Raspberry Jam Donut

I have to admit, when I saw the rating on this here as top note sweet. Second note fruity I was shocked. That honestly is a poor description of this scent. It makes it seem like it just your average fruity scent. That is not what this is at all. The jelly note also is rated well dominating over the donut note. Makes it seem as those the donut is lightly detectable. This fragrance smells straight like a jelly donut. Nothing more, nothing less. It doesn't just smell sweet and fruity. And it's not jelly with a hint of donut. IT'S JELLY FILLED DONUT. so I've rated the donut aspect the highest to makeup for it. In reality, the jam and donut are pretty much evenly distributed I love this stuff "too" much. It's a Gourmand lovers dream especially for BBW, since they are known for messing up Gourmand scents with sandalwood, musk,and florals. They ACTUALLY made a scent that is 100 percent accurate. This product deserves the rave. I noticed people who said they hated this. Hate it because it's too accurate and smells just like it says. I've seen plenty. YouTube review excited to try it. Try it ,then say. "Damn this literally smells like a donut. .. Idk how I feel about this ... I don't know if I want to smell like a donut" that's literally how bold this scent is. It's a "I am what I claim to be, if you don't like me. Then you don't like me for who I am.not because I'm off. And you expected me to be someone else. I told you who I was,and I wasn't lying" type girl,lol. She also has a tendency of growing on people.lol. not all but some. I wish more fragrances were like that. So anyone who loves pure unadulterated Gourmand scents. GET THIS. Anyone who kinda liked the "idea" of it, But nothing more. STAY AWAY you will hate it. Rated this unisex because I don't think scents are bounded by gender ultimately. Nor age . Some scents give you the idea of maybe a age or gender. But ultimately You like what you like,end of story. It's a expression of who you are.thats all that matters. The strength is strong and long lasting out of the bakery shop collection. I sprayed it about once, maybe twice. On my chest. I smell this 12 plus hours later still there. So take that into consideration too

💜💗💜This scent is sooooooOoooOooo gourmand its scrumptious. When you first spray it you can literally smell the 🍰"baked good" emanating. Its freshly baked and sweet. It's almost to foodie for me at the beginning more like a muffin and Graham cracker scented for my liking but as soon as it calms down on my skin it is so sweet and delicate and divine. I love it. It is so calming. Tranquility in a bottle once it settle on skin. The tart raspberry bottom note with the powered sugar note is 😋 If you havent tried this get you some. Its magical. I love fruit. If you are a woman who likes men, a them who likes men or a man who likes men.....this is a secret weapon. My boyfriend and I have been stressed from moving, he picked up another job and is helping me pay for my school! I ordered this after I saw that apparently men love the scent of donuts and wore it just to see if he would notice. Non stop compliments, shoulder massages and kisses! He is already a very affectionate guy, but this took it to the next level. I purposely waited 2 weeks to write this review, but every time I have worn this, without fail he has been so extra flirty and loving.

Warm freshly baked jelly donut with delicate powdered sugar on top and sweet raspberry filling oozing out of the sides. First you get that blast of raspberry jam, then gooey yeasty dough is what’s left for me. This is verrrry close to wrapped in vanilla BBW but just an added raspberry jam note plus a thicker dough. This is amazingly addictive and really hope they bring this back soon. the projection is great! Maybe 2 hr 30 min wear without matching lotion projection: 8/10 longevity: 7.5/10 fragrance: 10/10 true to notes: 10/10 packaging: 8.5/10

Raspberry Jam Donut is nostalgic for me. It reminds me of fruit loops. I absolutely love it. It is very sweet and fruity. I enjoy gourmands from time to time but they are typically not the first category I go for. However, this scent is just so delicious. I find myself using it all the time since I got it. Unfortunately the longevity is not great, even when layered with the body cream. However I didn't expect much for a body mist so I am fine with reapplying. I already have a backup because I love this scent.

