realistic. There’s less marshmallow-y vanilla, and no lavender. This is an excellent fragrance to pair with Fireside Flurries, especially with the body care. Commodity Milk - This is marshmallowy and woody, but doesn’t have the lavender, and is much more lactonic. I got it along with Bonfire Bash, and to my surprise this was my favorite of the 2! I do love everything marshmallow, so I knew it would be something I would really enjoy! I really love the combination of sweet, powdery, and fluffy marshmallows, aromatic and floral lavender, and the woody and cozy cashmere wood. Overall, it’s a softly sweet fluffy and powdery marshmallow with lavender and cashmere wood adding a comforting and cozy depth, and keeping it from being too sweet. It’s gorgeous! To my surprise this reminds me quite a bit of another BBW favorite of mine, Cozy Vanilla Bourbon. However, this has lavender and cashmere wood, while Cozy Vanilla Bourbon has more vanilla to it (which I also get in Fireside Flurries), and is a little sweeter. I blind bought this because I read that it was a good dupe for fans of Bonfire Bash, but also because of the fragrance notes and the glowing reviews of it online. I am more than halfway through my bottle of Bonfire Bash so I had to find something to fulfill my marshmallow dreams. This is one of the only additions to the Christmas collection that I am a fan of, for Bath and Body seems to have watered down and ruined most of that collection. I love this one, but I wish it was stronger. It does tend to linger in my clothes even after it quickly fades from my skin. While she is a dupe for BF, she is still very different. Bonfire Bash smells more edible in my opinion, while Fireside Flurries is sweet but floral. The lavender note ties the marshmallow sweetness together very beautifully. There is a hint of smoke, but not as prominent as the smoke in BF. The outcome is an elegant and unique, pillow soft cloud of sugary goodness that envelopes your shoulders. She's very light but lovely, nevertheless. Don't let the lavender intimidate you. There is only a very subtle hint of Lavender. I promise you aren't going to be walking around smelling like essential oils lol. 💜

So Glad this is finally in Fragrantica! After smelling this when it launched on 2021 for the first time, I fell deeply in love with it. I bought like 4 backups of this, and 3 shower gels of the same scent, as I was very scared this would be a one-time launch and it would never come back again. So I was patiently waiting for winter this year to see if BBW would bring it back and almost cried of joy when I saw they did (even though they changed the packaging this year, but hopefully not the scent!). To me this smells very similar to R.E.M. from Ariana Grande, but the lavender is toned wayyy down, and it is a sweeter scent. This also gives me the same vibe as Milk Expressive by Commodity, and even though they don't smell exactly the same, they layer perfectly well together! (Try it if you haven't!). Hopefully this gets to be part of the permanent winter collection at BBW and they keep bringing this every year. This is my 2nd Favorite fragrance from BBW. Oh, and also I almost forgot! This layers amazing as well with Zadig & Voltaire This is Her!

If you are a gourmand lover, you should definitely get your hands on this. It is sweet, woody, fluffy, and smoky (not in a bad way) at the same time. The combination of Toasted Marshmallow and Pink Lavender gives a warm comfort to my nose, and the Cashmere Wood gives a slight saltiness and muskiness. Although the prominent note is the Toasted Marshmallow, you'd still get that relaxing and floral aroma that the Lavender has. This smells like Ariana Grande's R.E.M but without that “Sweet-Cancelling” salt note. If you're looking for an R.E.M dupe that performs like a perfume, then you should definitely try this one out. Note: Fireside Flurries is much sweeter, dense, and thicker compared to R.E.M. Performance: Didn't expect for the longevity to last for like 4-5 hours since this is a body mist and the projection is just enough for others to smell it. I recommend you guys to wear it during cold days (or nighttime), not on EXTREMELY hot days, or do otherwise if you want to smell like burnt fancy marshmallows.

One of my absolute favorites from Bath & Body 🖤 yes it's super similar to R.E.M but aren't dupes and I prefer this one over R.E.M. R.E.M is very masculine on my skin, the lavender and salt completely overwhelm the other notes, and it almost turns into BO and sweat on my skin. I had to gift it to my brother and he also agrees that is more masculine and sharp. Fireside Flurries is femenine, light and very sweet. First you get marshmallows but not the powdery one, more like gooey sticky melted marshmallow, and then you start to smell some smoke but it's VERY subtle, just enough to give that impression of toasted marshmallows. I can barely smell any lavender btw and I prefer it that way since I'm not the biggest fan of lavender. Everything is so well blended. It's not complex at all, just deliciously gourmand, creamy and cozy. And I also have the body lotion, that one is straight up marshmallows. Layering with the lotion I can get up to 6 hours. I'm obsessed.

