Night Blooming Jasmine

I love BBW Night Blooming Jasmine. I own the body wash, lotion, cream, and fine fragrance mist. I have spent several evenings next to jasmine on southern porches in the evening. This does not smell like real jasmine but I still love it. It is the most white pure floral. I layer it over white Dove bar soap and Suave Cherry Blossom lotion. I will buy this again and again in every way I can whether it be the lotion, cream or mist. This is a scent I do not want to be without. A soap lover’s dream. So while it is nothing like realistic jasmine, it is a floral soapy whisper and has a green lusciousness. A feminine hug. Children adore this scent and it is children that will tell you that you smell good. It is innocent but not immature. It is a smell that you want to smell if you were a child if you sit next to a teacher while she reads you a book when you are little and you know this is a good woman who will read to you and nurture you and she is clean and smells like really good soap wears no makeup except a little powder and blush and has braided clean hair. At the same time, it is the kind of scent that if a little girl wanted to wear some perfume of mommy’s, a little splash of the fine fragrance mist after a bath would be so lovely with an eyelet dress. So innocent but classic.

fragrance notes: jasmine flower, white musk and apple blossom This is one of the closest smelling body mists to an actual floral bush. This is so green smelling, like if you closed your eyes and smelled this, you could believe you were smelling real flowers. There’s not much depth to this which I love, because it’s true to its name. I get the apple blossom and also there’s this dewy, rain fresh scent in here I love! This smells absolutely feminine, inoffensive and very soapy. There are reviews listed below that describe this scent so beautifully.. My husband says this smells like hand soap, which he is not wrong I guess.. but it smells soapy in a beautiful way in my opinion. Also I must add I’m not a fan of the packaging as it looks very lackluster next to my other FFM. projection: 7/10 longevity: 7.5/10 fragrance: 8/10 true to notes: 10/10 packaging: 2/10

I was happy to see Bath and Body Works brought back this scent which I loved back in the 90s. I was afraid it would be like their newer scents which all dry down to the same icky scent (so it really doesn't matter what you wear from there, they all smell the same after an hour or so). I don't shop there much anymore because of that, although I go in for curiosity every now and then. So when I saw they had brought this back I decided to see if it was going to be like the old version of scents or like the new, and thankfully it seems just like it always did back in the day. I think it's nice for a change to spray on this nostalgic scent which doesn't have any bad surprises and just smells floral and a bit fruity but not to an annoying extent. It's just peaceful and pleasant to me. I really like it and have stocked up in case they take it away again.

This is all dreamy, clean, white floral. It's lightly sweet in a fresh, earthy way. I don't smell any fruit or musk, and I'm very thankful for that, since that makes this exactly what I've been looking for! This simultaneously reminds me of bathing in a cold, still pond in a dark forest under the moonlight with jasmine, and also picking lily of the valley flowers on a rainy spring morning. I think it's really something special and will continue to buy this!! :)

I was keeping my eyes on this gorgeous baby for quite some time now and finally decided to get my hands on this one. And oh dear god the way i squealed after sniffing it ~ 🤩🙌 Notes: It has the notes of jasmine flower, white musk and apple blossom. Scent description: This is a dreamy blend of soft, delicate white floral. Absolutely feminine, no complexity here. The smell is like rain kissed flower plants, so earthy, beautiful & rich. It has a slightly sharp greenery vibe to it like a bug spray/air freshener in the initial spray but not headache inducing at all and dries down gorgeously on the skin. The scent isn't complex, it's just an earthy lightly sweet jasmine, i don't get any musk or apple blossom note in here. Jasmine flower has been known as a symbol of beauty and sensuality for ages so this mist evokes a woman's innermost sensuality in the most feminine way possible. I mean look at the simplistic packaging of this, how innocent, dainty and pretty ❤ If the colour baby pink had a certain smell then this mist would be that. It smells like a woman stepping into motherhood for the first time smelling like this or a toddler hugging his dearest mother for comfort. The smell of it feels like a gentle feminine hug. It's sophisticated, airy and pink. This fragrance will project wonderfully during monsoon. I can't wait to try it when it's raining outside. This is a great bedtime scent as well, very *cuddle alert* appropriate if you are sleeping next to your significant other 😊 I would not recommend over spraying it though since it's a fresh green floral like scent, too much of it could bother people around you. The projection is quite intimate as it's a floral scent, so people might only be able to sniff you if they are sitting very closely around you. The scent has a moderate lasting power. 5 hours on my skin with 3 sprays and with no matching lotion or perfume. I personally found the fragrance very pretty and i am going to utilize the heck out of it as an after shower mist, pillow mist etc. I would suggest everyone to try it specially for those who want to smell like a sophisticated lady but also don't want to gain too much attention either 🌼
