Pastel Skies

One of the most interesting scents I've smelled from BBW in a while. I went through about 5 bottles of it this summer.. I'm not into cutesy scents at all and this definitely is very nuanced and not just sweet and in your face. Everyone smells things crazy differently but my perception of it has always been that it smells like cotton candy. Like the cotton candy body spray from when I was a kid. Exactly that but add a bunch of musk and fresh linen to it. It almost has a smoky, dusty note in it as well. It's so complex, it really shocked me the first time I smelled it, as I thought it would be a cutesy kid scent. It has similarities to boardwalk delight by Skylar. But surprisingly it's done much better here. Boardwalk gives me lime cleaners with cotton candy in the backdrop. This gives me cotton candy with linen and musk in the backdrop. Also longevity is seriously impressive for Bbw. My skin sucks this stuff up and releases it all day. I still have a few bottles I'm going to hoard cause it's so good and of the only spring/summer scents I actually like.

I now have both versions of this fragrance (first released version -2022) , and I must say that the 2022 version is the best in my opinion. It is unfortunately quite costly due to the packaging which is the downside, however , I believe it’s worth it. The first release in the body cream has little to no smell, while the FFM is quite potent. The 2022 version projects VERY WELL and is definitely a compliment getter! The longevity on myself personally lasts for 3-4 hrs if not a little longer when layered. A lot of people have some complaints about the latest version which I think stems from the price increase rather than the quality of said product. It smells sweet but not too cloying. I don’t get a berry smell but more of a caramelized coconut that is AMAZING in conjunction with BR540 extrait or AG Cloud. It’s very sexy for date nights and the upcoming seasons of spring and summer. I would consider this to be back up worthy. 😍

Oh god this one smells delicious. I'm definitely only a gourmand guy and 99% of my fragrances are gourmand, but this one really surprised me. I absolutely love it! It's so airy, sweet, cute, and I love that it works for hot days or cold nights. It's not mature, it's not immature, it's so versatile! HOWEVER it's ridiculously light. Seems like B&BW keeps doing everything light these days, it's annoying. Like if you're going to do that then at least bring the perfume version so I can buy that instead Scent 9.5/10 Longevity 3/10 Projection 2/10

It's interesting how polarizing this scent seems to be when to me its the most complex yet pleasant gourmand offerings BBW has in terms of spring. It's creamy strawberry laced with coconut. Think a coconut cream cake with strawberry on top. BBW does a lot of gourmand fragrances. This one is one of their best imo. If you like sweet lactonic scents give it a try. For an affordable fragrance it's very good. If you don't like coconut or gourmand then don't try it. But if you say it's not good, idk somebody's lying 🤣

I finally realize why I love this scent so much, while I didn't have the body mist I have the lotion which I LOVE and I will be so sad when it runs out, as BBW tends to never repeat my favorite scents. Its ridiculously sweet but not in a tart way, it hangs in your soft pallet like a milkshake or like marshmallow spread. And I realize it reminds me so much of Vera Wang's Princess EDT, which I wore consistently in middle school/high school and loved the sweet warm scent. Ifykyk

Sweet creamy coconut and sweet berries cotton candy. I agree that it gives me Ari perfume vibes. Like. The coconut from cloud (but amplified) mixed with smooth berries. I like it better this year than last and I love to layer with it or on its own. On me I pull the creamy sweet coconut with a spun berry sugar background, not cloying on me. I posted the notes in the picture above. The packaging though 😍

This one has been sitting on the shelf for a while, forgotten. I gave it a spray today after a nice long bath, and thought, hmmmm familiar. Agree with Cassidyrose326, she is giving strong Morph Disumano vibes, one of my favorite coconuts right now! She's here for a good time, not a long time, but she's a delicious, musky coconut caramel, imo.

I didn't expect to love this as much as I did! I smell the coconut and musk. It's super flirty, sweet and gourmand. A review below says it's similar to pink sugar and I disagree. Pink sugar is sickly sweet but Pastel skies is the grown up, fun sister. I'm going to be snagging a travel size for my purse!

This is a super sexy, sultry scent with a very prominent spun sugar note. The coconut and musk compliment that scent very well. It is one of my favourite scents. Its warm and it feels like sandalwood is also in the mix. I am not a fan of coconut but this one is absolutely amazing and longlasting.

One of my all time bath and body works favorites. Very sweet cotton candy scent with a slight toasted coconut vibe to it. For being a body mist, it’s pretty long lasting as well. Very similar to Skylar Boardwalk delight. Really wish this one would make a return! 🍭🩷☁️

It smells super coconutty and not in a tropical pineappley way yk.... This is so good like idk its just very creamy but to me its creamy in a unique way. Ofc its super sweet too.

