Marble Cologne

Marble is an undeniably sexy fragrance. That sadly won't get the love that it deserves in the community. Because it's "too safe" or it "smells like" such and such. Which is true, but it perfects the things the others can't. It's just right. Have you ever smelled that sweet masculine intoxicating lingering aroma on somebody jacket, at a party or a get together? That's what Marble smells like. It smells like, and has the same bursting effect. As the leather seats in a brand new Mercedes or BMW in the Summer time. With the AC blasting and you feel the crisp cool air soothing you in the intense heat. The lady's will love it, hugs will last longer, and the compliments will come non-stop. Bath and Body Works men's collection is definitely slept on in the fragrance world. The colognes only have about 3-5 hours of decent performance before they're a skin scent. But they smell so good they're worth carrying a travel sprayer. Again it's not going to make any list in The Fragrance Community. Because it doesn't have any Oud, Leather, or Incense notes. Or have the same cold, dark, soul wrenching eeriness. That emanate from Dracula's cape. That was embedded through the course of a thousand years of soul sapping his mortals victims. That causes your Coworker to inadvertently scream out. "Who smells like my Grandpa's attic?" Causing all your other staff members to laugh. Knowing damn well you're the only one who put on 7 sprays of "Noir De L'homme Leather Extreme Black Intense". As a way to indirectly and subtly tell you to never wear that shit again! Yeah, won't please the "connoisseurs". But I'll continue to keep getting these unsolicited compliments. And keep this hidden gem hidden. More for me I guess. 😌

This used to be my signature scent. I forgot how underrated this fragrance is & right off the bat, it is a 10/10. The smell is amazing. I can't describe how good this smells. One of the best fragrances from Bath & Body Works. The performance is where this fragrance lacks. I usually get 4-5 hours maybe even 6 if I over spray. I will repurchase this fragrance no matter what. The smell is very mass appealing.

Haters can hate but I tell you this is good! Only thing is performance sucks. Just overspray 10-15 times and you’re good to go. DNA is somewhere in between ADG Absolu and Coach Men to my nose. Got this at $23 for 100ml.

Pleasant, and smells nice. Drifts more towards the teenaged crowd. You can tell it’s a cheap cologne if you’ve worn enough better designer fragrances, but to the novice nose they probably won’t know. I got mine for free, but I’d say a big bottle of this should cost around $20-$25 max. Conclusion: Smells good, but an off-brand quality to it.

Smells very similar to ADQ Absolu, which is a great scent. Last as long as you'd expect for a cologne concentration. Maybe 2 hours. But its cheap so you can re-apply whenever you want. Won't offend anyone ever.

A very versatile fragrance, capable in all seasons, But the performance isn’t crazy and doesn’t last much. I use this in the gym since it’s not that powerful and not annoying. Not long lasting.

This is surprisingly good for Bath & Body Works! Sweet, gooey, "chewy" amber with a touch of spice. Kind of like a male version of Eilish, but way toned down and fresher.

Very good fragrance. Very versatile. Surprisingly good for night and winter. Smells very good for a cheap fragrance

Bath and Body Works Marble smells familiar. It is an aquatic fragrance with an amber wood base. It is not Sauvage and I wouldn't exactly say it is an Invictus style fragrance being that Bath and Body Works seemingly cannot make a new masculine fragrance that isn't somewhat comparable to Invictus. That said, it is in the family, similar to say Acqua di Gio Absolu and Absolu Instinct. Not saying they smell one to one at all. Maybe a Police style of the Armani fragrances. Bath and Body Works Marble opens with a watery note and maybe some bergamot mixed in. It smells similar to bergamot. I smell a slightly rosy mix before the amber wood dominates the base. Bath and Body Works men fragrances typically do not last, especially the newer releases. Vintage Ocean, vintage Noir and of course Mahogany Woods all performed great considering they are eau de cologne in concentration. Marble performs one to two hours within a decent scent bubble before becoming a skin scent for the next two or three hours. Marble is a good summer fragrance for work or kicking it. I have one of the smaller bottles of it and it is good to carry and spray later. That said, I think it is overpriced. Bath and Body Works fragrances have gone up considerably in price unless you find an actual deal or semi-annual clearance 50 to 75% off. Marble is OK. I don't think you really need to get it and if I am not mistaken, it is off the market as I write this. Unlike Mahogany Woods, you don't have to be in a mad rush for it. The shampoo/body wash/face wash sure, but the fragrance is a no for me. 6 out of 10 from me.

This is one of my favorite b&bw scents for men. It is something I feel like 80% of people will like.
