Strawberry Snowflakes

Elevated, Fluffy Pink Strawberry Gourmand... I wasn't sure if this was going to be as gourmand as I was hoping, but it didn't disappoint. It's a fluffy, pink. strawberry gourmand that's similar to Strawberry Poundcake, except a touch more elevated with the floral-citrus facets of the bergamot and a faint shampoo vibe. With layering the spray and lotion, I really get a nice cloud of pink marshmallow that's elevated by the bergamot & shampoo vibe, which makes it more versatile by being less hyper-realistic foodie. This would layer well with lighter strawberry gourmands, lighter florals, lighter apple, shampoo vibe scents, lighter lactonic gourmands and more. Lactonic scents can be tricky to layer without destroying the lactonic effect in my experience, but I'll do some experimenting, and post about it on the layering threads. Update 12/06/25: I've enjoyed layering this, and so far so successful combos were with Strawberry Snowflakes + Strawberry Ice Cream Demeter Strawberry Snowflakes + Guimauve Reminiscence Strawberry Snowflakes + Choco Musk Marshmallow Al-Rehab Strawberry Snowflakes + Strawberry Cheesecake Bodycology Strawberry Snowflakes + L'Instant de Guerlain EDT Guerlain I'm sure there's much more good layering combos, but these are just the ones I've tried so far. After years of not going to B&BW, I finally went this year after receiving a bunch of coupons. And I'm really glad I did! This here is one of my new favorite finds. It smells like strawberries and chilled vanilla / cool whip. There's also this elevated sensation that reminds me of smelling a cup of ice, like you can smell the coldness. *Edit* After checking the notes, they really got it all spot on lol. After getting home and being able to smell it better, I realized why I was drawn to this one so much. It's bc it reminds me of a scent that I already love - Pacifica's Island Vanilla. If you've smelled that, this would be like a frosty strawberries & whipped cream flanker. For comparison, I also got the Strawberry Pound Cake spray, which is very similar to Strawberry Snowflakes, but it's heavier and sweeter overall, and it's missing that chilly feeling. SPC is even more similar to IV -- it's pretty much just adding strawberry to IV. And there's also no coldness in that one. I really like the 2 strawberry scents I got from B&BW this year, and their performance has been actually pretty decent (especially for a body spray). On my robe, I used several generous sprays, and I could smell it 2-3 days later. On skin, it lasts me overnight, but of course, it's very faint when I wake up.

Its so fluffy and a million times better than Strawberry Poundcake, though there is a similarity this is strawberry ice cream version and that is strawberry cake. The mist is very very light though and I wish it had more projection. But its a strawberry milkshake dream, especially the lotion that one is super milky. The opening is so incredibly icy its so cool. Its also not so similar to Yum Bougie Marshmallow (well her children that I have collected) to my nose, its really not as candied as YBM but a lot softer dreamier yet more prominent fresh strawberry, and milkier but less vanillic if that makes sense. More of an icy strawberry milk. Its the closest to EOS strawberry dream, which I think is pretty much a perfect strawberries and cream, of all my creamy strawberry perfumes, and apparently even the EOS mist isnt all that so I am really going to be enjoying this instead. Another close one to me is Rayhaan Kiss but that has more coconut and condensed milk but still a bit close to this. If this projected more I would like this better but projection is important to me.

I finally got my hands on this fragrance and I am in love with it! Right off, it smells like a light strawberry milkshake with whipped cream on top. It’s so light and airy, yet sweet and creamy. It’s not annoyingly sweet, it’s just that perfect balance of sweetness and icy creamy goodness! I can’t get enough of this fragrance and have been combining this with other fragrances. And by random chance as I was testing out Coffee Cloud by Good Chemistry with this, together they created a whole new level of amazing fragrance. The coffee and citrus note in Coffee Cloud just add that dazzle and delightful mellow sweetness and brightens up more with the bergamot note from Coffee Cloud. I’m in love with the combo. And I’m sure Strawberry Snowflakes would smell even more amazing if combined with other coffee fragrance notes, also chocolate notes! I would say do not pass up the chance to pick this fragrance up if you come across this one. It’s a perfect way to add with other fragrances. I’m obsessed!

