Honolulu Sun

Beachy, beautiful, sweet, exotic, tropical, fresh, aquatic/marine, refreshing, bright, sunny, fruity, citrusy, green, musky, woody, feminine, sensual, delightful, uplifting, cheerful, inviting, transportive, nostalgic I did previously post a review for this, but I wanted to write an updated one in hopes that I could describe it better. On me this is a beachy, sweet, and fresh scent with sweet and creamy tropical coconut, a subtle green freshness of Palm leaf, fresh and marine sea notes, bright and tangy citruses, sweet, juicy, and slightly tart nectarine, the exotic and slightly mineral scent of sand, softly powdery musk, and a subtle woody scent from the driftwood. Overall, this is such a delightful, sweet, and refreshing beachy scent that is always enjoyable! It evokes feelings of walking along a tropical beach with the sun warming my skin, warm white sand on my toes, crystal clear aqua water washing up onto my feet, palm trees swaying in a gentle and refreshing ocean breeze, and a sweet and fruity tropical drink in a coconut in my hand. This has been one of my favorite fragrances from B&BW ever since it came out quite a few years ago. I really hope that they bring this one back because the thought of running out is heartbreaking. The longevity is decent, it lasts around 6-7 hours on me before I feel it might need a touch up. The projection is nice, it radiates out at least an arm’s length from me. Summer in a bottle. The sun, the suntan lotion, the sand, the waves, the palm trees, even the sound of seagulls.... this scent evokes every one of them. This is my favorite B&BW of all time! Sad that it is so hard to find and expensive when I do..... does that stop me? Not a chance. At the Beach was a very close second and another winner in the humidity and heat of Georgia in June, but my heart belongs to Honolulu Sun. My summer is incomplete without it. Fresh, coconut-y, musky and citrusy..... simply a beautiful summertime indulgence for this girl!

One of my favorite B&BW fragrances! A really great sweet coconut scent! Bright, fresh, and very beachy! Absolutely perfect for summer! I’ve always loved B&BW hand soaps and home fragrances and one of my favorite scents is Fiji White Sands. Honolulu Sun is the closest that I’ve been able to find in body mist and body care that smells like Fiji White Sands! Just for reference I also love these beachy fragrances from B&BW: Coco Paradise, Oahu Coconut Sunset, At The Beach, Golden Ocean Pearl, and Bali Black Coconut Sands

If you like coconut notes you'll love this scent. It's sweet, with a hint of freshness thrown in to balance it out. However, It is more of a coconut spray than anything else so if you're not a fan of coconut maybe don't go for this one. Personally, I love this scent for a more casual day. I also like that it doesn't smell synthetic like other BBW scents tend to.

Wish B&BW would stop discontinuing scents I enjoy! Reminds me of DS & Durga's Debaser minus the fig. The freshness, green notes, and coconut is all there. Very nice and unisex for a fresh blast of lounging by the beach.
