Vanilla Confetti Sparkle

Essentially Confetti Cake Pop repackaged but a smidge less yeasty, it really does smell like a white buttercream cake pop. I’m usually iffy about coconut (which isn’t listed as a note but is present here) but it’s a gourmand toasted coconut and it becomes less noticeable the longer the juice sits, more like a shadow of coconut. I love this so much that I bought 3 backups 🙈 if only I had snagged the body cream, I bet that combo is BOMB! Edit: give this mist some time to sit (~2 months for me) and that buttercream vanilla cake smell gets even louder 🤤

I’ve wanted this mist for ages, and finally it’s in my hands I’m really impressed it smells like a creamy cupcake with colorful sprinkles, but not overwhelmingly sweet. It’s soft and cozy rather than cloying. Some people say they get a popcorn note, but I don’t really, and even if I did, I wouldn’t mind at all. It reminds me a lot of another mist from this brand, Happy Birthday!, but calmer, and with a touch of colorful sprinkles. I’m not disappointed at all this will definitely be another fun mist to layer and build scent :)

I absolutely love this fragrance. It smells so good!! The custard note is what I believe makes this scent so fun and comforting!! I can also smell a little coconut which isn’t listed. This is an excellent vanilla that I prefer to wear in warmer months, but can actually be worn all year round!! This would be great in Fall too!!

Super sweet pure vanilla! Definitely a Confetti Cake Pop repackage, but I never had Cake Pop in the mist so I got this at the recent SAS. Now I'll have a mist to match my Confetti Cake Pop lotion!

This is a delectable scent. It is a gourmand lovers dream. This smells like vanilla cake to me. Smells like an absolute snack! Sadly mine was stolen :(

I just layered this with the honey mist from Victoria’s Secret Pink and DAMN I smell delicious. They go perfectly together!

So the most bizarre thing happened, Decluttered this half a year ago and sold it on Mercari and I wish I didnt!!, picked this up at the summer SAS of 2022 because I heard it was a repackage of Confetti Cake Pop that bath & body works had Discontinued so I smelled it in store and the bath and body works employee sprayed it on a paper strip tester and for some reason it smelled exactly like cake batter and I fell in love and bought it but when I got to the car I sprayed it on my sweater and smelled nothing like the tester paper strip I smelled in store... smelled more like cake buttercream frosting then anything and didn't really get that cakey smell at all still wondering to this day why and its not my body chemistry because j sprayed it on my clothes and body and just smelled like frosting no cake batter or nothing like in the store, I'll try to buy confetti cake pop to see if it smells different because I heard they're not exactly the same. For those of you who missed out on Confetti Cake Pop the first time around, it came back in a collection during the Summer of 2022 as a re-package! The new version is called "Vanilla Confetti Sparkle" and the notes are the exact same as the previous iteration. You still get that sweet, delicious vanilla cake batter vibe! If you want to smell like a straight-up snack, this is the one for you!

I get a coconut-y caramelizad vanilla opening that dries down to a sweet gourmand vanilla. I like it way better than warm vanilla sugar. And it reminds me of B&BW coconut cream pie. It is very easy to wear year round, my husband loves this on me and is a complemented scent if anyone cares about that.

I have around 20 vanilla mists and like 10 more vanilla perfumes. This one is in the bottom part of my list. It's just too synthetic and too boring. I have way better vanillas from B&BW. Performance is great for a mist though. Maybe it can work for layering Scent 5/10 Longevity 6/10 Projection 6/10

this smells like buttered popcorn with vanilla custard. i bought this because I thought it would smell like cupcakes but it smells like those popcorn-flavored lollipops lol. i need bbw to release a delicious long-lasting gourmand,i haven't seen a gourmand scent that makes me wanna buy the whole stock since like 2019 and the years previous to that

I understand that yellow cake batter is buttery/has butter in it, but the butter is a bit too strong and synthetic here - not as true to life for a vanilla cake scent as I would have hoped. It wasn't identical to Confetti Cake Pop like others are saying - despite having the same scent notes, that one was richer/had more of a cake note to it and lasted much longer. This one didn't last more than 10 minutes on my skin - I have other BBW mists from previous years that last and project as well as an EDP, but this one is terrible. Not to mention, there's red dye in the mist that stained clothes. Skip this one for sure!

smells like coconut and melted butter. So many other better gourmands (strawberry poundcake, coconut cream pie, pumpkin pecan waffles). also terrible lasting power (on skin). do not get this

Alright this smells exactly like a coconut macaron candy cookie thingy but also I just realized this smells similar to VS coconut passion. Just this one is way more sugary and gourmand. Aside from that, it is Creamy, coconut, juvenile, artificial, delicious, cake pop scent. YUM. Layer with the eos vanilla cashmere if you don’t have the matching vanilla confetti lotion. Projection is great, but fades fast :( I would also say this is not office friendly at all. projection: 7/10 longevity: 4/10 fragrance: 8/10 true to notes: 8/10 packaging: 5/10

in the initial spray, it reminds me of a vanilla cake topped with whipped frosting and a hint of syrupy berries. as it settles, buttery popcorn notes drifts in and lingers. vanillic, airy, salty-sweet. it may be the packaging but it reminds me of a sticky-fingered 4th of july dessert table, fresh evening air, and fireworks.

It is not identical to confetti cake pop. Cake pop is better and smells more like sprinkles or an actual cake pop. This is also extremely weak, doesn't last at all and is a waste of money.

Can someone tell me why BBW's Vanilla Buttercream smells like popcorn but this does not?
