Salted Shorelines

When I read the reviews that it smells like Jo Malone Wood sage and sea salty I immediately had to blind buy both the fragrance mist and the body lotion and it didn’t disappoint. It really smells exactly the same and it’s divine. The longevity is probably even better then JM 🤭, especially if you layer the mist with the body cream. I can’t stop using it.❤️well done Bath&body works, please never discontinue this scent.🙏🏼🫶🏻

The opening is sharp but just for the first 5 seconds. it has an unexpected fruity sweetness not too much but its there. its soft fresh dewy and slightly sweet like a sage and bergamot flavored gummy bears i see how it can smell like laundry but i don’t think its all the way laundry. overall this is soo sooo nice i hope they never discontinue it 🥺

This is a beautiful wood and sea salt fragrance...I’m not a fan of the opening (it’s pretty harsh) but the dry down is beautiful and warm. I feel like this is a true unisex fragrance, not nearly as sweet as the original. I recommend this one for spring and summer, or year round for the office....clean, woodsy and fresh.

I cannot love this more! Smells so much better than the OG, the sage is much smoother and less funky, brighter and less peppery. And the longevity is so much better than the original, I can smell it on my clothes 24 hours later!

I really like this. It seems like it's on the way out because BBW had the hand lotion and spray on sale this past weekend for $4 and some change. Did I miss its cycle?

To be frank, this FFM smells fruity to me! However, I obviously detect the notes such as bergamot or driftwood. Maybe I never know what sage (also the same name as my iPhone 17's colour, by the way) smelled like and that it makes a fruity type of scent when paired with the other two notes. It smells like when you're going to the beach and you're eating a fruit-flavoured local orange ice cream served by a humble old man that runs his business next to the sidewalk and beach. It smells like tropical flowers flourishing by the sand and you feel tranquil. It really radiates a morning summer type of scent. The sage comes off very smooth and it has a sweet note. Besides that, the bergamot note shines through, giving it the body as a summer body mist. Finally, the foundation of it all is the driftwood, giving a village-built gazebo made out of wood, which may be nostalgic for people around me, who lives in villages next to the beach. Living in a humid and tropical place, using this FFM is exceptional for everyday use, giving brightness around you and freshness that makes your whole body smell clean and radiates a friendly vibe that puts others at ease with your presence wearing this. This FFM is another instalment in their Everyday Luxuries collection, which I have been following for a while because of the brand's attempt to create body products that mimic high-end perfumes, and they mostly got it right for their body mists, body creams and eau de parfums. LIke any other BBW product, you should wait for a sale, because that's when it becomes great value. Buying the product at original price is not a good idea to do, and you're just wasting money if you're doing that. In my experience using Salted Shorelines, I expect the longevity to be below average due to the hot climate, but I was still able to smell the fruitiness and driftwood that is inside the body mist. It brings an optimistic and solar vibe when I'm smelling for my hands. However, I expect the longevity to be shorter than average, but nothing too abysmal, because I can still smell and recognise that it is that body mist, and it still has power to go through the day, though a top-up wouldnt hurt if you bring it everywhere you go. The dry down smells like an intimate moment between you and the wood of your local village-built resting place where you see the water flowing at the beach after you played it for a while, and you need some rest. It's quite something very specific in my opinion, but this FFM captures that experience somewhat accurately. The first spray hits you with sage and bergamot that is super vibrant, fruity and a little sweet while you feel like you're at the beach at the same time. The kind of radiance makes it a good contender for a summer FFM. In conclusion, this FFM is pretty nice, if I separate it from the perfume that it's inspired by, and it's ideal for a summer vacation to go at the beach, or just an everyday body mist for people living in tropical areas.

Timing is everything with this super affordable body mist. Starts with zero subtlety, hitting the senses with alcohol-like pinch, but fades away in a few minutes. In about half an hour, you are left with the scent similar to what swimming in the sea leaves on your hair. At the price point, and now that Before The Rainbow has been discontinued, I am a fan. With a few notes missing, it is very much like a softer version of Fine'ry's BtR (gym bag perfect).

Very good dupe of Jo Malone’s Wood Sage and Sea Salt. A bit less complex but otherwise spot on. Unfortunately lasts about as long as a fart in the wind. Even on clothes you’re lucky to get 20mins.

Identical in description and notes as Saltair's Driftwood, which isn't currently in the database. Smells exactly the same, just less powerful. Crisp and clean scent, a little masculine leaning.

IDK why but it last like 10 mins on me. idk if its defect or what but this is first time BBW FFM i bought that perform this bad edit: but overall i like the scent comparing it JM SW&SS. the Salted Shorelines are more sharp its does not have like smoother profile like JM, its also a bit heavy compared to JM

This is a great scent, very fresh, clean, and aquatic. I wore it a lot on a recent transatlantic cruise as I thought it would be perfect for the ocean setting (it was!). However, it barely lasts between spraying it on and walking out the door. Absolutely abysmal lasting power, unfortunately. I made quite a dent in it just during that cruise and in the couple weeks after, and I didn't even use it regularly throughout that time. And I'm not a person that makes dents in mists or perfumes hardly ever, so that's saying something. B&BW says that their sprays are going to get stronger this summer, I hope that's true - especially as far as lasting power goes. Because a lot of them lately just feel like a waste of money otherwise.

Oh wow this is very aromatic, the sage tied in with the wood and bergamot notes is extremely fresh and relaxing. There has to be a salt note in here but i really appreciate it! Unlike some other frags the salt aspect of this scent is very refreshing, it actually does smell like crisp, almost cool, salt, fresh air. Literally SO impressed. Think like FRESHLY washed cotton clothes hung on the clothesline in the sun, the ocean is at your doorstep, its a clear sunny, summer day, mid morning, cooling sea breeze and sage plants all around. Smells like THAT. I hate to buy backups because i don'tt love clutter but this might be very much worth grabbing a few more.

I know it’s not a dupe of VS’s Very Sexy Sea nor D&G’s Light Blue, but that’s what it kind of reminds me of, just more cozy. A little woodsy and warm, but not harsh. I actually like to layer Salted Shorelines body cream with Very Sexy Sea or Light Blue perfume 🌊✨ I’d buy this if it were a perfume. Loving the cozy sea vibe it’s got going on. I don't find it super masculine, it’s more unisex. This might be my favorite of their 2026 Luxury line 😊

I love this, it's a dupe of one of my all time favourite fragrances called Bybozo Sea Breeze the good thing is they both have the same longevity but this is cheaper so i'll keep a bottle of this on me in my bag and reapply it Even though the comments say it's a dupe of wood sage & sea salt... that's not true I own both the Jo Malone and Goldfield banks pacific rock moss it's not the same as either of those

the dewy bergamot smells insanely obnoxious and screechy. i hope it’s a bad batch or something because it’s like they found out how to make that top note so they can dupe it for other fragrances and they just went ham with it. the other notes are there to support that sea vibe but it stays pretty flat over all

On first spray, it comes across as fresh, clean, and subtly elegant-very versatile for daily wear. However, the dry down reminds me of Fresh Musk (which I’m not a fan of in the Musk collection). That said, it would still appeal to those who enjoy cool, fresh scents.

I have never expected the long longevity of bath and bodyworks but I immediately bought it because it smells pretty similar to wood sage and sea salt. I use it to freshen up my mood so i don’t mind it poor poor lasting power

Clean laundry scent. It’s so freaking good. I like to layer it with away weekend from Abercrombie and fitch perfume.