I used this scent all through 8th grade and it is very nostalgic to me. It is a very sweet and airy coconut scent. I used to get so many compliments on it!

I smelled this in stores a few times and didn’t get the hype. I finally decided to give it a try and bought it on sale so that I didn’t feel bad if I don’t end up liking it. The scent starts off with berries but as someone in the comments mentioned, they’re a little stale. Then the coconut musk and spun sugar come through and they’re actually pretty nice. This may have been better off without the berries but luckily they’re in the top notes which fade quickly on me and I’m left with the yummy sugary coconut. Overall I recommend wear it for a day to see if you really like it instead of just spritzing it in store. I personally had to warm up to it and ended up enjoying it but I totally get where people are coming from saying the berry note ain’t it!

I bought this body mist during a semi annual sale I ended up buying 2 and the cream . At first when I bought it I really loved it and then I started to dislike it and I ended up leaving it alone for about 7 months , but this one time I wore it someone complimented me and said I smelt like caramel . When you first spray it you do smell the berries and I think that’s why I started to dislike it but I loveee gourmands scents but the berries wasn’t doing it for me at all but I think I’ll give it a try again it does smell like caramel biscuit when dried down it’s just to overlook that nasty Berry smell & It is very long lasting too and strong for a body mist

I think this is a really sweet, nice, sugary coconut scent. I don't wear it all the time but when I do, I smell like really sweet cotton candy coconut. I also sprayed myself A LOT at around 10 AM and it was still going strong on my clothes at 6 PM. This is a shock to me because I'm used to BBW fragrance mists lasting 10 minutes at best. I am very impressed by the performance of this fragrance mist!

Got this for dirt cheap during the SAS. A nice nondescript almost dusty sweet scent, slightly artificial. Lasts longer than expected for a body mist- would be nice layered with a scented lotion and perfume oil

Gives of Pink sugar vibes, just not as sweet. Strong burnt sugar and coconut notes, warm. After 7 hours the scent still lingers on the skin. I like it, but I'm not amazed by it.

All i get is a faint smell of coconut :( Update 4/18/23: Decided to try again. So after DOUSING myself in this thinking maybe i wasn’t spraying enough, I finally smelled something more. It smells good- a LIGHT sweet caramely coconut scent. I paired it with Pink’s coco vanilla oil and Cheirosa 71 to add some staying power. Update 5/10/23: LET THIS SIT AND SETTLE. Today is my first day retrying this scent since 4/18/23 and baby she’s a brand new delicious scent! It’s actually stronger and i can smell all the notes listed and it’s so good! I paired it with the matching shower gel and lotion, honey strawberry lotion from Pink, and sugar berry perfume by good chemistry. 💕

One of my besties is unhauling a good amount of her Bath & Body Works fragrances that she never used and offered to send them to me! This is the third of four in the second shipment she's sent my way. I am not a big fan of coconut in fragrances, and it presents very strongly in this body mist, so this isn't really my thing. Coconut aside, it's got a sweet candy-like scent that could easily fit in with other Bath & Body Works fragrances like Tutti Fruity Candy, Cotton Candy Clouds, etc.

Initially I get a nice caramel burnt sugar smell but after a while it dries down to just the burnt smell on my skin - which is a bit disappointing. I find with this scent less is more so a quick spritz after shower is enough to get that nice caramel smell. Doesn’t last too long on the skin.

I’m not sure what it is! This an almost perfect gourmand body splash except for that weird stale fruit smell it has. Is it the red berries? It’s so sad they had to add that scent 😔 can any one recommend an alternative to this? One without the awful stale smell please 🙏🏼

Not a fan of this one. Very synthetic coconut. Plastic-y sugar smell. The berries are very faint. Could be good for layering but I would not wear this on its own.

This is almost cloying to me, so sickeningly sweet. Still wondering what made me take it home, so I keep spraying it in hopes of getting past how intensely sugary it is, but no avail as of yet. I can detect the coconut, but everything else is eaten up completely by the overdose of what I’m assuming is the spun sugar. No musk, no rose, just sugar lol. Once it dries down it’s more tolerable but the initial spray to me is borderline offensive.

