Frosted Coconut Snowball

Frosted Coconut Snowball is a scent I wear year round and will repurchase every year. I use the body wash, lotion, body cream, shimmer lotion, shimmer mist, fine fragrance mist. This year I hope they do a body butter in a tub of it. There is something cool and ice cream like about it that gives it a certain frosty clean feeling unlike other gourmand coconut scents. This is not a bakery coconut. Rather it is a cleaner sweet coconut that has a blueness to it that is just “me.” I ave a HUGE BBW collection and I tend to gravitate toward florals but this is an exceptional vanilla coconut that I do love and if I had to choose only one vanilla scent, this would be it. Edit: 1/2025 I am still living frosted coconut snowball after all these years. I wear Dove brand coconut scented deodorant with it. For shampoo, I used Suave almond scented shampoo or I use herbal essences brand Hydrating coconut. FCS is not gourmand even though it is delicious—I prefer the body wash, cream, and lotion to the spray. Certain coconut scents I do not wear in certain situations because they scream “beach” or “pie” or “tanning bed” (and sometimes I like those types of scents) but FCS is more wearable and less “situation” specific. No I wouldn’t wear it to a more formal event, but I do wear it to work as a teacher as an every day and weekend fragrance. I prefer it to BBW Coconut Pineapple, Waikiki Beach Coconut, Hibiscus Paradise (strong coconut floral), coconut cream pie, and Coconut Milkshake. I like all those but prefer FCS year round.

This is delightful. It is a fresh representation of the coconut note: delicious, but not edible or gourmand. The freesia is the perfect floral counterpoint to the coconut, adding a clean, peppery nuance, with undertones of cooling cyclamen. This cooling effect creates an olfactory illusion of snow. The coconut accord rests upon on a cloud of fluffy vanilla. This is my favorite kind of vanilla: powdery, sweet and tinted ever so slightly with confectioners sugar. It makes me dream of fluffy white pillows. This perfume is very wearable, yet so unique. The inclusion of freesia, rather than jasmine or frangipani like other perfumes in this genre, was so smart. It keeps the fragrance from smelling generic or too tropical. The notes of sweet, fresh, and floral are so well balanced here. My only gripe with this perfume is it's weak longevity. I dream of the day that Bath and Body Works releases this is eau de parfum concentration. PLEASE, BBW.

I actually despise most body mists to me they all smell the same! But there’s two that I don’t despise that are really nice post bath and for bed times , this one and Whipped vanilla chiffon ( not brought out anymore ) but I still can find some online. This coconut body spray isn’t overly sweet or tropical? Like some say below noses may be different but not really, with basic body sprays! No pineapple ant anll it’s just not juicy like that! and it’s really not overly sweet... it’s a tame mild chilled out coconut. It doesn’t scream at me with that super artificial smell say like the coconut milkshake does! This is really more comforting..non headache one. An airy like feel, almost like a cousin of a cloud body spray. It’s like a cold coconut ice cream love it Of course it’s a body mist horrible projection and sillage ha but nice for bed!

Frosted Coconut Snowball is like a bunch of coconut drenched in butter, with only hints of soft yet grassy freesia. It's gentle & comforting, a lovely match in ways that are not too overtly sweet on the nose. Sadly one of the ones that don't last long upon spray, I do find that the hand sanitizer surprisingly stays longer. I've recently fallen in love with coconut scents & this is one of the ones that is just a given, it's not cliche or overpowered by other notes... so I do reccomend it!!

this is probably my favourite BBW scent, and one of the longest lasting of their range too. It smells like a ferrero rocher raffaello chocolate made into a body mist, but not overpoweringly sweet. The coconut is not overwhelming- the first few times i smelled this mist, I could barely smell it! This is a lovely fresh fragrance, not as seasonal as you would expect, but still giving cozy wintry vibes. I've had a lot of people ask what I'm wearing on the occasions I do throw this on.

This used to be my favorite perfume from BBW around 2019ish, but I feel like they’ve changed the formula and it just doesn’t smell the same as it used to. Smells like a blend of vanilla and coconut, makes me feel clean and fresh. It can double as a winter and summer scent. The bottle I was using around 2019 smells so much better than a bottle I got of it last year. The old one’s scent lasted a long time and was lot more sweet coconut, this new formula is very dulled down.

This is everything I want in a coconut scent. I have been layering this with just about everything that makes sense, lately. I am itching for an EDP alternative. I may go for the Oakcha Tom Ford Soleil Blanc to scratch the itch. Are coconut perfumes not popular? I don't know why most seem to be body sprays. Well I digress.. I am in love with the musky coconuty gourmand adjacent goodness. ETA: If anyone knows of an amazing coconut EDP or Extrait please message me!

