Vampire Blood Diamond Shimmer

me and b&bw have a love-hate relationship, but this fragrance is amazing! it doesn't really fit the whole vampire theme, though.. lol. it's very sweet, but not in the intoxicating way. the notes are nice and simple, so they don't clash with each other and give me a headache.... overall, doesn't really fit the theme of the fragrance, but smells wonderful! highly recommend :-)

Someone on youtube pointed out that this smells like Sweetish Fish gummies and now I cannot unsmell it! It's so yummy and fruity! So glad I got this! Highly recommend!

Maybe it's simply because I envision blood as being red, and not purple-y/plummy...but this struck me more as a thick jammy strawberry sort of scent rather than plum. It's a little on the dense side, and I think it's definitely more autumnal than *summery*, so it feels congruent with the label. I don't personally have this but I've smelled pocketbacs, candles and soaps in this scent via family members. I've not smelled this diamond mist...but I actually don't care for the diamond mists because; 1 - I don't want to be shimmery, and 2 - they always seem somehow slightly diluted when compared with normal FFM...which are weak enough as it is. My kids have a couple and they're not worth it. I recommend just getting standard sprays. This is an extremely basic fruity sort of fragrance, and incredibly mass appealing. I do love synthetic strawberry though, and enjoyed this at every occasion. The packaging is always quite cute and it makes for a nice gift item. (Cross posted to both entries.)

One of my first BBW body mists. Bought this specific version from a local reseller because the chonky red bat on the packaging looks so freaking cute. Thought it would smell cheap and cloying but it's actually good? Opening smells fruity, a little tart, then dries down to a sweet floral scent which I assume is jasmine. I can see myself using it often this summer and maybe refill the bottle with the no shimmer version once it's empty.
