Really really enjoy this!! It smells like a coffee candle I made at my local candle shop once. Smelling the nozzle it kinda smells like Merry Cookie or Happy Bday by BBW which I REALLY disliked, but once I sprayed it the espresso note really comes through. It's a super sweet creamy coffee that smells straight out of Starbucks. I've seen some bad reviews (like the one below) that says it smells too boozy but I don't think it's that strong especially once it's on skin. It kinda smells a bit like tiramisu to me!! Longevity is great too :) I got it the day that bbw body products were ALL 5.95 so AMAZING value! I love how sales happen so often lol edit: after wearing it for a while i somehow have fallen even more in love with it? it doesn't smell like brown sugar boba tea really, but the way that the coffee & hazelnut are juxtaposed into the fragrance REALLY is giving brown sugar boba tea energy.... i am now extremely interested in amore caffe. the first couple minutes of it r definitely coffee heaven, but it quickly dries down into a beautiful warm vanilla (very warm vanilla sugar-esque). i love it!

is this really a body spray? this lasts longer than some EDPs i have. 5/5 banger from BBW, probably the most longest lasting scent i have from there. i sprayed it on my forearm and i still smell it a day later. smell is a very milky, but strong hazelnut cappuccino. got it for six bucks because of the sale. you could straight up eat this spray, they really nailed the gourmand notes. next sale if i have money im buying 2 of these just so that im stocked up for the next 4-5 years. purely for longevity and simplicity alone, it can replace a lot of vanilla perfumes on the market today. do not wear this in the summer dear lord. i wouldnt wear it above 65-70 degrees

I'm ALL fa a caramel fragrance! I already own a spray! I got a body cream fa gratis! As well as "Rich Espresso" spray! From the "Aromatherapy" collection! I put "Vanilla Cafe" body cream on! Applied it ta ma left arm! Sprayed "Rich Espresso" on top! I think I did sum y'all! Cause I LOVEEE how they smell combined! I think both will smell EVEN betta! Wit "Vanilla Cafe" spray! As well as OG "Good Girl" perfume! Cause each one of these products has coffee! Gimme 14 of "Vanilla Cafe"! ASAP!🤭🥰💓

i LOVE this!! its not too coffee heavy as someone who doesnt usually gravitate to coffee scents. this is just delicous. starts off with the vanilla hazelnut and coffee. very creamy but the coffee is a little more noticable in the beginning as it dries down it turns into a vanilla/ caramel with a little tad bit of nuttiness? its just delicious. i have been getting compliments back to back when wearing this. its so good. and the longevity is perfect. lasts hours and i can smell whiffs of it lingering on me. perfect for fall and winter! i want the whole set. everything in the vanilla cafe collection smells so good to me

a delicous vanilla hazelnut latte! tested this in store today... and oh man, i am so impressed. opening starts off with a blast of vanilla, similar to the vanilla in vanilla romance. as the alcohol dries off the scent begins to transform into a smooth, sweet, coffee scent! then the hazelnut starts to twirl in the background, making the scent more nutty smelling (sort of the same nuttiness i get from pistachio glaze). the full dry down smells like a semi-bitter vanilla hazelnut latte. reminds of walking into a cafe during october. i will get myself a bottle and lotion when there is a body care sale! 10/10!

Oh my goodness. This is a beautiful fragrance. I wasn't sure what to expect, because I am not a huge fan of fragrances with a coffee note. Example, I loathed Vanilla Mocha Martini. But, this one piqued my interest with the hazelnut. It did not disappoint. I like wearing the body butter and body mist with my eos vanilla cashmere. Very comfy & cozy. PS~ I am not a fan of Christmas Cookies, Hot Cocoa and Cream, Coconut Cream Pie, Snickerdoodle and I already mentioned Vanilla Mocha Martini. I adore Vanilla Cafe, Warm Vanilla Sugar, Molten Caramel, Choco Musk and Cheirosa 71. I hope my review helps.

I was so curious as to what this would smell like! There's a nice coffee liqueur note, as other reviewers have mentioned, and I also get the "White Russian" vibe like VanillaCupcakeLover said below. There's a nice creaminess to it, and the base has something I think is amberwood or ambroxan. I do pick up the hazelnut with a nuttiness in the sillage which gives it a "hazelnut coffee" slant and makes this coffee scent special . This would layer well with other vanilla, gourmands coffee or hazelnut scents. I will likely try to layer it to bring out the nutty or coffee notes. Love it. Enjoy!