I recently picked up Frosted Coconut Snowball mist and my senses were sent into a blast from the past, because it smells just like Harajuku Lovers G and I love that, since I only have a few spritzes of my G left! I’ve used the Frosted Cocnut hand soap and it smelled almost identical to Softsoap’s Milk & Honey, another fave which is why I bought the mist. I was not expecting the mist to smell like an old scent I love! I just ordered the lotion lol

My love <3 I wore frosted coconut snowball in high school and I have wonderful memories associated with it. It is truly the scent of joy to me. I feel like I am floating on a cloud when I wear it and I have never had another perfume affect me like that before. It is a sweet, soft and creamy floral coconut with a hint of woodiness that I think makes it unique. I feel like this could definitely be worn all year, but I associate it with winter.

I thought vanilla had my heart, til I smelled frosted coconut snowball. I can’t stop spraying this and think it’s the best thing I’ve ever smelled. There is obviously vanilla in here, but that coconut is so amazing and creamy. Frosted coconut snowball is my all time favorite scent, it surpasses wrapped in vanilla (which used to be my favorite) by far to me. I need to have a years supply of this to last me til next winter.

Love this scent! Just bought it from my local bath and body works location, and am i ever glad! First few sprays smell very very strongly of mostly freesia, however after those few sprays you can really start to smell vanilla ice cream and coconut scents. This scent would do amazing in the winter, and the summertime as most votes say, but i also feel that this would be a very pleasant scent for the spring time :-)

This stuff is NUCLEAR. My mom said she could smell it from downstairs after I've sprayed it. There is a very soft, sweet, creamy vanilla coconut that lingers, I swear, into the following morning. This is one of the few coconut fragrances that DOESN'T make me think of summer time, which is rare, I'd say. Pure coconut ice cream. I've yet to smell any EDP that comes close. Absolutely wonderful, sweet, and fresh!

love love love it, the perfect combination of coconut and vanilla, and lasts a good while for me! gets me tons of compliments and my boyfriend loves it on me too. A good way to get use out of this over the fall is by combining it with a champagne toast (sounds odd but it gets me tons of compliments), when they dry down it smells like a sweet fruit pie - a good mix of fresh, sweet, and fruity!

This scent is so nice it smells like a cold powdery coconut. It's very nostalgic and comforting, reminds me of what school felt like as a kid during Christmas. Not to mention the picture they use for this perfume was my personal favorite BBW packaging EVER! This is perfect if you want a break from the gourmands during the winter season.

I know what it smells like- this smells exactly like soap&glory’s Magnifi-coco body lotion. I love Magnifi-coco so I got one to have a matching body lotion. Smells like juicy and sugary coconut. Personally does not feel like winter scent (I think it would work all season) great to layer!

Frosted coconut snowball, how I love you. There's something so cozy and comforting about it. Ice cream and a damn good day. The smell of your best friend. Sinking into bed and knowing you'll have a good dream. If snow angels came alive they'd line up in droves to buy this.

Very fresh floral coconut...almost aquatic. Honestly would smell great all year round except maybe autumn. The yellow florals make it more spring/summer-like, however. I just layer it with creamier sweeter body oils and lotions to ground it more in winter. I like it.

super nostalgic and sweet, i’ve had this body mist for a while now and i usually don’t wear it, but i miss how sweet and soft this perfume is. even if it’s meant for winter, i can get behind wearing this all year round. super delicious and sweet coconut scent!

Fresh, sweet coconut. Smells similar to Alien goddess but it’s not 1:1 dupe. Alien goddess is more of a sunscreen type scent with more florals and citrus, where this is pure coconut. Love it, a favorite for summer! And for a body mist performs very well.

This smells SO freaking good. I love vanilla scents, and I feel like B&BW never disappoints me with this, honestly. It's so sugary, sweet-smelling, coconut-ty, and makes me smell really good. Amazing for winter, definitely.

Smells like a delicious piña colada. I have gotten the floral note on some sprays but sadly never the vanilla. Good longevity for a body spray. I’ll be wearing it for winter to remind me of sunny days.

This smells wonderful! It's like a sweet coconut vanilla smell. I think this is a really good year round fragrance, but I'm leaning more towards this being a better summer than winter fragrance.

An original coconut scent and it gives me the feeling of wearing a fur coat and walking in the falling snow. I am not a fan of coconut scents but this scent is quite pleasant.

Sweet, creamy, yummy, fresh, cool, frosty, playful, happy, feminine, warm, cozy This is a somewhat unique take on a coconut scent because it’s not your typical beachy/summer-y/sunscreen-y kind of coconut scent. The coconut is more of a toasted coconut with a warm, creamy, and even cool vanilla ice cream. I’m not sure what exactly the snow note is, but it definitely does give it a frosty feel. The freesia just adds a fresh and clean scent to it that helps keep it feeling fresh and a bit cool. I barely pick up on the woodsy notes, but they seem to ground the sweeter notes a bit to keep them from being too overly sweet. It really does have a cool and frosty feel to it which makes it a bit intriguing. Overall, it does somewhat remind me of one of those “Snowballs” that come 2 in a pack, and have a cream center with a marshmallow outside dusted with coconut flakes. I do prefer this in the winter, but I’ve worn it in the summer too. The coconut and vanilla are the most prominent notes, but since it has that cool and frosty feel too I think it works for both seasons. I think it’s a good fragrance for casual occasions, or to use the lotion for layering with other coconut and/or vanilla scents. I do own quite a few coconut fragrances, but this one doesn’t really remind me of any of them. I get really good performance with Frosted Coconut Snowball, especially when I use the shower gel, lotion, and mist together. The longevity is very nice, it lasts about 6-8 hours before becoming just a skin scent. The projection is decent, it radiates out about an arm’s length from me.