I don't know what happened! It's so unfortunate. Last summer, this smelled like sweet coconut and berry sugar to my nose and now it smells dirty like sea water, both the old and new bottles. What the heck.

burnt *cough* SPUN sugar with light coconut. that’s literally it i absolutely drenched myself in it and i can barely smell it... bummer gifted it away to my little sister

In my opinion, this gives off a scent similar to celery. I guess it just doesn't complement my skin well, but I really have a strong dislike to it :(

Where do I start... this one is difficult to describe. First of all, this and Cotton Candy Clouds smell completely different to each other. Because it is often said online that these are similar. The polarizing note in this is for sure the coconut musk. It's an acquired taste. It gives freshness bordering aquaticness, but it also sometimes smells off. The berries are very light, barely detectable, but add a playfulness and "pink smelling" factor to the mist. The star of this composition, although not overly dominant, is the spun sugar. It adds a light, airy, caramelized sweetness to the mist. So what does the mist smell like on and in the air, you ask? It smells like light and airy pink bubble gum on and to me. People around me told me the same. Every now an then and towards the dry down it gets a bit sweeter and you get something caramelized spun sugar-esk or even something reminiscent of toasted sugared coconut. This mist is very airy and kind of nondescript that it's hard to pin point single notes. It's a sweet melange, a sweet, airy, fresh scent. Overall to my nose it is pleasant. Not too sweet or cloying for hot summer days. If you like to smell fresh and (candy) sweet, this will do it for you. Don't expect too much though. Weak longevity of ca. 2 hours on clothes. Sillage stays within the personal bubble for less than an hour. Love the faceted ombre bottle, really pretty!

The coconut musk-spun sugar & berries combo smell like acetone to me at first due to the coconut paired with musk and the berries creating an intense ozonic sweet vibe. I still love this scent. A very sugared, sweeter and warmer more gourmand scent, very similar to Pastel Skies' candy-sweet floral vein, but with a more subtle candy-like yet ethereal floral part is VS Sugared Petals from their new Cafe collection. It has white flowers, golden macarons and shimmering woods as listed notes. Sugared Petals is not ozonic as it has no coconut musk, and berries (no acetone effect), so it's not as fresh, but to me it's the winter version of Pastel Skies. I wouldn't be surprised if perfumer Gabriela Chelariu was also behind the Cafe collection since she has worked for VS as well creating scents.

ugh this is such a good scent!! I have my mist from I think 2?? years ago and I douse myself in it during the hot months. So good for after the gym too. It's so cooling and refreshing but not in an aquatic or typical refreshing fruity summer coconut perfume way. It's clean/fresh smelling yet sweet and girly. Has sort of a masculine vibe. It smells like sweet cotton candy with a masculine earthy edge. Kind of like Cloud. It smells totally different than Cloud but it has that cross between super sweet with some masculine notes. I wish there was a perfume that smelled like this bc the mist has horrible staying power.

I adore this scent. My 12 year old bought it last year and I ended up loving it bc they sprayed it in the mornings, and it does give me an Ariana grande fragrance type of vibe. Very sweet, and even though recently I’ve been put off by coconut scents, this is so good. I got it bc I just know it’s going to mix well with some of my perfumes. Even though it’s a young scent, it also has a luxe quality to it. If you like sweet, I recommend giving it a try!

fragrance notes: soft cloud berries, pink spun sugar and coconut musk. This is very light, smells like coconut and a bit of cotton candy. Sounds like it would smell nice right? It’s just meh.. they could’ve done better with this imo. With a weird addition of pickle juice.. cant get myself to like this one. For some reason it annoys me to smell this. Don’t blind buy personal score: 4/10 🥥 🍧🍭

So I actually picked this and cotton candy clouds up at the semi annual sale, and they smell extremely similar, to the point where it’s redundant to have both of them, but I like this one a lot more for whatever reason. It’s a little more mature, a little more complex. Still sugary sweet but in a less childish way. Very yummy! I could see this being a man magnet.

I’m here bc they say this is a dupe for Disumano Morph. Omg that scent is magical! It’s sweet, it’s caramel, it’s coconut and it’s the best summer scent obsession I’ve ever had! With that being said, I’m broke af and don’t have the coins to spend rn on that one. Dapper makes a great dupe if you’re looking for something more affordable just saying...

A Pink Sugar dupe but elevated! My best friend has this and has let me wear it a few times. It immediately is a compliment getter. I was told even 5 hours after applying that I smell good. That being said, I don’t personally like the smell so much. I prefer a more sophisticated and sexy/mature sweet smell. But this smells very juvenile to me.

I need to know if there is a perfume or dupe for this. I absolutely love this mist. It's sweet, intoxicating and deep. I have pink sugar too but nothing compares to this due to its addition of coconut. Burnt sugar and coconut goodness. Sadly it is a seasonal mist?

pastel skies is basically a watered down version of ariana grande's sweet like candy fragrance. that's not a bad thing, i actually really like this fragrance. it's a surprisingly refreshing blend of cotton candy, raspberry, and coconut.

i sprayed this on me around all of the boys i liked, they said it smells like baked cookies ! not lasting at all tho. still, the scent that spreads when you first spray it is so addictive. i am buying my second bottle <333
