Fresh Getaway

One of my favorite B&BW fragrances. It smells designer to me in quality but doesn’t match any particular designer scent. I typically do not like aquatic, citrusy, fresh scents and yet those all describe this fragrance. These different components are balanced so well that I don’t feel I’m literally in the water, using lemon cleaner, or doing laundry. It makes me think of late spring in the Mediterranean. I think it’s unisex but leaning slightly feminine.

Love this in summer. Very citrus and aquatic. Does not smell light DG light blue. I think it smells similar to a few in my collection giorgio blue and dancing waters. I really enjoy this. No vanilla or sweet. Which I like . Very refreshing. I bought lotion , mist.and bar soap. I didn't care for the soap. Drying . I'll stick with my dove white. I wish this collection was permanent. Or something similar. Miss the original Seaspray by Bbw.

This may be one of my favorite fragrances ever produced by bath and body works. This has been my signature scent since receiving it as a gift two years ago. A Beautiful daytime spring/summer fragrance. The shower gel and fragrance mist are amazing. Sucks you can only find it on ebay for what I would say, an expensive price point. i may be cheap, but this fragrance is very much worth it.

I can't believe there are not a lot more reviews on this. The spray mist reads Bright Yuzu Citrus and Fresh Ocean Air and let me tell you the smell is great and a wonderful combination. I consider this to be unisex after all I bought it for my husband and he receives compliments every time he wears it. They need to bring this back its a good thing I bought him backups.

This fragrance reminds me of Red Temptation from Zara which is considered baccarat rouge dupe. I noticed that they share the same DNA. Not a fresh scent, I find it to be heavy It's like the notes are confused and they're all trying to come up at once.

So glad this is finally in the database! My 12 year old picked this out at bbw, and when we got home they sprayed it and I fell in love so I had to go back and get a bottle. The ozonic notes calm down after a few minutes which I appreciate bc those notes can be too screechy for me, but I really love this. It’s definitely fresh and clean and slightly sweet. Great for spring. It does a good job lasting lightly on clothes and hair and somewhat on skin if you reapply and add a lotion.

My first review on Fragrantica. I picked up fresh getaway on eBay. It's a very clean out of the shower sent. I only sprayed it a couple of times. I pick up some citrus notes and some other aquatic notes. Scent doesn't last long. As with other bbw body sprays. It reminds me of the calgon body spray water lilies from the 90s. I have had Giorgio Blue , this isn't similar at all.