This is crazy good! I have it in the edp, body mist and body cream. All smell amazing. So much coffee, hazelnut and vanilla. That hazelnut note really makes it spectacular for me. My all time favorite scent of BBW was Toasted Hazelnut. I'm shocked they never brought it back. While Vanilla Cafe is way stronger, that hazelnut note brought back so much nostalgia for me. The body cream works so great with my other gourmands like Montale Chocolate Greedy and Comptoir Sud Pacifique Amour de Cacao. And it really amps up Jo Malone's Ginger Biscuit. Vanilla. Cafe is a big hit for me!

this is my girlfriends signature scent that i bought for her and it smells so so good! very heavy on the vanilla coffee note, almost like a latte. it honestly smells like walking into a dutch bros or starbucks in the winter time. also with some caramel notes. i personally dont find the hazelnut note very heavy, but its strong enough that you can smell it with the dry down. its a very sweet, almost sort of lactonic creamy vanilla. i have considered buying it for myself multiple times so that i could spray it to smell her when i miss her 😅😅

This is sexy! My beloved bought this for me as a holiday gift, and it s a very tasteful vanilla-coffee fragrance with a hint of hazelnut. Gourmand in a way you could almost eat. I understand why some folks believe Vanilla Cafe to lean more feminine, but if you're a younger gentleman out there, you really can't go wrong with something sweet like this- especially for date night. Longevity is surprisingly nice for a body mist, and it comes in an eight ounce bottle so you have no reason not to apply throughout the day or overspray.

This is soooo good! I may be a little biased because I love coffee scents but this is just the most perfect fall scent. Reminds me of a chilly morning with a cup of coffee and a good book. Edit: After wearing all day I can confidently say this is one of the longest lasting bath & body mists ever made. I could literally smell it all day. My boyfriend is so obsessed with it he made me promise I'll only wear it when I'm around him and he's buying me the EDP lol. I can't even express in words how good this is!

This is a more weekend, travel leisure casual vibe expresso coffee, vanilla and hazelnut gormand fragrance, rather than a serious casual business daytime fragrance. It lends itself to indoor and outdoor sightseeing, where you may stop by a bakery Cafe and enjoy a coffee, sandwich or doughnut, while taking a restful moment to sit down, glance at others passing by, check for phone messages, or plan your next adventure or shopping trip. I have to be confident of my leisure plans and not over spray this one.

I have been looking for a sweet gourmand coffee scent FOREVER and haven’t found one...until now. They’re usually too bitter for me. But this is the photorealistic latte scent of my dreams! It’s smooth, creamy, and just sweet enough. I found the body spray and body cream during the semi-annual sale for just under $5 each. Sadly the body spray lasts like 20 minutes on me but for such a great deal I don’t care a whole lot. I just learned there’s an EDP version out there so I will be hunting that down too!

I hated this the first time I sampled it in store but it later became one of my favorite scents. The opening is a very strong overwhelming coffee note, however the dry down is sooooooo good. The coffee note quickly gets less obnoxious and evens out with the vanilla and becomes this almost chocolatey hazelnut vanilla latte. I love layering with other gourmond scents to give them a chocolate undertone. My go to during Christmas season was layering with BBW peppermint bark.

B&BW really did their big one with this!! It smells like a Lattafa Khamrah dupe. Same coffee boozy smell but better. It’s as if vanilla chocolate and coffee beans had a baby. I would only ever wear this during the fall & winter. It literally smells like Lattafa khamrah without the beer smell, and I literally hated khamrah but this smells so much better. It has amazing longetivety. One spray is enough, if you spray too much then it becomes offensive.

It smells SOOOO good I cannot stop sniffing it. It smells like a cafe during the fall, like a beautiful rich coffee with a bit of milk and hazelnut as well. It's so sweet and gourmand and it was literally what I was looking for for so loooongg Edit: I love this butttt I lost that milky note, it's what I imagine black coffee w some hazelnut in there to smell like. I will layer w a more creamy scent to make it more gourmand that I like but sooo yummy

Omg I am so so in love with this body spray! It's a mildly sweet, creamy coffee scent, mixed with a nice hazelnut scent, and they blend beautifully together. I always find myself reaching for the lotion and body spray. Obviously, Bath and Body Works products do not last the longest, so I also find myself reapplying them. I am on the hunt for a perfume that smells like this because I love this scent so much!