When I first tried this after ordering it online, I could NOT stand it, it smells like vomit to me when I sprayed it on the air. After a few days, I tried giving it another try and spray it on my skin. LET ME TELL YOU IT IS AMAZING ON SKIN. It is the perfect fruity gourmand scent. I can smell the donut mainly and then the raspberry jam. It is not overly sweet and I think it smells delicious. This one is quite long lasting compared to the other ones in the collection too.

This favorite bakery scent with me had a rough start. At first spray of new bottle I thought I just smell a cough syrup, I nearly want to complain with anyone who recommend me this body mist. Second try still that plasticky medical syrup but this time I can smell the donut note. The dry down is like a yummy scent from a donut bakery I just walked out and it still lingers. If that syrup smell didn't bother me that much this body mist had been maybe an A+ big love for me.

It's the best scent that came out of BBW in 2021. It's the best scent that cane out of BBW in a long time... It's a true gourmand which standa very true to the name. It does pair well with vanilla based perfumes like LVEB, which on me is a patchouli monster so I use RJD to bring the vanilla and fruit soul back. Have stocked up on this one as the chances of BBW not bringing this back or ruining this with a repackage are very high.

I bought this on a whim, not thinking I’d like it so much. And it’s amazing. Sweet, baked raspberry jam doughnuts. Like the ones you get in Greggs in the UK, dusted in sugar. You can smell the warm, creamy, baked dough, the sweet, sticky raspberry jam, and the sugar on top. What they say is what you get! It should be sickly sweet and childish, but somehow it’s not. It’s just a true gourmand. It’s making me want a sweet treat.

WOW! You get the alcohol scent immediately when sprayed, but a few seconds later it is literally a warm donut with raspberry jam! Delicious in my opinion but might be too sweet for others. Lasting power is okay, but it's a body spray. The silage is moderate for about an hour on me and then it sits close to the skin for another hour or so. I believe it's discontinued now, so if this interests you pick it up soon!

When Bath and Body Works had their Summer 2021 SAS, I bought two fine fragrance mists, two body cremes, and one lotion in this fragrance for 75% off. This scent is SO WONDERFUL. Raspberry Jam Donut is sweet sugary goodness. I wear this fragrance when I want to smell unapologetically sweet without getting a major migraine. I really hope they bring this fragrance back.

Love this one. I don't know why BBW kept Strawberry Poundcake but not Raspberry Jam Donut. I remember when they came out & i bought both, but my favorite it RJD. One of my absolute favorite scents ever from anywhere! It’s so yummy delicious warm and smells exactly like a donut with ooey gooey raspberry jam topped off with powdered sugar 1000 percent completely over the moon for this scent! Overly obsessed, overly stocked and over enthusiastic about it! Incredible!

Divine!!! This is my favorite body spray ever. I usually get bored with them pretty quickly because they are linear and disappear quickly but this one is sweet and warm without being cloying. I love to pair the lotion with a patchouli heavy perfume.

This is one of the best donut scents ever! I hate that it’s only a mist but that was fixed when DUA came out with a dupe. I layer them both or layer them with crumb couture to smell like the ultimate sugary freshly fried Jelly Donuts!

Extra Sweet!! I sprayed it all over my coat on the way home after I purchased it. My husband asked me if I went somewhere where there was hookah. I love it and everyone around me that smells it seems to really like it too.

I can only speak for the lotion, it reminds me of BBW Christmas cookies, at first apply I get the dough.. in the dry down a bit of raspberry yam. For night.