I literally dreamed of owning this mist. Just by reading the notes, I felt like it was made for me marshmallows, lavender, and woody cashmere three of my absolute favorite scent notes. The combination of marshmallow and lavender felt so unusual and intriguing to me. I was convinced I’d never find it, especially since it’s discontinued, but somehow I managed to get the 2021 version and for a great price. As for the scent itself: the marshmallow and lavender are equally noticeable, beautifully balanced. The cashmere and lavender give the fragrance a lovely depth. It’s sweet, but not overly so everything just blends perfectly. It truly smells like hugging someone by a campfire, wrapped in a soft blanket. It’s a nostalgic, cozy scent and honestly, one of my favorites. I’m still trying to figure out what perfumes would layer well with it, since it’s such a unique fragrance on its own.

The 2022 version of Fireside Flurries is a huge improvement from 2021's version. I bought 2021's version but returned it because the lavender and woody notes overshadowed the marshmallow note and it was too overpowering. The 2022 version is well blended and I love it now although I'm not a huge lover of lavender notes because they usually come off too spa like or herbal in many fragrances. I hope BBW never reformulates it because they finally got it right! Edited update: If you layer Rebecca Minkoff Blush mist with this you will get a better version of exactly what YSL Libre smells like but with a really nice marshmallow note that Libre does not have. I prefer this layering combo very much over Libre and Libre Intense which is too heavy on the orange blossom and the lavender.

The body mist did not leave a lasting impression on me, but I totally love the body lotion. I was looking for something to layer with the R.E.M. perfume and that's a combo made in heaven! Salty caramel bathed in musky-tobacco lavender from R.E.M. layered with smoky sweet woody marshmallow from fireside flurries. Amazing. I can't have enough of this perfect combo and I wish they never discontinue this body lotion, it's smell lasts a couple of hours by the way. I once applied it after shower before going to bed togeher with a spray of R.E.M. and I could not fall asleep cause the scent was so nice but also so strong to me lol. Wearing it on it's own is also a great option but also layering with any lavender mists will work well.

This smells so sweet and yummy. It's a perfect creamy winter candy fragrance. It is also perfect when used at nighttime. It's like a hug of floral marshmallows. First spray smells like walking through a forest of lavender and marshmallows with a tinge of smokiness to it. It doesn't have that strong of a projection, but it sticks to clothes. The notes are also well-blended. They complement each other nicely. It lasts fairly long. I can still smell it on my clothes after washing, just like Bonfire Bash. It's THAT strong. Not to mention, the packaging is so, so pretty and sparkly. I just love this one! Fragrance : 9.8/10 True to Notes : 10/10 Packaging : 10/10 Sillage : 8/10 Longevity : 9/10

the mist of this is sooooo hard to come by. i have backups upon backups of the lotion though. literally the coziest scent. as a guy who likes marshmallow notes and unisex perfume, it's so difficult to find something that's not too feminine or leaning yum boujee (which for some reason became the standard for marshmallow perfumes over LDBS). but this one? this is toasty but not too much, you can still feel the pillowy marshmallows without it being too milk by commodity. the lavender balances it out making it mellow instead of citrusy or candied. wish they'd bring this back every winter esp that marshmallow notes are so popular recently. PLEASE BBW!!!!

At first I did not like this mist at all. The smell turned me off , maybe it was the lavender . I had it sitting down for a couple of months and decided to try it again. I loved the smell so much, I enjoyed layering it for the time being until I ran out of it completely. I am so sad I did not get backup’s. I got lots of compliments and instantly they said it smelled like lavender . It lasted throughout the day for me without needing to reapply. With body mist , in order for it to last you have to overspray since there is more alcohol in it. I wish someday they bring this back and it remaining a strong scent.

