Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin

The last time I smelled this I believe was 2018 or 19 and I fell in LOVE with it. I finally bought it in 2020, then I bought it again this year. Everyone is saying it smells different, but I still love it as much as the first time I ever smelled it. It's reminiscent to me of going to Grandma and Grandpa's house as a child in the good old days back in the 90's when things were a lot simpler. My Grandma always had some kind of cinnamon candles in their house. She also filled me up with lots of sweets. This transforms me back to a time when I felt safe and warm, and indeed makes me feel safe and warm. I also admire this because it is DIFFERENT and not your typical everyday white floral, boring bath and body works that they have been putting out the past few years. I have most of the fall collection because most of them smell unique and beautiful. And I LOVE all of their pumpkin-centric fragrances. I definitely try to only go buy some of their stuff when they are having a 5.50 sale ;).

This is one of my signature scents. It gets me compliments from people I walk past in the mall. It doesn’t smell like pumpkin pie, There is only a hint of warming cinnamon. The strongest note on me is Jasmine followed by raw pumpkin from the garden. It’s fruity and fresh. The clove, vanilla and cinnamon smell like a cup of expensive tea. It’s a fresh winter Jasmine that I adore. The raw pumpkin rides on the wings of the vanilla blending seemlessly with dear jasmine. Spicy cinnamon and clove add the flourish that sets it apart from other fragrances. Very much a niche scent. Happily it smells different on different people but always delicious. I’ve only been able to acquire the body mist but look forward to getting the perfume.

I love this scent so much! The initial scent is fruity apple and sweet pumpkin spice. The dry down is raw pumpkin and spicy ginger/cinnamon amber. For me, it envelopes the magic of October - the feeling of that first chilly night - the sweet flavors of autumn - brilliant orange leaves against bright blue skies... Unfortunately, the lasting power is awful compared to other B&BW mists. It's almost not worth purchasing because of that. People have commented that my car smells good after I've sprayed it on myself inside the car so there's that... Perhaps if they came out with an EDP of this scent it would be stronger and last longer? I'd love to try this as an actual perfume!

Oohhhh, what an understated scent!!! And I suppose niche lovers would look down at BBW, but do yourself a favor and try this. To me this is absolute LOVE, to eat your arm off. I would never dare use it as a room spray (lol), that should be a sin. This is supremely comforting and warm, especially for colder days. There is just a hint of spice, sweet cinnamon (instead of in-your-face spicy cinnamon) and gourmand pumpkin. Any gourmand lovers should try this! The longevity isn't great, but who cares, when you can just spray it again?

This is a Fall staple for me, thanks to my mom wearing it for many years, so it has the nostalgia factor that makes me love it even more. The pumpkin is almost bubblegummy; it's very sweet. I mostly get pumpkin and vanilla from this. It's very strong! There's a SLIGHT warm spiciness to it. This could be described as too sweet, depending on your taste. It is by no means gourmand, but the sweetness is powerful. Definitely an iconic scent that deserves its annual return.

The only complaint I could come up with for this scent is that it's not strong enough to scent the whole world for fall. This is probably my favorite cheapy scent I own. I'm angered over the fact they don't make an eau de toilette of this. I love this stuff. It's like a tradition for me. The very first brisk morning is when I use this. The lotion/cream is just as wonderful to me. I'd feel pain if this was discontinued.

I'm so glad they added this to the database! I've had this mist for a year now, and I just love it. I never knew there was rum in it until now. I really like how the pumpkin, cinnamon, and ginger all blend well together. I like to layer this with Vermont Honey Apple, I think they are really great together. I think Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin is best for the fall day & night. Overall I give this Mist a 10/10.

i have been OBSESSED with B&BW recently. all i really want is their body sprays. This is a delicious spicy, sweet scent!! it's a bit less sweet than Marshmallow Pumpkin latte, which i much preferred over this. Although, it's such a delicious scent. I can't get enough. Bath and Body works does Fall and Winter fragrances justice every time.

I really love this fragrance; it's absolutely perfect for the fall season! To me, it has this wonderful combination of a clean, soapy scent with a touch of sweetness that's just perfect. It's ideal for everyday wear and also great for those moments when you want to quickly throw something on. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this a try!

The first time I purchased this scent was in 2011. It was a warm and spicy scent.I absolutely loved it. So when BB&W put on the shelves for 2014 autumn/winter sales I was expecting the same strong and warm scent.Unfortunately, it is now a watered down mess. BB&W seems to be slipping when it comes to their scents of late.

