Sunrise Woods

This fragrance is very clearly inspired by Twilight Woods. I wouldn't consider them dupes, but they are certainly companion fragrances. They share the same fruity-creamy-woodsy composition. As the names might suggest, Sunrise Woods is a brighter, more daytime-appropriate sibling of Twilight Woods. Sunrise Woods sparkles with its berry notes, while Twilight Woods' orris root, musk, and wood notes are more dominant. You could absolutely layer these to wear together, or you could transition from Sunrise Woods in the day to Twilight Woods for evening. They play together nicely but each bring something different. Twilight Woods has been one of my favorite scents since its debut and is very nostalgic for me. That said, I've come to prefer Sunrise Woods a bit more. I find that Sunrise Woods is just a bit lighter and more versatile while still giving me what I crave from Twilight Woods. At night, it has enough weight to carry its own, but I don't think you'll suffocate anyone with this during the day in the middle of the summer. I think this one works year-round, but in my opinion, it really shines in the fall. Wafting on a cool, crisp breeze, this stuff is perfection.

THIS is just BEAUTIFUL. It really does remind me of those chilly autumn mornings where you smell the smokiness of fall in the air. I love it. The fruits especially are done well. On my skin, it smells jammy - kind of like baked fruit in pastries. This is definitely a woody-forward fruity body mist. However those cooked tart berries are what stand out in the drydown. The slight smokiness of Sunrise Woods is done well. I definitely would consider this a musky scent, but it really does give you that taste of Autumn without being obnoxious about it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SCENT, I wish they'd make a full bottle EDP, but I doubt it. It smells very very similar to Mix bars discontinued wood elixir. This scent smells exactly like what my mom's bedroom would smell like when she's getting ready for a Friday night, which gives me very pleasant nostalgia. It's like the smell of warm air from a hair dryer that's blowing an expensive heat protectant around the room. I like pairing this with Merit retrospect, JHAG Ode to dullness, or VS Bare. Its great thank you bath and body works!

One of my favorite B&BW fragrance. I love layering with Valentino Born in Roma to pull that woody note out. Smells so good!! But my favorite to layer with is - imo - the fragrance it’s duping - Versace Crystal Noir. Tell me it doesn’t smell identical or at the very least, very similar. Either way, I have a bunch of backups for Sunrise Woods Body Cream and spray but it smells wonderful!! It’s long lasting for a fragrance mist - the performance definitely isn’t so bad.

This smells delicious. Is a creamy and warm woodsy scent with a nice hint of sweet berries, a very simple but nice fragrance. The perfect scent for the cooler months, not too strong but also isn't super weak. It's been my go-to everyday fragrance this winter, I'm just obsessed with the way it smells and wears. Love pairing this with the matching body cream but is beautiful with other warm, creamy scents like Philosphy's Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere Body Lotion.

You are watering your garden outside your cottage in the woods. It is first thing in the morning. It's a little chilly outside, but it is starting to warm up as you see the first morning light before the sun rises. Really enjoyed the creamy slightly lactonic(in a lotion type way not milk) woodsy feel of this with a sweet note of berries. Very warm and sensual feeling. Pairs really well with 7 virtues Vanilla woods.

I have the body cream of this fragrance and it’s my favorite Fall scent from B&BW. It’s just creamy enough without being a sticky gourmand, and the sandalwood is neither too earthy nor masculine. The “fruity sandalwood” DNA reminds me of Victoria’s Secret Bare EDP, which features sandalwood “garnished” with a mandarin orange note. They layer well together.

This scent is very easy to like. Its so airy, suede-like and sexy, but light. This is up there with Kaleidoscope with how airy this is in sillage. The sweet berries adds just enough sweetness and tartness and the cashmere adds just enough luxury to round this out to be a nice elevated scent.

such a bright, cozy, woody scent. it almost gives lactonic with how creamy and a touch of skin-scent. blends beautifully into anything you spray it on. becomes more fruity as it dries down, red berries and maybe even a hint of apples on me.