If you like a sophisticated light lavender too note over a warm vanilla amber base, this is perfect. I personally enjoy lavender in small doses. This is definitely a marshmallow scent but the cashmere in the base is giving it something more substantial to hold onto. Overall it smells "sophisticated" and put together while still being welcoming and approachable. One of my favorites of this year's collection (2022) I've heard that the 2022 version is slightly heavier on the lavender than 2021 and a little lighter in general. I find this to be the perfect strength for me(I do not like overly heavy scents)

2021 version: best. body mist. EVER. i get pure, dense marshmallow in this one - i can’t smell the lavender in it. it lasts all day on my clothes is a compliment-getter. i just finished my 1st bottle, bought a backup, and will continue to buy backups until i get sick of it! 2022 version: this version is fresher and brighter than the 2021 version and i am definitely getting that lavender note. it’s not as sugary/marshmallowy so it’s not as strong either. still rlly good but I prefer the 2021!

This has got to be the best scent BBWs brought out in years and I'm devastated they aren't bringing it back this year. I got it 2 years ago when it came out and I've been using it since. It's so cozy and warm with marshmallow, cashmere and lavender. It lasts a pretty decent time and I get compliments all the time. I love it so much that I bought a fragrance oil dupe and made my own wax melts and it's identical!!

Perhaps one of my favourites from BBW! I wish they would come out with an EDP version or make this available year-round because it's just too good a cosy marshmallow scent. Sweet, warm, delicious! FF's in between Ari's REM and Maison Margiela's Coffee Break. FF has less lavender than REM and a cosier note than Coffee Break. Quite delightfully balanced.

a warm, cozy and feminine scent. kind of reminds me of getting a warm hug from someone whose hair still smells like their conditioner. weird, I know lol. I feel like men would like this scent on a woman. its not dramatic or foody. I think its the cashmere woods note that matures it. its a calm warm hug. I spray this in my drawers and on my clothes.

Thank you, Fragrantica, for adding this one! One of my top picks ever from Bath & Body Works. This is creamy, aromatic, woodsy, sweet, and so wonderful. All the sweetness of powdery-puffy marshmallows with a gentle yet bracing lavender and wonderful creamy but deep woods. Lasts. Projects. Smells like REM and also layers well with Mon Guerlain.

This is a marshmallow and cashmere perfectly balanced by the lavender. As it dries down, the marshmallow note is the most dominant with the cashmere and lavender a bit noticeable but compliments the marshmallow note. This is so cozy, it smells like a warm hug from someone you love. A kind of hug that makes you feel safe.

A beautiful mature gourmand scent. Definitely a dupe for Cloud Intense 2.0. Soft Marshmallow with a hint of lavender and a woody dry down that catches my nose for hours after spraying. If you want sickening sugary sweetness this isn't it.

Love at first whiff. Never though Lavender and Toasted Marshmallows blend perfectly. We don't have fall and winter seasons here but I love wearing FF at night. Found my signature scent.

I absolutely adore this body spray, I really love gormund lavenders and this is my favorite. Powdery, sweet, cozy. I want a concentrated perfume of this, or something stronger.

This smells like a sweeter Philosophy fresh cream warm cashmere. I prefer it over philosophy because it isn't as strong, but leaves a soft, sweet trail.

Better than REM. One of my favorite body mists. Lasts long, the notes blend together well, and always gets compliments. Hope they bring this back!!

Wearable toasted marshmallow heaven. And the dry down reminds me of of discontinued Avon “Soft Musk” I used to wear in the 90s. Cuddly!!!

I'm always surprised by Fragrantica notes because sometimes they're SO different from what I actually smell. Fireside Flurries is one of those fragrances for me. To my nose, it smells like melted pink marshmallows, almost like s'mores... just without the graham crackers. It's cozy, gourmand, and has this soft, sugary warmth that makes it so addictive. Whenever I wear it, all I can think of is warm pink marshmallows melting over a fire. Then I look at the notes and see lavender, woods, fresh spicy... and I'm just like, where?? I can understand the powdery vibe a little, and maybe the woody notes help give it that cozy warmth, but I honestly don't get the fresh spicy accord at all. If I had only looked at the notes or accords online, I probably would've skipped this fragrance completely. But thankfully I smelled it in-store. To me, it's a beautiful gourmand that smells like sweet pink marshmallows!!

