Sweet Pea

I feel like this is a universal scent that almost anyone could like—leaning more towards the fresh and clean side, yet with a sweet undertone. sweet pea, it doesn't really smell much like fruit, but definitely sweet. It's a bit hard to describe this scent, because I wouldn't say it smells entirely like flowers, but more so just..fresh and sweet. It smells soo good, kind of like stepping out of a shower and all of your products were floral scented. It's timeless and will definitely make you smell like you just came out of the shower. I never really paid much attention to this scent until my sister started using it more, and I wanted to remind myself of her when she's not there. definitely a comforting scent for me. I really do like this scent, and it's a daily body mist for me! I pair it with my floral perfume or sometimes bubble bath from Maison Margiela, and it makes me smell like such a clean girl, I love it :3 This scent could be worn in any season, though it does seem more like a spring season to me! However, I also could see this scent being a winter scent oddly? It smells so fresh and clean, in a cold way. like, if you were to step out of your doorstep in a hoodie, jeans, some warm shoes, and you just smell like shower fresh, clean, sweetness. I think that kind of encapsulates the feeling of crisp sweetness, and I love it. It's also pretty long-lasting, which is perfect if you want to capture that fresh smell. i have the body mist and body cream, and I must say that layering them is a powerful combo if you decide to be a clean girl for a day. I feel like this scent is just objectively GOOD. Like anyone could like it in some aspects. i recommend this if you really want to go for that clean, fresh, and sweet scent. it smells so good! ^3^ 9/10

I really like Sweet Pea! It’s a very soapy, fresh, girly scent that makes it a super easy reach :) To me, it comes across as almost aldehydic because it’s so soapy. To me, the pear note is very crisp and sparkly which is what I think reads to me as aldehydic. The raspberry is super sweet, tart, and fresh. The musk and floral notes combined with the tart fruits is what makes it so soapy, I think. Overall, it’s super sweet, soft, fresh, and girly :) I think it’s a great spring and summer scent because of the light florals and how fresh it is, but I love wearing this year round! Since it’s so soapy, it’s a great every day scent for any season. I love layering it with the EOS Fresh & Cozy lotion during the day. It feels very comfy and casual, and a little bit nostalgic which I love!

When the old listing for Sweet Pea was replaced with this one, for some reason they used Pea as a note. However, I suspect that should be Sweet Pea (the flower, not the legume part of the plant), as it was in the old listing. My bottle from 2016 is a light and fun fragrance, mostly fruity with a touch of floral, and a less artificial vibe than most fragrance mists. It was associated with the following notes list: "sweet pea, raspberry, freesia, plumtree, peony, pear, tayberry, black currant." I have not tested more recent bottles, so I can't say whether there has been a reformulation of Sweet Pea in particular. I have noticed that recently there has been a trend of Bath & Body Works simplifying their notes lists.

Personally for me I love shampoo smelling body mists because who doesn’t want to smell clean? Since that’s vague, I’ll say it smells like a fruity, flirty faintly floral fragrance. This is something you can wear everyday, most people will not be offended by this as it’s pretty basic. But still a very unique and nostalgic scent. I didn't grow up with an interest in this brand so I was unfamiliar with their scents, but I heard this one was an icon, so I grabbed it for $5 on their online summer sale. Initially, I wasn't horribly impressed, but the longer I've owned this, the more I've grown to love it. So fresh, floral and girly. I have 30 "real" perfume bottles and to me this isn't basic. I use this before bed and at the gym.