Agree with what everyone else has said: Sunrise Woods is a lighter, more "agreeable" and less "cologne-like" version of Twilight Woods. I used to LOVE Twilight Woods back in the day 10 or so years ago. But nowadays I prefer Sunrise Woods.

This is a favorite! I wish it was in a more regular rotation at bath and body. It’s a bright sandalwood fragrance with the perfect hint of sweet berries.

I love this. I don't see Zara RWA in "reminds me of", but they smell similar.

this is nice! there's a note here (maybe the cashmere?) that pulled almost mossy on me in a weird way in-store and idrk why that is since i only get that note sometimes, but overall, i like this. for a scent with a prominent berry/fruity note, which i really don't love, i'm honestly surprised by how much i enjoy this. it really sweetens up on the skin and while i don't typically enjoy fruity candy-ish fragrances, this is grounded enough by the sandalwood and cashmere for me to enjoy, so i feel like this is a pretty safe blind buy--it's not a fragrance i would see myself reaching for a ton, but i doubt many people would actually dislike it. it reminds me a bit of dalal from al-rehab for those who enjoy that--a fruity, sweet sandalwood scent. sillage and longevity are both typical for bbw mists.

This one is nice. It's a little bit reminiscent of Twilight Woods only better. It's not a super strong scent so you won't knock anyone out wearing it. I have it on after a walk on a warm June evening, and it's so nice even in the heat. Definitely can be worn year-round. I get mostly cashmeran notes, on me the sandalwood isn't super prominent. Update: The more I wear this, the more it does remind me of Twilight Woods. I'd have to do a side by side comparison though to be sure.

This is a lighter version of Twilight woods , with maybe a bit more berry. I pick up more apricot in twilight woods. I like them both. My twilight woods is very strong! Also reminds me a little of kenneth cole white. Overall a very light scent with poor longevity, but still very pretty and signature like.

This is a wonderful woody smell and isn’t overpowering, great for fall, although it won’t last very long considering it’s a body spray may last 4 hours or so. Good for layering, I sometimes get a bug spray smell from it.. it maybe the sandalwood note but I do love this

this smells so similar to snowflakes and cashmere just imgaine switching out the vanilla note on snowflakes and cashmere with a berry notes lol this is what exactly that smells like but i kinda do like this a bit better since its sweeter

Y’all I got a candle of this in the $11.95 3 wick sale, and it’s *divine*!! Edit: I went back and got a body spray and a body cream on sale, I'm in love with this scent.

Liking the muskiness of this one. Plays down the bright red berries into something more refined.

Smells like a tanning bed salon in the late 90's

SUNRISE WOODS smelled really familiar to me upon first spray, and then I realized what it reminded me of: Emporio Armani LEI as well as Victoria's Secret HEAVENLY. In my opinion, SUNRISE WOODS has the same DNA as the following scents... which, to my nose, all share a creamy, cozy, lemony, musky aura: - Emporio Armani LEI - Victoria's Secret HEAVENLY - Christina Aguilera (clear bottle with black lace design) - KKW Kimoji VIBES - Demeter KITTEN FUR - Bath and Body Works LOVELY DREAMER If you enjoy any of those scents, I think you will like SUNRISE WOODS. Personally, I don't think it smells like BBW Twilight Woods... I think it smells closest to Armani LEI.

It smells of nothing to me- the few other reviews below say nothing of the sort so it could be my nose? To me this is the perfect bbw scent for someone sensitive to fragrance... i really & truly cannot smell a thing from cream to mist

Honestly, the 2023 smells like a very cheap dupe of Mojave ghost by byredo. A sweet fuzzy fruit that gives way to sandalwood. Obviously MG lasts much longer and smells better, but is waaaay overpriced.

This is a great fragrance from Bath and Body Works. I wear it with the matching lotion and body wash and I sometimes layer it with Eilish. I bought backups for this one.

I wanted to like this so much, but someone said it smells like applesauce - now it’s all I smell and I can’t stand it.