Is there anything more delicious than a freshly baked, warm jam doughnut? Now, I know a thing or two about jam doughnuts, believe me. I worked in a bakery for a popular UK store a few years ago and I baked at least fifty a day every weekend for about 6 years. Shock, horror - they came frozen and already made! Oh, the deception! This body spray took me back to those days. I was young and happy to be earning money and putting on the pounds by scoffing these delicious bastards day in and out. Raspberry Jam Donut might just be a fantastic, calorie-free choice for when I'm craving them again. I can literally smell the goopy jelly goodness, the warm, sugared dough, the instant regret after scoffing five of them in one go... In all seriousness, this body spray is nostaligc for me and I find it really comforting. I wear this to bed, or when I'm out doing chores and want to smell playful and delicious. I don't take it too seriously, and it does smell really damn good and is forever making me hungry. My friend showered herself in this when I stepped into her car one afternoon and she told me I smelled like a bakery. Take what you will from that. I find it lasts around an hour or two, but it was so cheap, I don't mind re-spraying. Overall, would I buy this again? Maybe... Then again, the huuuge 230ml bottle should last me a long time. I recommend this spray for anyone that loves sweet, warm fragrances, gourmand scents or is just a sucker for a jam doughnut.

Did I blind buy this because my favorite character loves jelly donuts? ........Maybe. This fragrance is spot on, it's one where everything you need to know about the scent is right there in the name. As much as I love Demeter, this is like their Jelly Doughnut, but better (at least to my nose/on my skin). Demeter's is more sugary, this is more cakey. All that said, they really are great dupes for each other. If B&BW never brings this back and you can't find it for purchase, that's a great alternative. For me this is a winter/early spring scent (it's just a bit too fruity-sweet for my fall tastes) and I cannot wait to get more use out of it when the weather gets colder. Like many B&BW scents, silage and longevity are pretty decent when layered with the lotion! edit: as much as I love this scent for its accuracy, it's just a little TOO sweet for me I think! It borders on giving me a headache, and (even now that winter has come and gone) I hardly reach for it simply because it isn't a very "me" scent. It definitely leans a little more juvenile than what I tend to wear. I do like it, just... not for me. Probably will end up selling it to make room for something I reach for more often 😅

My mom gave this to my daughter and she said I could test it. In all honesty, this has to be one of the best bakery type body sprays I've ever smelled. It's super strong for me. To me this smells more like a pie, rather than a donut because it smells a lot like graham crackers. I get more graham cracker than raspberry jam for the majority of the wear. Unfortunately for me, I don't like when perfumes smell too much like food. Something about graham cracker smells that are in a lot of the BBW gourmands make me smell like I just worked out and I'm all sweaty or something. I'm not sure how to explain it but it just reminds me of sweaty sock odor or something. Therefore, I can't stand wearing anything that smells too much like pie or graham cracker crust. If you don't have this weird reaction though, I would say this is a very good gourmand, verrrry foodie type of scent. It's strong and long lasting.

AHHHH this one I looked forward to for quite some time. It smells like a doughnut and has that lovely tart hint. I definitely get some of that Christmas cookie DNA but with a little something more added in. I am addicted to this after a week of being unsure I positively will be buying a backup as it is a nice warm scent. That being said it still doesn't live up to the hype. Definitely more for the colder wearer. Longevity and silage fairly good for a body mist

As someone who never tried BBW gourmand before and loving fresh sweet scent, this shocked me at first because it smells exactly like a raspberry jam donut. On me I got very strong dough-donut scent, kinda buttery with sweet raspberry jam scent. I’m a but in the middle on this scent, on hot weather this could be too much, the dry down is nice, basically this really smells like a bakery. Last quiet good, maybe 2 hours+

my first true signature scent. i was in 7th grade, and snatched a half-full bottle from my (at the time) girlfriend's house. it smells so delightfully sweet, not many fruity notes standing out unless you get real close. it dries down to an almost cotton-candy like smell, like powdered sugar or something like it. it's very cute and very girlish. i highly recommend this one.

Very pretty fun gourmet scent. As far as staying power I don't think it's that good in that area. But worth layering with the lotion or body cream. If you have used Bath and Body Works Santa's Blueberry short bread you will like this one too. I actually prefer this one over Santa's. It's a smoother sweet blend. Very fun scent and worth exploring.

