Magic In The Air

This is my all time favorite BBW scent. The iris, almond, vanilla and whip cream give it a creamy, velvety feeling while I think the persimmon gives it a slight freshness. It is very gourmand and gives marshmallow vibes. I can imagine an Angel or fairy wearing this! It is delightful and magical! I might add, BBW’s fragrances have become much simpler now, I’m guessing they’ve cut costs. Bottles usually only list 3 notes now, this lists 5. May have something to do with it being discontinued, because they’re cheap and greedy!

I just found this in one of my drawers. It is so fluffy, girly, sweet but not gourmand. Pretty, feminine sweetness. Such a comforting everyday, easy to wear scent! I love this and you can easily layer it with florals, fruity or vanillic perfumes. I have it layered with Jessica Simpson's Fancy and I smell deeeeelicious! If this returns, definitely worth picking up. 10/10 and it lasts for an entire day when I spray myself down with it.

To me this scent smells like what I imagine when I think of a fantasy fair garden. It is a soft sweet scent that isn't too overbearing but still has hints of the floral undertones. It is a great everyday scent that I feel like works no matter the age range, everyone will like it.

I got the new re-released version of this, and it smells exactly like I remember it smelling when this was my signature scent in middle school. Brings back a lot of memories :)

it does in fact kind of smells like magic - unique and sweet. I like it. Reminds me a bit of christmas

Pretty, softly sweet, ethereal, delicate, effortlessly feminine, elegant, airy, fluffy, soft, powdery, comforting, inviting, slightly fresh, inoffensive, casual This whispers of ethereal beauty with a delicate sweetness and a comforting fresh softness. A cozy vanilla almond scent swirls throughout notes of powdery musk, warm and creamy sandalwood, and fresh florals with a slight watery hint. I have had this fragrance for years in the perfume, mist, and lotion. I used to use the lotion all of the time because of its soft scent of delicate sweetness and hint of freshness that made it pair really well with other fragrances. It was my go to lotion because it would never overpower whatever perfume I was wearing, but could enhance it with its soft scent. This is a nice fragrance for when you want something more subtle rather than bold. I think it’s great for casual occasions, hanging around home, running errands, work, and anywhere that you want to just smell pretty and nice without making a big statement. I think this is one of those fragrances that really works well throughout the whole year. I get good performance with Magic in the Air, especially using the lotion and fragrance together. It lasts about 5 - 6 hours before becoming just a skin scent. The projection is decent, especially for a soft scent... it radiates out about an arm’s length from me.

The "main accords" stack for this cute little fragrance should be flipped. The bulk of this experience is almondy, powdery iris and vanilla respectively. It's incredibly soft and poofy. So, so cozy. This has actually grown on me a little, my kids have it and it's a bed time fragrance if there ever was one! It has almond veering into "play-doh" territory, but some people like that type of scent (I actually do). I personally like B&BW's "Almond Blossom" more, because the almond is even more dominant in that one, but if you like one of these it's probably safe to say you'll like the other too. They're cousins. "Persimmon" is a weird note, because I can't conjur up what what's actually supposed to smell like, but this does have a little bit of fruit to 'lift' it and give it some balance. Really, the notes in this listing make perfect sense, because it really does have sandalwood as well (so many times I think B&BW comes up with random notes to include, but this note pyramid is accurate). It's such a delicate soft wood though, that I wouldn't even necessarily call this "woody" at all, it just has some of the mellow tone that sandalwood provides without smelling like the real thing. I'll reiterate, it's *soft*. An absolute goose down pillow of a fragrance! Very comforting. ☁️✨️

This one is quite unexpected. I thought it would be a vanilla heavy, fruity floral scent. The persimmon note made the floral notes smell a lot like jasmine. I was expecting it to bring a creamy sweetness, but it ended up highlighting the floral notes even more. The vanilla part is still there, though. This does smell airy and fluffy as others suggested. It doesn't project much and sits intimately on the skin. The longevity is normal with a fragrance mist. The fragrance itself is good, but not too exceptional. Sillage : 6/10 True to Notes : 8/10 Projection : 7/10 Fragrance : 8.5/10 Longevity: 4/10

Bought this at the 2022 sale and The almond flower, sparking persimmon, white iris, whipped vanilla bourbon and fluffy sandalwood are just wonderful together. Everyone's body chemistry is different and may smell great to some and other's may not like it but on our body's last all day and smell's wonderful and we receive many compliment's on how good we smell. If you like these scent's you can't go wrong give it a try. And as i alway's say fragrances don't have gender's wear what you like!

Such a light & pretty smell, it’s been my go to now that its getting warmer. Despite this being a winter fragrance I would say it feels very cool. As someone whos nose disagrees with vanilla fragrances this is def a fav, very fluffy and fresh vanilla & I love the touch of almond. This might be kind of a reach, but dare I say the dry down somewhat reminds me of Pure Wonder & Open Sky.. I do wish this lasted longer tho! She doesn’t stick around. Super easy everyday wear.

Oh, this scent brought me instantly back to my first year of college. I even got emotional smelling it again after 6-7 years. Scent memory is real y'all Don't let the sweet notes make you think this isn't a floral. I'd say it's a VERY sweet floral (you'll mainly get the almond and vanilla notes) with a fresh side (I'm guessing coming from the persimmon?) so it's not too heavy. I wore it to my morning classes every day for a semester or two.

I'm usually into heavier scents in the winter (helloooo my beloved spices, pumpkins, apples, and lattes lol) but this is my go-to when I want something not so heavy. It's not pure vanilla (which is a plus for me, for ReasonsTM), but it's still vanilla at its heart and that makes me happy, and the other notes make it soft and airy while still cozy. A delightful addition to my fragrance wardrobe.

I remember having this one in high school & gave it away to my little sisters when I got tired of it. They never use it — they’re both 11 years old and love fruity cupcake scents so now I could see why they don’t even touch this. I love layering this with my sweet perfumes; I think it adds a touch of airiness and fluffiness. Magic in the air literally.

This is a very bright and clean winter freshie with a hint of sweetness. It’s also very pretty, but I'm undecided on whether I like it or not for me. I think I’m going to return it because I appreciate the scent, but don’t see myself reaching for this often( if ever). Edit: I returned it. It was nice but just not really my perfume /scent style.

Thus is one if the more unique fragrances BBW has released. I haven't smelled the fragrances it's compared to so I can't agree or disagree with that but I enjoy this alot. It's sweet, has a fresh aspect. Something about it is truly whimsical, magical, and ethereal. Very nice.

MITA is very pretty, iced like, and just smells really good! It’s honestly something I can’t really describe, just something you’d have to experience. It’s a safe blind buy!

Guys how can you say this fragrance is suitable for winter??? All I can smell is Almond blossom so it's definitely a spring fragrance.

At first I really did not enjoy this mist but now few months later, I love it, I get vanilla with sweet floral. 9/10
