Starlit Night

While many compare this to In the Stars, to me there is very little similarity. While In the Stars is a warm scent & this is a warm scent...that's about the end of similarity for me. In the Stars is very much more a quiet medley skin scent on me. Where as Starlit Night is much more of a sensual opus. Much more noticeable, but it still isn't an overwhelming screamer. A tiny bit sweet from the snowberries. It's definitely woody & warm, but so smoothly so, it's never headache inducing. Lastly, just the lightest almost spicy, powdery edge of iris. Very womanly & sensual kind of sexy. This is not a young ladies fruity/sugary version of sexy in the least. Even in just the mist version, this is quite a lasting beauty and smells very high end. This beauty can be worn for night/ date time in any season. However, it's a real daytime (even office friendly) beauty in Fall & Winter too. I haven't tried yet, but think this would make a great base with a few other scents for new combos too.

If you’ve ever worn perfume with real oud in it you know that this oud is incredibly synthetic but still smells incredible. You get the snowberries mixed with the synthetic oud and dries down very clean, sweet & powdery with a musky undertone. You can never go wrong with woody notes mixed with berries, musk, and powder. Love wearing this in the fall/winter 😍. If you love “dream bright” by bath & body works you will adore this too! Definitely a date night scent & to be worn in cooler/colder weather. I get about 5 to 6 hours of wear and longer on my clothes where I can actually smell it on my sweater the next day.

@amagdalene - Not a rebrand of Kaleidoscope, this is its own thing. (Wish they would bring back Kaleidoscope tho.) Kaleidoscope was similar to Glossier You - pink pepper/iris/musk skin scent; this one is a close relative of In the Stars, but accented by berries ("snow berries?"). I guess I smell the iris but it doesn't portray powdery. It's juicy, but has the musky-amber presence of In the Stars which makes it smell expensive. I love it, and I find it worth it to own both especially as a berry lover.

I read somewhere that this is a rebranding of Kaleidoscope, can anyone confirm/deny? The notes seem quite different from Kaleidoscope so I'm skeptical. I certainly hope they rebrand it or bring it back, it's one of their all-time best fragrances.

it's like a fruitier in the stars w/ a bit of powderiness added. I think it smells like it could be an actual perfume too. i can see myself wearing this with a dress on going out for dinner.

This smells like an expensive perfume in a body spray! I hope they come out with an actual perfume in 2023. The Iris and Oud smells are very sexy and has a gorgeous sweet and powdery smell.

Smells expensive, not a typical smelling bath and body scent. Musky, warm, a little sweet. What I want people to think my natural scent is. A skin scent that radiates.

This scent has become my favorite bath and body works scent! It’s fresh, fruity and powdery. This scent is very sexy and mysterious. Can be worn year round.

this is a very strong and sugary-sweet perfume. if i was having a day where i didn't want to leave the house, spraying this scent more than once would probably overstimulate me ... however! very suitable for nighttime and cold weather, but in a bright way– not at all leaning gloomy or warm. on my skin it comes off as a very dreamy iris. i don't pick up on the woodsy notes at all, but i will say it's heavily powdery and crisp. it's a more "enigmatic" bath and body works scent. signature: open windows at night. teenage girl doing her makeup in the bathroom. brandy melville. football boyfriends. cheap incense. occasions: car ride with friends, party complimentary scents: pear, vanilla creme

Idk if my nose is just wonky or I just got an awful batch, but all I get from this is strong alcohol with some pulverized sugar towards the end. I let this sit for a few days to give it a chance, but it was still the same. I don't like it at all and I'll just remember it as something that isn't meant to be used to smell good. The sweetness gives too much synthetic sugar, and it overpowers anything that's supposed to be remotely powdery, floral, or woody in this. It was frankly a waste of money. I'll just give this to someone who may enjoy it more than me. Fragrance - 2/10 Longevity - 4/10 Sillage - 3/10 Value - 2/10

I got this from a friend who was decluttering. I don't think I would pay full price for it only because it's pretty heavy and I don't see myself using it super often or just spraying it casually. However, it does smell really fresh and sexy. Definitely better on skin than on clothes because it adds a warmth to it. I live in a cold climate so I think this will be good for that.

I'm feeling hella bummed on this one - think I'm almost completely anosmic to it which sucks because other reviews say it's very perfume like to them, and the notes sound amazing! :( Something slightly rubbery once applied to my skin, VERY subtle sweetness, VERY subtle woodniess. I can pick up on the iris but I have to REALLY concentrate and spray A LOT of it lol - applied very generously to crooks of elbows (multiple sprays) and misted all over the top portion of my shirt generously to where it was slightly damp. Notes sounded unique for a Bath & Body scent and was hoping to be wowed by this one (I have the new, faceted packaging). Wanted to layer with Guess Seductive Noir which is one of my all time favorites! I don't hate what I do smell, but i cant tell if im trying to like it because of the gorgeous color/packaging and because it sounds like my kind of scent profile. Just wish I could smell it like I can smell You're The One (which I feel does project better on me and could be mistaken for a perfume easily!) Ended up returning it today - maybe I got a bad, watered down batch? Or my nose is broken :( I did give it multiple chances :(

There is something that smells like cinnamon to me. This is my opinion. but this smells like Killian's Angels' Share. I received both around the same time, both gifts. This body spray reminds me of the perfume. Could it be that they both have apple? This sometimes smells like apples + cinnamon + sweetness. Sometimes, it just smells sweet + musky + slightly floral. This is a scent that changes throughout the seasons. Only smells like Killian if you use during winter time.

to my nose, this seems like a dupe of kayali’s eden juicy apple at first sniff. so it could work as a dupe and i would not be able to tell the difference with my super picky nose!

To me, it smells very elegant and luxurious, and it reminds me of Into the Night, but I find myself liking this one even more.

This is by far my fav of bbw, but if u can’t find it like I haven’t been able to in years, dream bright is a close second.