This is literally the perfect scent for Fall. Smells just like a cinnamon pumpkin. When I think of Fall and what it would smell like, this would be it. Very cozy, fresh fall air, going to a pumpkin patch type of vibe with this perfume.

This is one of my favorite scents of all time and I especially like the body crème for the scent is fairly strong. I always have it on hand for it's comforting to me all year round. My dream perfume would smell just like this...*sigh*.

Really sweet pumpkin and cinnamon. More of a teen and young adult scent but great for the season of fall

DELICIOUS CINNAMON APPLE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Fall musky breeze with cinnamon and subtle peppery ginger. I've had this mist since 2021, it was always an interesting, unconventional scent to me, and the 2024 new packaging has the same scent, but it does not match the scent itself so I don't like that new packaging. It is misleading imo. Don't expect a warm gourmand scent by the baked goods on the bottle's packaging, by the pumpkin cinnamon notes or by the whipped vanilla note. It is similar to Crisp Morning Air but with intense cinnamon. I always disliked Crisp Morning Air due to the apple and heavy "fall breeze" musk overload smelling like plastic and fishy on me, like the wind indeed if I stay out for too long and my hair smells weird musky-fishy like the wind. So I detect the same musky almost like apple-musk breezy vein in this, but here it does not bother me because it's by the heirloom pumpkin and the possible musk in it (instead of apple) which gives this sweet starchy pumpkin scent since pumpkin is 60% starch and has a distinct starchy smell like squash or sweet potatoes. It is overall a soapy laundry type of fresh, slightly ozonic scent like a blue heirloom pumpkin would be - this part is blue/orange in my mind- and oddly paired with cinnamon-ginger. Fresh, but cinnamon infused, in a soft spicy way - that's the unexpected twist for such a musky breeze scent. The 'autumn cinnamon'- whipped vanilla blend smells slightly balsamic to me especially at the spicy opening when the cinnamon is warm and so realistic and it makes this refreshing soapy scent slightly solar so it adds some autumn warmth to it like the warm sun of the fall before the winter. The cinnamon compliments the musky sweet-potato type of pumpkin sweetness especially at the drydown when the cinnamon is milder not as spicy, but again the vein remains intensely soapy and musky-breezy on me from start to finish. That odd part took me some time to get used to. Imagine also the Sweater Weather mist as cooling and refreshing as it is (again as contradicting a cold-fresh scent is for the name "sweater weather"), but on the very soapy musky side and without intense apple and nothing tart, but with warm sweet cinnamon instead contrasting the soapy pumpkin smell and with some spicy fizzy ginger. I don't smell the peppery ginger right away, but it intensifies later in the opening and then it fades into the cinnamon after awhile. The ginger gives a fizzy almost minty scent to the cinnamon musky blend. Its base aside from the cinnamon, is closer to Crisp Morning Air than Sweater Weather though for sure. This fragrance brings to my mind nostalgic images of fall-time chores and laundry day out in the fall breeze as we did it in Europe back in the day (and depicted in the Martine/Lilica books by Marcel Marlier), when the sun is still smiling, but the air is more crisp and my kitchen smells like cinnamon-ginger herbal tea. I also love wearing it when I am out walking my dogs in the warm fall afternoon sun, as it is a scent that becomes one with the breeze. So the old 2021 metallic orange packaging with the warm golden-orange sun shining on pumpkins on a grassy field was more appropriate for this scent, and also the packaging featured on this page being a warm orange with some flowers. The soapy cinnamon smell tends to be heady to me in the heat, so I wear this mist when the temperature has dropped to 70-80. This mist always smelled quite contradicting and unexpected to me especially when at first the soapy musky breezy element is so intense and the cinnamon and ginger in the opening are more spicy and peppery, it seems like they collide, but they all morph into a softer breezy yet sweet, spicy aroma. I am not crazy about cinnamon in perfumes and especially paired with a cold, soapy vibe so this was a cacophony to me at first, but somehow it has become a beloved fragrance for late August and fall. My mom also always loved it, instantly, while for me it took some time to love it. I want to be as detailed as possible about my perception of it for those unfamiliar with the scent.