Sweet, fresh, cool, frosty, creamy, floral, tropical/beachy/coconut, feminine, flirty, playful, charming, whimsical, delightful, wintry, icy, nostalgic, intriguing, inviting, cozy, comforting, unique On me this opens with a cool vanilla and sweet, creamy, and frosty ice cream, with a whisper/soft touch of fresh and icy freesia. As it dries down the sweet and tropical coconut comes through more, but has a frosted feel as it mingles with the snowy vanilla, and cool, creamy ice cream. The vanilla and coconut are the most prominent notes on me, but I do pick up on all of them. If you haven’t already realized from my review, this really does have a cool/cold feeling to it. It’s like a sweet and frozen coconut vanilla treat... yummy! I just got this for this winter/holiday season. I used to have their Waikiki Beach Coconut scent some years ago and as I first sprayed this I thought it smelled just like it: tropical overly coconuty and suuuuper sweet which was very dissapointing for me. However as soon as it dried down, it became way more subtle. That initial blast of all coconut gave way and the vanilla really came in. To be honest I don't really smell the freesia so I don't think there's anything floral about the way it smells. After you've worn it for some time and the scent kinda starts to go away, then you get the slightest hint of the snow-kissed woods note. Overall I would say that it is indeed different than a tropical summer coconut. I wouldn't necessarily describe it as very christmasy or festive, but it deffinitely has a winter vibe to it which I really enjoyed.

This is actually my first BBW mist fragrance. The first spray smelled coconutty with some vanilla undertones, kinda reminded me of Colourpop SOL products. It is indeed refreshing and giving me that warm feeling. However, I prefer the lotion better due to longevity. The sillage is meh, as in people have to be in intimate distance to notice it. I suggest pairing this with the lotion to increase the longevity of the scent. It is a fun scents, but I don't see myself buying it again. It's great for summer too, if you're into tropical scents.

I got the 2022 version. It is definitely "frosted", there is a cool undertone in it. The notes that came through strongest were the fressia and woody notes. This is scent you could wear all year round and that's simply thanks to that fressia note. To me, it was fruitier than I expected. That coconut note was very subtle sadly. The whipped vanilla is not present. Lasted abt 3 hrs with layering. I would definitely pair this with another woody perfume like Philosophy's Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere.

This perfume is coconut vanilla, but not the sunscreen type of coconut. On the dry down it smells like a light coconut vanilla ice cream and sits close to my skin. I cam back to this scent after falling in love with "real perfumes" and found that I like some bath and body work perfumes more than some edps ive smelt. It's great to have something to spray on after every class without worrying that one more spray will be over the top.

Absolutely wonderful winter body mist. It’s warm, cozy, and pairs perfectly on top of a hoodie. The scent has coconut (like the name suggests), but its not an overpowering coconut scent (coming from somebody who hates the smell of coconuts) its like a sweet, creamy coconut with sugar. It also has that frosty vibe. In the summer months, however, I find the scent to be a bit heavy. So, just buy this for winter and you’ll adore it.

I have a batch of this I got a long time ago, back in like 2016ish. Not sure if they've reformulated this, but the one I have smells very nice. Starts off very coconutty, with a slight floral element. After awhile, there's like a vanilla ice-cream feature to it, while the woodsy notes also start popping up. It manages to stay on the skin as well, it doesn't seem to fade as fast as some of the other B&BW sprays.

The pineapple is not listed, but to my nose it's pineapple centered scent. Creamy milky pineapple. Almost as if you were smelling piñacolada slushie. To me it's not winter-cozy type of scent that I expected it to be at all. It's very fruity and summery. The scent is nice and pleasant, just beware that it's more summer vibe rather than winter, no matter what the name and packaging say.

I've had this for almost 2 years and I don't know HOW people can ever say this has a tropical scent. It's literally winter in a bottle, it's coconut and vanilla but not in a summer way, it has this snowy and wintery scent note in it that makes this unwearable in the summer for me it's so cozy and comforting in the colder seasons though.

this was gifted to me and i personally dont really love coconut so i returned this, but sweetlikecandyxo gave a very accurate description it smells just like snowy/icy coconut vanilla ice cream. my friend told me it smells like the ice cream they sell on the streets in the tropics :)