This Smells EXACTLY like a donut! It's veeeery sweet You can definitely pick up on the bread,the sugary sweet jam,etc. And it lasts a good long time, for being a mist. The smell even tends to remind me of a bowl of fruity pebbles lol

Was looking for something similar to Minnie since it is LE and way too expensive. Nope not even close. This is very doughy/breast. About similar to lemon pound cake also by bbw. I think breadiness tends to pull real hard on me which is what I'm finding out and I'm not crazy about it

I wanted to love this so badly, but unfortunately it gave me a headache :-(( No matter how much I put on, it was way too sweet for me. I love the heavy bakery donut scent to it, but something just tickles my nose too much. I think I would like it better if it had more fruitiness to it. I prefer Strawberry Pound Cake, and have yet to try Sugared Cherry Crisp!

This is the thing. It is EXACTLY what is is described as- a raspberry donut. At first it smells great but it quickly becomes too much. It's sugar overload, im a huge gourmand, sweet fragrance lover and I hate this. Use with caution or not at all. It's headache inducing.

I absolutely hate this. This fragrance is so overpoweringly sweet, obnoxious, & cloying that it made me, a young early 20s gourmand lover who swears by Pink Sugar Aqualina and Warm Vanilla Sugar, nauseous. This kind of thing has only happened to me once before with Pure Seduction by VS, but at least with that one it can be used as a room spray or a furniture spray and is quite refreshing when used that way because of the freesia note. While I absolutely hate this scent, it's helped make one thing aboundingly clear to me. I may be a gourmand girl, but I seem to only like gourmand scents when they include citrus notes and some kind of fresh floral note to lighten them up. I've been testing the fragrance oil version of Love by Killian, and I absolutely love that one, no pun intended. One of VS seasonal scents, Gumdrop the Beat, became a recent favorite of mine as well (I will say it smells generic, but it shares that fresh yet sweet quality with the Killian). This scent, not so much. I will be returning this as soon as I possibly can. If you like fruity gourmands or warm gourmands in the vein of any of the scents I've mentioned, this may not be the scent for you. Edit: My roommate and I suspect that I might have received a bad batch, as the lotion and mist smell rancid both inside the bottle and when left to sit on the skin. Regardless, I'm not going to waste my time trying this product a second time. Instead, I'll be returning it in store for a better raspberry based scent, Black Raspberry & Vanilla. Edit #2: In a surprising turn of events, I no longer hate this. I let this sit in my living room for a day or two, contemplating wether or not I actually wanted to exchange this. I opened up the lotion and gave it a sniff, and gone was the rotten food smell from 1-2 days prior. Instead, it smelled like a delectable pastry and I immediately fell in love. I sprayed the mist onto my skin, and got the same result: a nice, warm pastry scent that eventually fades into a burnt sugar note. I have no idea what happened or why this line smelled so revolting on the first day, but I'm glad I was able to enjoy the scent in the end.

I cannot click on perfume anymore without noticing that it reminds someone of LVEB or one of the flankers. I really really really really really want us to STOP comparing everything to LVEB. This does not smell anything like it nor do the hundreds of other fragrances listed as similar. Now that my rant is over I should strongly state that BBW nails bakery scents. It is actually quite perplexing. This is the most realistic fragrance they have created lately, it smells exactly like a Raspberry Jam Donut. It’s warm, sweet, and absolutely intoxicating. Although I prefer the body cream, I cannot imagine being without the body splash. I have a feeling that soon this will be one of those hard to find scents that the disgustingly avaricious sellers on EBay charge $30-$50 for per bottle. I actually saw someone decanting this for $5-$20. The greed is absolutely unreal. Please do not pay those prices. I have a feeling this will make a comeback during end of year SAS.