Personal: 6.5/10 – Cozy, spicy, and sweet, but a little too sugary and synthetic for me. Mass appeal: 8.5/10 – Pumpkin spice everything has a lot of fans. Performance: 4/10 – Short-lived, but that’s expected from a mist. Value: 8/10 – Affordable autumn vibes in a bottle, well worth the purchase. Uniqueness: 5/10 – Pumpkin spice scents are everywhere, but this one is simple and wearable. SCORE: 64/100 Full bottle buy? YES, seasonal and fun, worth having around in fall. Blind buy? YES, if you like pumpkin spice in general, you’ll like this. Recommend? YES, great for cozy autumn spritzing. Date night? NO, too sweet synthetic, plus it's kinda short lived, since it's a body mist. Office safe? YES, it’s light enough not to overwhelm, but smells like a synthetic Starbucks. Pros: Warm, cozy, autumnal. A true “pumpkin spice latte” in mist form at a great price. Cons: Very sweet, fleeting, and a little juvenile. Very synthetic. Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin is basically a PSL in a spray. It's definitely cozy and warm, with lots of sweet pumpkin and spice as the only notes that come across, but it's super synthetic and a bit cloying. Today, I received the concentrated room spray and quite gingerly pressed the nozzle. Why? I own 2 other B&BW room sprays for about 2 years: Bergamot Waters and Coconut Mahogany. Their smells are so potent, obtrusive and long-lasting 1 very short spritz is more than enough to cover a well-ventilated 9m square room. Otherwise, you end up suffocating and with a terrible headache! But Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin is the exact opposite: strength and projection are comparable with an ordinary EDT. Hardly stronger than their body mists! I went for a walk outside and once back home, 35 mins later, I couldn't smell anything anymore! Such a pity because the scent is yummy. Even though I can't identify for sure pumpkin, gingersnap or whipped cream, as promised by B&BW website. Nevertheless, I keep in mind notes may slightly vary from one product type to another. It smells pretty much like a cross between Speculoos cookies that went less heavy on brown sugar and galletas napolitanas. The aerosol can itself is a rich, autumny shade of pumpkin orange. The visuals and the scent in its own right (because not faithfully as described) are the main positives.

This scent is pretty bold actually. It's very sweet...very spicy...very warm/autumn-ey. It's not a quiet, subtle perfume. To me..it smells great, but it isn't something that I would want to smell like or something I would want to walk by someone else who is wearing it either. On the positive side though...this would be the PERFECT smell to smell when you walk into someone's house. For that reason, I'll be using it as a room spray for my house. That is the perfect purpose for this fragrance. Also to note..it lasts very well, especially for only being a body mist! The lotion lasts a good 4 hours on the skin (and projects farther than an average lotion does) and the body mist lasts a good 5 hours on the skin and 12+ hours on clothes! So if this is your type of scent you like to wear on yourself...it DEFF lasts incredibly long for as cheap as it is. So again...in terms of using it as a skin perfume...I will not be using it. It's alittle too sweet for my taste and heavy almost. But it's beautiful as a cozy, warm house scent. Scent Itself - 7/10 Projection - 8.5/10 Longevity - 8/10 Overall - 7/10

Sweet, warm, warm spicy, fresh, fruity, boozy, sensual, cozy, comforting On me this opens with a sweet and warm spicy cinnamon-y pumpkin and apple with a touch of spicy ginger. As it begins drying down the cinnamon and ginger become more prominent giving it an even more warm spicy fall feel. The dry down is absolutely beautiful! I get the warm and spicy cinnamon and ginger with a warm and boozy amber-y vanilla. The pumpkin and apple do linger throughout the wear, but they’re very soft by the time it dries down. This is such a fall staple for me! Admittedly, usually more as a home fragrance (something I make sure I have every fall), but occasionally I reach for my bottle of body mist. This is something to reach for when you’re really craving all of the fall vibes. I don’t own many pumpkin fragrances, but I do also own BBW Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte. I personally prefer that one over Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin, and would recommend getting that one if you’re looking for a pumpkin body fragrance (although I definitely recommend Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin for home fragrances!).

fresh pumpkin, cinnamon, fresh apples, vanilla. this scent transports me to a fall fair or a pumpkin patch. it is so sweet yet so spicy due to the cinnamon and even ginger? it smells very strongly like crispy autumn leaves to me as well. it is very nostalgic to me since i have been wearing it since my childhood, so i may be a bit biased. it takes me right back to those fall days raking leaves and carving pumpkins. so, so many memories attached to this fragrance mist. not a high-end fragrance by any means, but a bbw classic and a staple in my fall collection. it's also easy to layer under other fall perfumes as well. i just love how the cinnamon, pumpkin, apple, and vanilla notes combine to make a wonderful gourmand scent. will definitely be repurchasing. ♡💌

I got the most recent lotion and I have to say it's a much fresher scent than the name would suggest. I think this is due to the apple note which definitely noticable even in the lotion. The cinnamon and ginger are also noticable, but they're not obnoxiously in your face like they would be in a christmas fragrance. I also slightly get the pumpkin in the opening. It's a bit as if you've freshly cut into one.I would also describe it as a warm scent rather than an overtly sweet one. This is going to a pumpkin patch on a crisp and sunny autumn day, rather than enjoying a piece of pumpkin dessert at dinner. If you find that marshmallow pumpkin latte is too sweet for you, like I do, then you should get this instead.