My first thought was strawberry milkshake, but it’s not as strong as that. It’s more like strawberry milk. Synthetic sweet strawberry like in strawberry pound cake, but this is more toned down. This is super lactonic, smells like something you can drink 🍓 🥛 it’s pretty light, I must say. I’ll have to play around and mix it with different lotions to get the most from this. It’s very pretty and I would recommend for those days you don’t want to wear something too heavy. This has a chilled scent like the smell when you open the freezer or smell an ice cube tray 🧊 . I’d say this is acceptable to consider a gourmand 100% I also wanted to add, something in here reminds me of bare vanilla, it’s got this note that is so cozy for me, which I love about bare vanilla. My Strawberry snowflakes body cream is in the mail and can’t wait to pair it with bare vanilla. projection: 5/10 longevity: 6/10 fragrance: 9/10 true to notes: 7/10 (bergamot undetected) packaging: 8/10

I absolutely love this fragrance! From the moment I first experienced it at the store, I was enchanted by its sweet, creamy, and almost dessert-like scent. It’s a perfect blend of strawberries and a soft, snowy undertone that feels comforting and indulgent without being overwhelming. The fragrance is incredibly versatile, making it ideal for any time of the year in my opinion, but moreso winter or even spring. I usually combine the body spray with the body lotion, and I can't help but keep sniffing my skin every time I use them. The only downside is that the scent doesn’t last as long as I’d hoped. While it smells incredible right after application, it fades faster than I’d like, especially compared to some other Bath & Body Works fragrances. Still, for the delicious, soft, and comforting vibes it brings, it’s a definite favorite for me. I just wish the staying power matched the quality of the scent itself!

To me it's strawberry frosting on a sugar cookie that you just took out of the refrigerator - chilled, delicious, and more grown up than expected: - The strawberry is a little synthetic, but it gives it kind of a "whimsical" touch - The vanilla cream note is cool, light, and perfect for winter - The bergamot in this isn't masculine or heavy, it's blended in well - helps round out the sweetness of the strawberry/whipped cream notes, and is part of what gives it the wintery/cool feel next to the watery/ozonic "ice" note - None of the notes stick out, and together make the perfect "chilled strawberry frosting" What it isn't: - BBW's Strawberry Poundcake (much denser and cake-heavy than this) - A strawberry milkshake (would have more "malt" smell to me) Decent projection, lasts as expected for a body spray, and love the pearlized pink diamond bottle. Wish they made it in an EDP or EDT formula!

I initially wrote a review basically saying it's alright, but not to my preference. Now I realized I was too busy comparing it to Strawberry Poundcake and feeling like this one isn't gourmand enough for me ( because God forbid I allow myself to enjoy anything that doesn't have a cake note). However, this has grown on me so much so that I got myself a backup and it's absolutely beautiful for what it is. This year's version is no different it seems. Some people are saying they think of strawberry milk, chewing gum, My Little Pony toy smell, and it's really all those things but light and airy too. I don't find this overpowering at all. You just smell GOOD, cute and pretty without it being obvious that you're wearing a body spray. It's just so nice and comforting. I think this can be worn in all sorts of weather, from face-biting cold to scorching hot-sweating your tits off weather.

i really love this! im not big on xmas scents usually but i just cant stop smell myself with this on. very strawberry although not like fresh strawberries, so beware if youre not big on the "candy" strawberry smell. it does have a winter vibe, but not in the typical cozy kind of way. more in an elegant girly way. i compared this next to strawberry pound cake and would say this is a more "mature" version of it, tho i wouldnt say this perfume itself is "mature". i find that although they are quite similar, once they settle onto your skin they both have a unique charm to them. resprays are needed every few hours to keep the intensity, however, i put this on after my shower and woke up the next morning still being able to smell on my skin and clothes, so it lasts better than expected!

Bare Vanilla by VS with fresh strawberry, bergamot, and a touch of bubblegum. It opens very icy, fresh, and citrusy in a synthetic way (which I don't love) but dries down to a lactonic strawberry milkshake with vanilla whipped cream or strawberry Nesquik. Someone told me I smelled like a Ben and Jerry's ice cream shop while they bake the waffle cones. At first, I didn't love it because I got strong bubblegum and bergamot but after letting it sit and coming back to it, I fell in love. Has great longevity for a body mist. The lotion leans more toward icy fresh-cut strawberry and bergamot imo. Could totally be a year-round wear. It's simple, sweet, non-cloying, and layers well with lots of girly perfumes (Burberry Her Elixir, Ari Sweet Like Candy). Love it!

This is the seductive older sister to strawberry pound cake. Instead of having the density of the cake note from strawberry pound cake, it smells more like a strawberry gummy candy in my opinion. The longevity is something that you would find normally in BBW for sure, but it does pair well with a lot of vanilla and cozy fragrances that will extend its wear. I get more compliments on this body mist than I do my 100 dollar fragrances. You could honestly wear this any time of year but I would say spring and winter would be the best seasons to wear this mist. when they put out the new scents for this years winter collection, make sure you grab this! It is truly a must have and will fit with a lot of fragrances that you have in your collection!!!