Smelled this in store and instantly thought of Skylar Vanilla Sky - it's definitely nuttier, but it has the same warm, rich caramel vanilla latte vibe. Feels like a cozy fall/winter day spent curled up in a fluffy blanket. I LOVE vanilla sky so this was a no brainer for me - I'm gonna buy the whole line of products so I can layer them! Hands down one of the best scents that BBW has come out with.

So cozy and yummy. I used to be a hater of anything vanilla from bath and body works until i smelled this mist. Delicious nutty vanilla latte scent, doesn't give that synthetic cloying vanilla vibe. Sure, the coffee note is practically non-existent, but I don't even mind. Good to wear alone or with rich espresso. The best gourmand vanilla body mist imo

They really should have named this hazelnut cafe vs. vanilla cafe, but with that being said, it is really pleasant! It isn't artificial or candle-like and smells like walking into your favorite local coffee shop. This will be a fun scent to layer with other gourmands. ** Update 9/2/25 - This also pairs great with BBW's Midnight Addiction!

genuinely the perfect coffee scent if you prefer sweeter coffee. i've always loved the smell of coffee since i was a child and this just HITS it on the mark for me. like just, wow?? i prefer the lotion which seems to stick foreveerrrrrrr (without the scent changing too much either, a personal plus to me) but the spray is just as good!!

This fragrance is one of my favorites from B&BW. It lasts long for a body spray, I would say 2.5 hours. but longer if you layer it with the lotion. It's strong in projection. I highly suggest trying this fragrance if you typically like coffee notes/hazelnut. The lotion smells amazing as well and my bf loves when I wear this scent.

I got the edp version and it smells exactly like hazelnut coffee. The coffee is intence for a little while then it fades. On the drydown I do smell a bit of popcorn lol It's good though. It won't become a signature scent because I know it will be discontinued soon because that's what bath and bodie works does.

i love this scent, it really does smell like a vanilla latte. it lasts shockingly long for a body spray! coffee scent starts out strong but the vanilla becomes more prominent as it fades. it all smells great throughout though. would totally grab if you need a simple, but cozy and really nice scent

I've bought multiple of the EDP (the small and large bottles) because it might be my fav scent of all time and is definitely my favorite from BBW. It's linear and straight gourmand--just a sweet, creamy, cozy cup of hazelnut latte. It's really good. I'll be really sad when I run out. #yum

I spirt some on 3 hours ago and last minute had to do do yard work in the sun. It's still is lasting strong after being a lil gross. For a lil less than 20$ it's a great steal. Very long lasting and concentrated so 2 sprits behind ears and neck is more than enough for the day.

This! It's sooo good. It reminds me a bit of Christmas Cookies with Coffee. I can smell the Hazelnut but it seems like there is some kind of caramel. Anyways that's such a beautiful fragrance, perfect for Autumn, very cozy, somewhat sexy also, just overall done perfectly.

Unapologetically Autumn-coded. Smells like coffee and vanilla, dries down woody and like the smell of fall in the Pacific Northwest. Wet leaves, wood and a little bit of synthetic oakmoss? Sampled today, I have never bought a bath and body works scent so fast...

smells EXTREMELY similar to vanilla mocha martini. strong espresso, coffee scent, warm and hazelnutty. soo delicious. very sweet and a twinge of pepper. i think it lasts surprisingly long for a b&bw scent! perfect for autumn or winter

It's nutty, and sweet coffee/French vanilla. And I love that there's some heft to the scent. It's not fleeting and weak. There's a sticky sweet coffee scent that's warm. Love this. It's gorgeous and classy and yet - gourmand.

Hear me out.. get vanilla cafe and midnight addiction end it with black opium and thank me later. This will have people smell the air where you been. This is so a fall and winter combination. Enjoy smelling good

Strong coffee scent. Smells like my home in the morning when the coffee is brewing. Not sure if I like it as a body scent but purchased it during the semi annual sale for 2.73/ body creme.

Super nice and cozy. Vanilla Cafe smells exactly like caramel, hazelnuts, and coffee, however it starts to smell a little like hairspray after a while. Its perfect for fall and winter.

Lasts longer than most b&bw mists,and smells SO good. Warm,creamy,sweet espresso swirled with milky vanilla. I wear it with the matching lotion and also vanilla cashmere lotion

I have the EDP version, and its soooo good! If you take Sticky Dates+Escapade Gourmande+Amore Cafe = Vanilla Cafe. Its so addictive and realistic coffee scent.