(Sorry if there's any mistakes here! I usually don't talk english in my every day life haha) I like this scent. It's not my favorite but I like it. In the bottle, I can smell a warm spicy scent. I can agree that it's a little bit on the masculine side but it's not that bad. There's a touch of sweetness to it too but it's not overpowering. To me, this is a good fall scent. I don't know why, but each time i'm spraying it on me, it smell like a clean laundry with a bit of spicy in it?? Maybe because of my body chemistry. It doesn't smell bad though. This is okay so i'm wearing it once in a while! :)

I like this body spray but it doesn't last very long. I know most body sprays do not but this seems exceptionally low. The top notes are pumpkin, apple, and ginger which I smell immediately and throughout the longevity of the scent. The middle notes of cinnamon and jasmine are odd to me. I only detect the cinnamon and not the jasmine at all. The base notes of vanilla, amber, and rum are only slightly detectable on me. I was surprised to see the rum listed as the base note because I LOVE when it’s in fragrances, in fact it’s usually in my favorite fragrances. I could not smell it here though.

I don't typically like pumpkin scents, but this one fits the bill with the delicious cinnamon combo! I layer on the lotion first as a base and then spray this generously. It's my casual Friday scent at the office during October.

Not as spicy or as pumpkin as I would like and very floral, no depth and gone minutes after it is sprayed, like scented water; future wearings it really is a spiced apple, barely. Hardly.

I have the body cream and it smells like bubblegum with a hint of carrot cake? Definitely not getting any pumpkin. Not unpleasant by any means, just... confusing lol

I got the 2023 version that was released exclusively online...so far I'm not getting any gourmand vibes with this one. It honestly reminds me of Ivory Cashmere, in terms of scent. It's very fresh pumpkin/apple scent. No vanilla at all sadly :( If you enjoy fresh scents, this year's version will be a winner for you. As for the gourmand girlies, this isn't for us It's not a bad scent, just not what I expected. I can see myself wearing this all-year round. A good scent for running errands as well.

I’m not really a fan of it because it reminds me of the cinnamon candles and room sprays. I tried giving it to my aunt but she also said no. So now I am using it as a room spray. It is not bad though, just not the type of scent I would spray on myself. It is a blind buy along with Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte. But I much prefer the latter more.

Classic and nostalgic. I remember it smelling so good as a kid but smelling it now, it smells so fruity like an orange? It doesn’t smell like cinnamon at all, it smells like ginger, amber and oranges. I’m devastated

I find this smell to be strong in a way that can easily be headache inducing. It smells pleasant but not great to me. I much prefer their marshmallow pumpkin Latte smell

Wow, okay, I'm pissed off. I originally gave this a good rating because I bought the room spray which smelled like delicious cinnamon which then led me to blind buy the body lotion the body mist and the body wash and I can't believe how different the room spray smells to the other three products it just smells like fucking apple!!! Suave green apple kids body wash...disapointed, though i love the room spray and wll continue using that one

Oh my I usually love cinnamon scents but not this one. Even though this scent isn't long lasting I can't take the overly strong cinnamon & spice scent,I wish it was a little toned down. I passed my mini bottle to my mom and she loves it. *I do like this scent in the bodywash though.

I tend to agree, this is pungent, extremely synthetic cinnamon. I'd rather it be limited to a candle or room spray than personal fragrance. I don't mind it in the air, but I wouldn't wear it.

This reminded me a little of bug spray and also has a sharpness to it that I just didn't enjoy. I tolerated it, but it definitely wasn't my favorite scent.

This perfume is terrible. Like absolutely awful. It smells like a liquid candle in the worst way. It’s just sweet there nothing more to it no musk no spicy no nothing. Also the juice is orange so i saw once you spray it more then twice it stains your skin. Migraine inducing. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Ugh. Blind buy based on reviews, I don't know what scent was being described but it's not what I got. Smells like pumpkin puree and suave shampoo. No spice, no warmth, total scrubber.