I really wanted to love this one :( I wanted to have it for 4 years and finally got it yesterday. But my god !!! It smells terrible fr . I know it’s about my senses and everyone can smell differently but to me , it smells exactly like musty smell with sweetness . Fr it makes me feel sick of it .and worst part is that you can’t smell it anymore after 10 min ! Gone ! Nearly Nothing left even on clothe . So much disappointing! So sad because I was so hopeful trusting most reviews:( packaging is so beautiful tho Edit : we are getting along I guess. Idk it’s like forcing myself to love a bf who is rich but nothing else hahaaa . I try to love this one cause It costed much enough especially because it has not been stocked for 4 years and it has the most beautiful packaging from bbw ! And I don’t think bbw gonna bring this one back any soon or maybe never again . Even if they bring , this packaging from 2021 will be best forever in my heart .

(+) *Update* -I first smelled this in-store a around 4-5 months ago and recently found myself craving it. -So I caved and got my hands on a bottle at half off retail price. (Where I live its 30 bucks a pop. No thanks, I ain't paying retail for this!) -Psst. This my first BBW fragrance, and probably my last since it's the only one I need..given that i'm more into niche scents with more depth and complexity to them. -I have to say though, this fills a certain spot in my collection. -It's a "dumb-reach-when-just-spending-the-day-indoors" kind of fragrance. -Definitely blind-buy safe for gourmand lovers. Very inoffensive scent. -Lasts forever on clothing when applied with 2-3 sprays.

This is not one for women who sweat a lot. It smells so good on other people but I put it on and got hot and it turned on me. Gourmands can do that with me. This is sweeter than Christmas Cookies, Coconut Cream Pie, or Strawberry Pound Cake. This is the sweetest scent BBW has ever produced besides another discontinued Christmas “Cotton Candy Champagne.” If you can wear sweet scents, you should go for this, but if you normally wear florals and fresh scents because you find yourself sweating easily, it might turn on you. If your wear strawberry pound cake easily, I recommend this Raspberry Donut. They are similar and strawberry pound cake did the same thing to me! And I liked it when I first applied!

This is probably the most straight forward title because the title is exactly what it smells like without any failure lol. Bready doughy donut goodness with the raspberry jam inside the donut. Probably anti gourmand people hate this but good thing I'm a gourmand lover. Bath and body works stop playing with our emotions and bring this back haha!!! This is probably in the top 3 for their best gourmands they ever made (in my opinion). Just pure bakery goodness, I think most of their bakery line was top tier. I am so sad because I have one bottle of it and haven't seen it peak back out since 2021 unless I possibly missed it. Bring this back I need back ups!! So sweet and fluffy!!

This opens with a warm, dough-like, and Sugar-raspberry smell. Very Realistic to the texture and aroma of a warm and jammy donut. Also, in the dry down, I almost get this soft dusting of cinnamon-im assuming this might be from the jam accord. However, that quickly goes away though, and you are left with a buttery and Super Sugary Raspberry Jam or purée smell. Although, on my skin, I think this turns a bit cloying and don’t quite Enjoy as the opening. But, I must say this does last longer than other Bath and Body Works Scents. I would not wear this out, but its good for Cozy or inside-the-house Environments!

Someone in the comments made a rant about everything being compared to LVEB and it caught my eye bc i had no intentions on comparing this to LVEB but i use this sent to layer on top of LVEB. This smells like its name sake but not at all in a childish way. It's like a donut house that makes only raspberry jam donuts but what you would smell from the parking lot. So it's sweet and intoxicating but not overbearing I got mine on Amazon for $18

Wow just wow..this is simply sweet smooth and delicious..just like a raspberry jam filled donut ..hmmmmm now i'm hungry...you can defenitly taste it...and i love the powdered sugar in it 🍩🍩🍩...and the raspberry jam is so sweet and the warm donut is to die for.....this is one of the sweetest delicous bakery gourmand out there.....9/10 i have the body cream and it projects decent..i can still smell it after a while and it's 🔥🔥