All I get is lavender, but I still like it, I got the body creme too and I think it's much better when they're layered Edit: I have made a complete 180 and changed my opinion on this, it just gets better and better and sweeter the more it stays on your skin and this girl STAYS. Also I decided to sell the body cream because it just makes it so masculine and ruins the scent for me. But the body mist is absolutely gorgeous!

i got influenced HEAVILY with this body mist and bought it during the black friday sale and i am kinda dissapointed because all i can smell is a cloying marshmallow. don't get me wrong, i love marshmallow, but i don't get the hype around this mist. maybe i'll start liking it in the colder months but right now i left it on my shelf to collect dust. bbw gourmand fragrances always dissapoint me

Bought this as my first BBW fragrance and I've got to say that I was expecting marshmallow to be more noticeable, however by no means this doesn't mean I don't like the fragrance it just isn't as sweet gourmand as I anticipated it would be. This is more of a creamy, spicy, cozy feminine and mature scent. I definitely pick up some woody spice but no smoke. Perfect for winter and fall <3

Love this during cold months! It's yummy, cozy, sweet, beastly, and unisex. The lavender doesn't last too long if that's not something you like. The longevity is crazy though for a mist and using both lotion and mist you'll smell up the whole room lol. REM by Ariana Grande is VERY close if not spot on. Perfect for layering together.

It's a fun creamy woody smokey vanilla, definitely not juvenile but not too serious. It can be unisex also. I have Khamrah and somehow Fireside Flurries remind me of it. I can imagine it would be cozy wearing this in the fall or cold rainy day

This is such a pretty scent! Unfortunately, it's super light (even for a body mist). It's a smokey, woody marshmallow, with a powder soft lavender. If you don't mind soft fragrances, definitely give this one a sniff!

This was just regular for me. It smelled as if I have this in my collection 4 or 5 times. Nothing distinguished, nothing fascinating, and nothing special. Fireside Flurries is just ok. It wears like any other body mist, with minimal longevity.

The first dozen or so sprays were so much fun like sitting around a campfire sharing stories and eating marshmallows, but few sprays more and it became nauseating, like a bad hangover.

I smell the cashmere and lavender way more and longer than the vanilla,

First time I sprayed it, I like the marshmallow scent at the opening, but when it's dried down, I kept wandering my kitchen to find where's the smokey burnt smell comes from. Which finally I realize it is ME and my clothes. I smelled like fire wood, smokey wood in the fireplace. I don't want my body smells like the smoke stink. :( So this Fireside Flurries is not for my taste.

The reason why I love this one is although the scent is not that unique, it smells so good. I over-sprayed this on my clothes and my bf told me that I smell so good. I don't have any preference with scents because even if sometimes I like fruity scents, some fruity scents don't complement my body chemistry. But this one, it really adapts well with my skin. I can smell it even after hours from the first spray. This will be the third scent that I plan to repurchase aside from Gingham Love and Prismatic Stars. These three scents complement my skin well.

my dad got me this lotion for christmas last year and i remember wearing it when i had a cold and still being able to smell it all day. it’s exactly what it says it is : lavender & marshmallows with a bit of woodiness. great for winter especially. it may be my favorite bbw scent just due to the fact that it lasts so long when layered with the lotion. has a ariana grande “cloud” tinge to it (i don’t like that perfume) but it’s done well. potentially headache inducing but overall nicely done.

okay this has to be my favorite bbw scent. this is so so so so good. 🫧 it starts out very smoky which is the cashmere woods. still very sweet, still has the lavender. it then dries down to this delicious burnt caramelized marshmallow with hints of lavender. 🫧 this is soooo good oh my gosh, and it lasts very long too by itself. im looking to get backups, so if anyone is interested in getting rid of this, please, give it to me. this is amazing! perfect for fall, winter, and during the night

I love this so much. It is in the same family as Bonfire Bash, i.e. toasted marshmallow with a hint of smoke. There's an extra dash of something that makes it soft and sweet. Maybe it's the lavender but if it is, it's blended so well it compliments the marshmallow and smoke perfectly. It's not floral at all so if you dislike lavender, still give this one a try. Backup worthy on my opinion.

Sweet cozy cashmere lavender with marshmallows. I smell every note described and it's a really well blended fragrance. Reminds me of Cloud by Ariana a bit, but it's a lot sweeter with the marshmallow. Cashmere gives it that cozy vibe. Nice overall, but a little redundant of a scent profile, there's so much scents out here that smell like this these days lol.

This is probably my favorite scent of all time regardless of cheap, expensive, niche, etc. It just makes me feel happier than any other fragrance I’ve ever tried. It’s sweet, slightly woody, marshmallowy. It feels like putting on the softest, coziest sweater that ever existed and then getting a hug from your favorite grandma.