A beautiful fragrance and perfectly suited to this time of year Thanksgiving/December/the holidays/Christmas/New Years. It's a party perfume and a decidedly gourmand scent. Smells of sweet stuff pumpkin cinnamon apple vanilla and amber. Can't beat that. It's almost too much. So it's best used as a room spray or fragrance for the home. I spray it in the air walk under it and fill a room with it so that when I have guests during Christmas parties they can catch whiffs of this delicious scent. Opens with a green apple which doesn't last before turning into a very sweet pumpkin pie smell. Apple pie pumpkin pie on a table. Help yourself. There's cinnamon and vanilla and a light white floral touch but it's all about the delicious spicy cinnamon. This is unisex as well as none of the notes express either masculine or feminine traits. When dry it's a vanilla but a simple and ordinary vanilla which is common to many Bath & Body Works frags. If you're a guy or gal that likes pumpkin cinnamon vanilla and gourmands this is a good fragrance to wet your appetite. Love this holiday fragrance Merry Christmas

Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin: I own the wash, body cream, and mist. Imagine putting Big Red gum (for those who don’t know, Big Red gum is a cinnamon gum) in your mouth with Double Bubble Bubble Gum after you have slurped on a cream soda. Fun and seasonal but nothing serious. It is isn’t beautiful but it is fun, bouncy, sweet, and enjoyable. If you expecting sexy irresistible gourmand, look elsewhere. Wear it with your denim overalls and enjoy that fall season. I like it isn’t a cookie or bakery type of vanilla so if you get really hot (it is October 8 and still 74 degrees and I sweat in the sun or if I am walking) this won’t turn into a sickeningly off milk scent like the Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte will.

For the new generation of gourmand lovers, the dessert lovers, sweet all the time.... don't even bother lol. That's definitely not this. No sugar, no pumpkin pie, nothing "delicious" This is going to appeal to the millenials who remember a time before the gourmand tsunami (which you know what, BBW excels at, and I buy too, I'm not hating!). It's a slightly fruity, nostalgic breeze that has a lot of fresh apple, a tiny bit of spice, and a slightly warm hard to pin down scent that is the "pumpkin". It's easy to wear and I would definitely say light compared to what we expect of traditional autumn scents. It's a simple scent from a simpler time. You can usually get it for 6$ on promotion. Win/ win.

OThis is my first review here, I wanted to start with this body spray and also the lotion. I never knew one of the notes was rum...is that something new? I have an older bottle and it doesn't mention rum. When I first smelled this from the bottle I loved how pretty it smelled. Spicy and sweet, then after I bought it I put it on and got this awful overpowering clove smell, I was sure I'd never wear it again. But after about an hour or so the pretty smell from the bottle came back! I love to wear it in Autumn just for the dry down. And it lasts quite a while, the smell just wafts in front of you from time to time. Very comforting.

AWFUL. I was very excited to try this as I loved the "Pumpkin Pie" candle. So I wanted to try other scents from the fall-autumn collection and I've blindly purchased the lotion of this on the eBay. Well I am really NOT happy about this. It smells anything like pumpkin, sweet cinnamon or vanilla. I am shocked. All I get is an awful generic plasticky "berry" smell. All they did was to name this with a cool title and a nice sticker. Also this smell is not a "fall smell" at all. With an icecream/bubble gum sticker and another title it can be marketed as a spring scent.... It slightly reminds me of Australian Gold sun tan lotion...

I do actually love this scent a lot, l have discovered it only a few days ago and l have been wearing it every day since. It's not a very sweet pumpkin scent on me only a little bit but l do get an apple, ginger, cinnamon and a pumpkin note with a little bit vanilla and maybe some clove note Not to spicy not to sweet and a little bit fruity from an apple, l am so surprised that l actually like it that much as l usually go for more sweet, vanilla and a gourmand scent. I think l may repurchase it

Reminds me of Dior Addict in its opening. I have the 2021 version of this and the 2014 formulation of Dior Addict and they are a bit similar in the opening to my nose. Dior Addict of course has more depth to it but the spices of both are quite similar to me and both of their jasmine leans more towards clean and soapy. This is one of my favorites out of all the BBW mists I own because this veers away from the typical fruity fresh and gourmand territory.

This smells really awful to me, had I not known the name I wouldn’t be able to tell what this was supposed to be. It reminds me of some cheap vanilla scent I’ve smelled as a child but very medicinal. I don’t smell any cinnamon at all, no ginger either. It sort of smells like fresh pumpkin, a vegetable-y fragrance which I’m not fond of. White pumpkin & chai is a much better option

Would I wear this spray alone ... no but great for layering. I needed a cinnamon fragrance to layer with my fall/winter and apple perfumes and body sprays. This is a cheaper alternative than buying a cinnamon perfume like angels share ! The ginger is strong in this fragrance.