The perfect nutty fall scent that I was looking for! Like when I say nutty it's rich and vibrant, and very scarily close-smelling to a real latte.

Sweet, coffee, vanilla, nutty, woody, powdery, sensual, dreamy, delightful, alluring, tempting, inviting, cozy, comforting A photorealistic vanilla latte scent! This is what my house smells like whenever I’m brewing coffee, except this is sweeter and more nutty since it has vanilla and hazelnut too. The coffee note is rich, earthy, and very prominent. The dry down is super nice. The coffee note softens, and it becomes more sweet and creamy. This feels more feminine to me, but I do think it could be considered somewhat unisex This is definitely best suited for the colder weather of fall and winter. This is somewhat similar to Skylar Vanilla Sky, especially during the dry down. I finally got this during the SAS (as well as Vanilla Ease and Moonlit Goddess) in the mist and lotion, and get excellent performance when using them together. This performs great, especially for a mist! It lasts 6+ hours on my skin. The projection is moderate, about an arm’s length from me. For reference, some of my favorite BBW fragrances include Coco Paradise, At the Beach, Beach Nights, Boardwalk Marshmallow Clouds, Whipped Honey & Vanilla, Forever Sunshine, Cashmere Glow, Fireside Flurries, Bonfire Bash, Pistachio Glaze, Cozy Vanilla Bourbon, Vanilla Romance, Fresh Vanilla Blossoms, Sparkling Snowdrop, Moonlit Goddess, Vanilla Bean Noel, Almond Blossom, Rice Flower & Shea As a side note, I used to have a Yankee Candle that smelled very similar to this.

seems like it's just me getting this vibe, but this feels like it could be a body mist version or coffee flanker to bianco latte. not a dupe by any means, but they share that heavy coumarin note that bianco latte and all its dupes are known for. it opens with a very strong espresso and hazelnut note along with some woodsy notes that remind me a bit of the original vanilla romance, but it settles into this creamy, nutty, slightly caramelized scent with a hint of bitter coffee. for me, such a strong coffee note is a little hard for me to want to wear often, but the scent is beautiful nonetheless. if you're a true gourmand lover and a coffee scent lover, i can't imagine you disliking this. plus, performance wise, the entire vanilla line is much better performing than a lot of b&bw's other scents, and this is one of the strongest of the three.

ok im glad all the reviews are saying the same thing bc i truly thought i was going crazy. the bottle i got smells SO different from the one i tried at the store????? there's this strong liquor-y boozy smell that never seems to go away which is so strange because the tester bottle smelled normal (coffee opening note, resolves into hazelnut and vanilla). i don't know if i just forgot how it smelled like or if the weather is still too hot or if i just got a bad batch. i once put this on before going to sleep and i could smell it on my WRISTS the day after in my 10am class even though i applied a completely different perfume on top. i can't tell if i like this or not but i will have to layer it with a sweeter gourmand (al rehab french coffee probably) and keep it for the colder months otherwise its going to knock me out

Nobody is lying when they say this is STRONG. I have the EDP and wow! I bought this thinking it would be more vanilla forward but it's very much coffee and hazelnut forward. Slightly synthetic to my nose but others around me says it smells like a fresh cappuccino. For sure a fragrance reserved for very cold weather for me, I do enjoy it but it took some getting used to as my expectations were completely thrown off. Don't think I'd buy again because it cost me like 60 bucks (I have a very tight budget now when it comes to fragrances) but it's definitely going to be fun while it lasts!

I have the body cream, the large edp fragrance and travel size and I really like the smell of the body cream the most, to me, it smells boozy and creamy on my skin, all notes can be smelled on my skin and it smells amazing I get compliments like crazy and when layerd together or body cream alone last over 10 hours over night on my skin. I surely hope this comes back yearly because its quickly becoming a favorite of mine thats perfect for when u want to feel cozy especially during cool or cold weather. Get it now its for everyone 😆

At first, I didn't really like this fragrance. I sprayed it on my arm and I got notes of faux coffee and vanilla wax from an unburned candle. I've tried this a few times and it always smells different. The scent ranges from cheap vanilla candle wax, to a toasty, warm, and creamy latte. It all depends on how it mixes with my body chemistry that day. On clothes the scent is always the same. A soft, warm, and creamy latte. Very light beautiful scent. It's something cozy.