Purchased on a whim and just love it. It's a "fine mist spray" so it's great when getting out of the shower or before bed but it's got barely any longevity at all, and sometimes that's all that's needed is a quick "pick me up." The note that sticks out the most is the whipped cream, and that's tightly blended with the strawberries so it's kind of a creamy berry scent. The bergamot keeps things lively but not too much so. I've been surprised how much I wear it and see that the DUA Brand has a dupe for this. I might try it for sometimes their duplicates last a bit longer. Either way, this is a very fun and safe (non headache-inducing) blind buy that won't break the bank (remember your coupons). Enjoy!! :-)

in love with this frag, it's literally made up of 3 of my favorite notes lol <3 the iced bergamot is more present in the opening, and it makes the scent fresher and "colder" but it fades relatively quickly, although i do wish the bergamot stuck around longer. sometimes i get a bubblegum note in the opening too. the drydown is very similar to a lighter version of strawberry pound cake, but i think it's actually more like bodycology's strawberry cheesecake. after the drydown, it's nothing special--just a strawberries and cream fragrance--but it's still so cozy and sweet, and the fresh bergamot opening makes this worth respraying. this is on the lighter side, but the longevity is surprisingly decent.

Whoever said it smells like VS Bare Vanilla with strawberry was so right. Strawberry scents have never worked for me, they're always too screechy and syrupy. I love strawberry flavored anything but perfumes have never given me the strawberry I want. This is the exception. This is a soft, creamy strawberry like those striped strawberry hard candies. It has exceptional lasting power for a body spray. I normally save my body sprays for nighttime and days around the house but I find myself wanting to wear this all the time. This is everything I hoped any other strawberry perfume would be. To make it even better, I got it for $5. I'm stunned. Shocked. It's beautiful, cozy, and perfectly sweet.

probably my all times favorite. it’s strawberry pound cake’s hot older sister in the perfume world. i get nothing but compliments when i wear this, though what i’ve been told i smell like is interesting. the comments were a poptart, a starburst, a basket of strawberries and i was even asked “what year of strawberry poundcake is that?” it’s good for layering but only with similar notes. (think creams, strawberry’s and fresh fruit smells). it works well with the matching lotion, as well as the bodycology strawberry cheese cake lotion. my favorite pairing is with eos strawberry dream’s lotion though, which is also what makes it last the longest on my skin :)

My fav of the year from B&BW. At first when I sprayed it, I was immediately reminded of Strawberry Pound Cake, but then as it dried down, it became a sweet whipped cream scent. So delicious. The strawberry note does not last throughout the fragrance despite the name. This is a heavily whipped cream fragrance tbh. Even that bergamont didn't come out the way I expected it. I was expecting this to be kinda "icy", but it wasn't and I'm grateful for that. Other than the strawberry note, it's not that similar to SPC. SPC is more so cakey, whereas SS is whipped cream. I think this is backup bottle worthy.

I have the body lotion, and I love the whipped cream note - this fragrance also made me realize how much I love bergamot. It's very feminine, airy, sweet, complex, and gourmand but not so gourmand that it smells actually edible; it's reminiscent of a dessert, but it doesn't literally smell like a dessert. It has some floral notes, I feel, even though they're not listed. I feel like whenever I put it on, my beauty routine is complete, and I feel relaxed and ready to go. It's overall a super cute, super well balanced/composed fragrance. It knows what it wants to be, and it is that.

I like this one a lot! It's a shame that I was only able to pick up a travel-sized version of the FFM from my local store. I'm just hoping that they bring it back next year during the next year-end sale. The scent is reminiscent of a strawberry milkshake. It's creamier and lighter than Strawberry Poundcake which I also love, so if you're a strawberry lover who finds the SPC a little TOO "in your face" sweet, this scent might be up your alley. I personally think it's suitable for all seasons, and I just hope my bottle lasts until it comes around again in the future.

as a girl who is an avid hater of super sweet, dessert-like, gourmand type scents, i love this one. its sweet, but not in a sugary you-just-ate-a-piece-of-poundcake kinda way. its weirdly refreshing and has a touch of musk that makes it so nice. the sweet, fruity top notes and cleaner, fresher bottom notes make it so that it pairs perfectly with a typically more sugary scent or a clean girl perfume. my go to and idc that it’s a bath and body works spray bite me (and if im wearing this you’ll just taste a fresh strawberry with a hint of citrus and vanilla)

I wish this was available all year round!!!! For people who are curious, it smells like really powdery strawberries and whipped cream. It's my favorite b&bw scent and as someone who hates Strawberry Poundcake this is definitely not the same thing. Strawberry Poundcake is extremely syrupy and very painfully sweet, Strawberry snowflakes is very toned down and isn't all up in your face. It's very sweet but in a non offensive way because that powdery almost stuffy note blocks that. If you like sweet scents that aren't super strong this is definitely for you.
