Tropidelic

I now own the fine fragrance mist, perfume, shimmer mist, and the shampoo and conditioner. In the next sale I will invest in some lotions. The most beautiful form of this is the body butter and the perfume. I love this scent but strangely enough, the fine fragrance mist when smelled from the bottle smells like it has a base of Fairytale (which I am not the biggest fan of Fairytale; I gave my fairytale products away.) the fine fragrance mist does morph into a more tropical scent on skin when layered with the body butter but the perfume is better and keeps the most original scent of tropidelic. My review I left on the perfume version: Tropidelic: Intensely beautiful. I have shapeshifted into a female tiger in heat. I am queen of the rainforest and and I prowl among tufts of tiger lily flowers where I shapeshift back into an elegant woman adorned in a gown of tiger and leopard skins and a crown of peacock feathers. That is how this fragrance makes me feel. I bought a body cream, shampoo, and conditioner blindly when BBW had $5.95 sale and regret not purchasing the entire line.

I am absolutely obsessed with this scent! I cant believe there are people who are not a fan, because this is beautiful. I kept reading reviews about this smelling like coconut so I passed up on this scent until today when I picked it up at the SAS sale which I am so happy I did! I even got the lotion to match. This is such a beautiful and cozy summer scent! I love how powdery and musky it gets in the dry down. You can smell all the notes listed they are blended together so well into this gorgeous, sexy scent! I bought myself 3 sets of the body mist & lotion and 2 perfumes since it will be discontinued before people mark up the price.

One of my all-time favorite fragrances! I have heard that is is similar to Flowerbomb Tiger Lily by Viktor and Rolf, and I do get a slight similarity, but Tropidelic surpasses FB Tiger Lily by miles and miles. I actually do not like Flowerbomb Tiger Lily by Viktor and Rolf, yet I am obsessed with Tropidelic which could be explained by the ylang ylang possibly?? I find the notes so well balanced. There is nothing quite like it. Just beautiful, imo. .It's a great beach, summer scent, but it could be worn year round. I cannot get enough of this beautiful scent!

I’m not big on florals at all, I’m a person who has like zero floral scents in their collection, but I can say I’m a big fan of Tropidelic. I love the ylang ylang note and can also pick up on rainforest vibes. When I smell this it reminds me of something a 70s rock star like Janis Joplin would wear. It’s mature, but not old lady mature. This would be beautiful to wear to formal settings, yet also can be very versatile and is perfect for casual.

This is a very thick, dense, creamy tropical floral perfume. If you have ever smelled Plumeria flower, the combination of notes smells very similar to that. Coconut is not listed, but it smells like there is coconut in here. It quite literally smells like a lush rainforest garden. It's on the stronger side for a fragrance mist, lasting about 4 hours before I feel like I need to re-apply. My boyfriend LOVES this one on me.

I get why some people may find it generic, but to me it smells very lovely and feminine. It’s floral but not the department store floral, definitely very tropical and almost steamy from the rain accord. Beware of summer walks in nature when wearing this, you might attract a kaleidoscope of butterflies! (yeah it actually happened to me 😭😭 which honestly can’t complain about, felt like a fairy)

My favourite B&BW scent. This scent defined summer 2024 for me and means a lot to me. it's like a seductive tropical scent without being too much. It's what I imagined Versace Crystal Noir to smell like, but this is so much better. Affordable compliment getter. I do hope B&BW brings this one back.

This is ALMOST a dead on dupe for OUAI St. Barts without the burning plastic smell. This one is obviously more floral than fruity. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I like the B&BW version better.

Imagine the fresh / aquaticness of Fresh Gardenia / Gardenia + Fresh Rain by BBW but instead of a gardenia white floral its a tropical ylang ylang/ passionflower with that same fresh rain smell.

To me this smells very similar to Do Son by Diptyque. Very enjoyable and yellow floral, which leans more white to my nose. I'm impressed, BB&W is getting smarter about their scents.

so enchanting and smells exactly like indian tuberoses (rajnigandha) i dont know why is it not listed. but its a wet, dampy floral scent so so goof

I LOVE THE YELLOW FLORALS IN THIS!!! This is by far one of my favorite B&BW mists!

I like how this smells, coming from someone who isn't too big on floral scents, this is nice! It smells a little more on the expensive side, although I got it for so cheap during the BBW semi-annual sale for only $6. It reminds me of designer and high-end perfumes, so I can see this being worn at formal gatherings and also casual ones. It opens very sweet with some beautiful floral notes, I can also smell some fruitiness to it as well but dries down super gorgeous and not as in-your-face sweet, more calm, mature, and melodic. I also get a strong hit of the rain notes in this fragrance which I like, it blends amazingly with the ylang-ylang. It's attractive, perfect for summer, and definitely worth the grab imo

This fragrance has impressive lasting power and radiates rather well for being a body mist. I pick up floral notes and notes of coconut quite strongly but not in the cheap, basic summer fragrance sense, but rather in a classy way. This perfume is great for young women who are comfortable with scents that radiate maturity and confidence. That being said, it is definitely not your typical “old lady” fragrance, but also it’s far from your middle schooler overly fruity, sweet, and artificial fragrance. It’s the perfect balance for any summer occasion, from a trip to the grocery store to a fancy seaside dinner. If you snag it for just 6 bucks like I did, you won’t be disappointed.

True to its name, reminds me of a forest during heavy summer rains. This is doubly true for the shower gel. Something very fresh and calming about it. It’s not “feminine” or “masculine”, but something grounded and sensory. If you like the smell of the earth after a rain shower, this will be right up your alley. The shower gel for this was the only bath and body works bottle that I have ever managed to use up completely. I really hope they bring it back soon. ☔️🍃☔️

The longer I sit with this the less special it feels. Still a nice fragrance to toss on for the summer though it has significantly less depth than Fresh Jungle Rain which I bought a year or two before and I have to say between the two I like this one less. I will say I smell this on people from time to time so the dna is unique enough to stand out to those who have smelled it, but I won't be repurchasing.

Digging the idea and it's a lovely, very tropical scent. Just not for me. Smells exactly like plumeria/frangipani blossoms (I'm fortunate to have nearby) with extra coconut. I don't get any of the notes listed. Design: Why the heck would they choose multicolored lilies for the design instead of the incredibly rad-looking passionflower that's even a note...?
